I paid 99k in month of dec and i got bond also but after 3 months 99k credited in to my account and when i asked customer care they told me that bank has not intake your proposal but i got bond after accepting by bank.

Now they returned money but who will pay 3 months interest and maturity amount.

Policy sold to me by saying after one year you can withdrawal the whole your amount near about double.
But when I went to the branch for withdrawal the back office told me you can not withdrawal your amount it can withdrawal only after 5 years.
