I have a policy with max new york life insurance which was taken in May 2009 and the policy number is[protected]. This is basically my father's policy name as Mr Sushil Kumar Sharma. The Agent Mrs Kajal Rathi, Agent code: 251587 told him to pay his premium for at least 3 years after that you can continue this policy otherwise you can withdraw the amount. The company will pay your deposit amount with some advantage, So continuously My father had paid 3 years premium of 80, 000 i.E 20, 000 per annum for 3 years + 20, 000 Policy Amount. Now in Feb 2017 when I consult with their Ghaziabad branch, they told me you have to continue this policy till 75 year of age, then I decide to close my policy and request to return my amount, The manager told me the company will return only 50, 200 Rs. After hearing their words, I was shocked, the company is using my deposit amount from last 6 to 7 years, then what about the interest amount?
Basically, we don't know about the company & company owner, as per the customer perception, your agent is one, who represents the company, for the customer he/she is the company or owner, so they must give proper information without focusing their target, and company must appoint the Genuine agent and guide them to focus on customer satisfaction, not on the sale.
Company agent ditched my father by giving wrong information, company and Mrs Kajal Rathi is responsible for creating this scenario.
Conclusion/Suggestion:
The company should pay my actual amount (80, 000) which i have paid + Interest Amount. And take suitable action against the Agent Mrs. Kajal Rathi.

I have made the complaint in your Ghaziabad branch on 22 Feb 2017 and today is 30 March 2017 (Approx more than 1 month). and post my complaint in this portal on 17 March.
Sir how much time your team will take, for investigating my grievance. Even I does not get any call from your end.
I think you are showing that you are working on the complaints in this portal, but actually, you are not doing any think.
At least you should make a call on given number.

Secondly they have written that they give chance to the consumer to return the policy with in 15 days but boss most of the policies will reach to the consumer after 5-10 days (if policy is sent to the cosumer on the correct date).so he just get approx 5 days to return the policy that too if he is available on town.so all the cash value details should be given during signoff or document mentioning cash value detail should also be sign off.
Third there is also a bonus mentioned on the policy bond.where is that bonus??
Is your company in loss for the last 6 years.
Stop cheating common people.
Don't worry I will take this matter further.
