No where it is mentioned that you should have to pay 3 times for refund on policy surrender.in terms and conditions it is mentioned that in case the policy is not revived during this revival period, the policy will terminate and the surrender value, if any, shall be paid at the end of third anniversary or at the end of the revival period whichever is later. My request to change is address was rejected by max life after 7 days of sending request. It was very disappointed to see not to mention reason in mail that my request was rejected because of lack of self –attestation and i was asked to contact local branch to know reason for same. The axis bank staff fooled me with list of features and advantages and money back. When i paid the first instalment i got the policy details and just to verify it again i called the max life and i was on deep shock about this useless plan and cheating people with huge sum.
