I m really very disappointed i want my money back i already told u. Why are you people fooling innocent people by taking large amount of money by sending your thief agents..

No as i already told u i didn't got working contact no. Of the agent and didn't received call of the agent from her working contact no. and that day u are saying that agent called me she misbehaved with me by using abusive language and said call only on office number and whenever i call on offuce number she is not available these types of agents u recruit. Very shameless people i want my money back even a single penny by the company or by agent or i'll go to court regarding the issue u know ur company's reputation is not that gud now.

    I had submitted an affidavit on 02 jun 2017 to get copy of my policy since i lost my policy document; however, i got to know on 5th jun 2017 that my request was rejected because my signature was found to be mismatched. My signature on affidavit should have been matched at the time of submission of the request by max life representative however it was not done. Moreover, i had submitted photocopy of aadhar card along with affidavit and had shown my original id to local branch manager at the time of submission of the affidavit. Now local branch representative is asking me to submit affidavit again to get copy of my policies and not giving any assurance that my request will be approved this time. I took these policies 5 year back and how i insure that his signature should be matched with policy document when we have no proof of signature. One affidavit cost around rs 200 and moreover it eat lot of time.

    This is really mental and physical torture by max life to provide me copy of my policy document. I already sent my complaint to customer care and as well as ombudsmen with copy to irda but did not get any reply. I am sending repeated reminder however no one turning. They became deaf to consumer complaint.

    Please help me since i really tried and frustrated in dealing with max life..

      I am an advisor at max since december 2016 and i had to face a lot of injustice in the company. The commission that i was entitled to was eaten away by my assistant branch manager mr paras morabia as well as branch manager mr nilesh bellani and i have been raising this issue with the highest level of management at max. I was given assurances by all of them that the issue will be resolve soon since last 3 months. Yesterday all of a sudden they say that they cannot resolve the issues as its against the company's policy. I want to understand how can it take 3 months for any person sitting on such a post to understand company's policy? Are the company's policies so complicated or are the people at the higher management incompetent to understand them? Max is not standing by their advisors who bring good business for them, i don't understand how they will stand by the customers at the time cliams. This is one of the most ridiculous company and i will raise theses complaints to the highest level possible in india and also will approach the media to unmask them all

        I am ashok k golani an advisor at max life insurance company since december 2016 and have done good business and qualified for the dubai contest in the first three months. I faced some injustice at the company after that and hence i raised some complaints against that to the top management of max life insurance company. Instead of punishing the culprits they are trying to cancel my license by raising false aligations through their compliance department. I want to understand one thing, if their compliance department is so incompetent and does not stand by us as advisors who bring business for the company, how would you expect the same compliance department to stand by our customers at the time of early claims? I am very sorry to say that even if the company throws me out i will continue my fight for justice and will do it with even more vengeance in that case. My main moto is that they have fooled me but they should not be fool anyone else. I will try to make as many people as possible aware of the sorry state of affairs at max life insurance company. I will also approach the insurance ombudsman as well as the irda to justice. Picture abhi baki hai

          I have taken tram insurance through policy from max life insurance. But allow getting mail. To submit the kyc and income proof documents pending.. Even i sent bank statement and salary slips but still asking same doc. Also when i ask to cancel my policy not canceling.. I called cc care they are saying mismatch address proof but they don't know what mismatch... Due this. I am not. Able take other company policy. Also i getting touching me from past 2 months..             My policy number is[protected] and i got no resolution for my complaint i have a small complaint as i want my agent's contact no. And my agent to contact me and apologise as when agent beg for policy they provide the no. Which is not working and i m not able to contact the agent and i think u recruit fake people as agents after policy they forget the customer as we are nobody and as a customer u people should resolve my problem and the adm of branch calls me what us this i want my agent to contact me and provude the personal contact number on which i can contact my agent i m again writing to the company to provide me the contact no. Of my agent as soon as possible... And escalate my complaint to higher level and except my agent i don't want anyone to contact me...

                Respected sir / madam,
                Mr. Manish dhawan is an insurance agent with max life insurance company & he also handles bajaj allianz. He also has a partner in the name of sunita and both of them have earned crores allegedly. Mr. Manish dhawan has allegedly mis-sold insurance products to innocent buyers and made false promises by duping them worth lakhs of rupees. He stays at videocon towers, b wing, 1801, thakur complex, kandivali east, mumbai 400101. There allegedly seems to be huge discrepancy in their service tax returns as well as income tax returns and the properties they possess as well as other movable and immovable assets. As a responsible citizen, it is my duty to inform you (The service tax department & the income tax department) so that you can take the strictest action on such people who are openly cheating our government and our country.

                      The axis bank staff fooled me with list of features and advantages and money back. When i paid the first instalment i got the policy details and just to verify it again i called the max life and i was on deep shock about this useless plan and cheating people with huge sum. This is really bad insurance plan for anyone. When i called pst time they told i can surrender after 3 instalments and i finished my 3 instalments and now behind them for the refund. Pl need help to get my money

                        I am a policy holder with Maxlife insurance.
                        I have an endowment policy E-60; policy #[protected].
                        It is a policy started in the quarterly mode.
                        From, last 4 years I am trying to get my mode changed to annual.
                        The first time, I gave the mode change request, along with the annual premium. I thought the mode has been changed.
                        But the next year when, I went to pay my premium, I was shocked to see that my policy is lapsed.
                        At the Indore GO, when I got the details checked, came to know, that my mode had not been changed and the total premium was kept in the suspense account and, was deposited quarterly.
                        Resultant, the last premium was short and the policy lapsed, without any intimation.
                        Then I was told, that the mode change request needs to be given one month in advance, thus the 2nd year again I had to continue with the quarterly mode.
                        The 3rd year I again gave the application one month before the policy anniversary that is 31st of May.
                        Nothing happened. I still had to continue with the quarterly mode.
                        This year from the starting of the month I am requesting for the mode change.
                        The request was declined twice as per the Indore GO, as it was too early to raise the request.
                        The third time, the request was raise, and on 23rd of May I received a message from maxlife,

                        'Dear Customer, We have received your request for change in premium mode .It will take 3-5 working days to process your request. Regards, Max Life Insurance '

                        Again on 29th morning I received a message –

                        'Dear Customer, your request for change in premium mode is under process. We will update you the resolution shortly. Regards, Max Life Insurance Services'

                        But today when I inquired at the Indore Go, I was told that the request has been declined.
                        I called up the call centre, spoke to one Ms Surabhi, she informed me that the request has been declined, reason- “SHORT PREMIUM”
                        Can anyone explain, if the mode is not changed, how can a mode change request be declined due to - “SHORT PREMIUM”.

                        I have no information on mail or message about the request being declined.
                        What is the customer supposed to do.

                        Why do we as a company promise, easy mode change process when it does not happen.
                        Why are the company operations people not aware of the correct processes.
                        Why is the HO & GO not coordinated.
                        I think I made a mistake.

                        I want a MODE CHANGE with this polocy anniversary.

                        PLEASE CHANGE MY MODE, I AM FED UP NOW.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I applied to Max life for a term insurance. I went through the complete process and further I have got a revised offer which I have refused - on the basis of high blood sugar.
                            I want to challenge this revision on the below mentioned points. I also need the full medical report from Max life for my reference.

                            1. the message I got for medical specifically said to eat light food before going for medicals.
                            2. I checked with the hospital staff about blood sugar being fasting or random, and was told that it is random. However, i think the range has been taken for fasting blood sugar.

                            I have taken a full blood test again and have found no high blood sugar. Pls point to me the correct process to take this up and escalate the issue to concerned officials.

                            I am not ready to take a false diagnosis by Max life medical team.
                            My medical was done at Navchetna hospital, yelhanka, Bangalore.

                              I m a working lady in bangalore. I applied for policy on 30th April 17, by paying the full annual premium. While application, they asked if I m pregnant, which I was for 8 months, I declared during online application. Later their medical team called for scheduling Medicals, when I told I am pregnant for 8 months, they told no medical can be done for you during this stage of pregnancy. I asked them to cancel my policy and refund the paid money as I felt cheated of my money. It's almost a month now, I am still struggling to get back my money.

                              Such a pathetic company.

                                A beggar lady name sankari from axis bank pallavaram branch forced me by begging and calling me 1000 times and made me go for max life insurance..

                                Max life insurance one year completed and my 1st ecs came for rs.22, 080 in my axis savings...

                                I had rs.23, 000 in my account... But it got bounced with no reason... I have none to contact in max life insurance so i called axis bank assit. Manager who made me to apply for bloody max life... I called 23 calls till date and she never responded after my 1st call...

                                Max life is telling me a stupid reason that i should keep rs.4000 extra in my account or else it will bounce...

                                Stupid reason...

                                Please avoid choosing max life insurance best is lic...
                                Max is a cheat company

                                You will not get anything after your death...100% cheat

                                  I have purchased a life insurance policy in 2012 from and they provided me incorrect details that i can withdraw my money if i can't pay premium after minimum 5 years. Now they say that you can't take your money back and can i transfer this policy to another company and recover my premium paid to max life insurance. Can i recover my money directly from max life insurance or if there is any other way to recover. Is there any way to resolve the issue please suggest.

                                    I used to get intimation by post as well as mail, amount payable on the above policy. This year I have not received any such message. I have contacted your agent locally last week but not received any feed back as promised. It is surprising how such lapse has taken place and customer faith on you affected.
