            Today I have received a call from Rashmi Tyagi (manager in max life )...
            She is telling that max life is providing amount to the customers to save taxation. our max policy has selected for that claim.
            In order to get that amount she told me to remove the agent code and make it as direct to company(D2C). And she will be creating customer ID and dummy max life account which is valid for 4-5 months and then I need to pay some amount for creating dummy account which is not a regular maturity or policy amount and it will be reembursed later. she is telling our policy number and the date of joining max life and name of the policy holder. Is Max life providing such benifit to customer or just a fraud call????

            If this is a fraud call then why our data has leaked ?????

              I have sent freelook cancellation by email, through maxlife system on 22-07-21. Until now only one automatic reply "our customer service executive will reply within 3 working days". Nothing else. No action has been taken. Till now system shows my policy is active. Iam an NRI and no one contacting either by email or by phone calls. Very worst customer service I have ever seen. No response for calls.

              Need to taken immediate action.

                Maxlife customer service collapse they are only call for new policy not for existing customer . I called and logged a ticket for disable auto-debit as my policy got yet to renewal. A maxlife called me back and said we acknowledge your request it will reflect 3-5 days . But after 7 days my premium got auto debited from my credit which I was supposed to closing.Now no one can answering the speed dial number as well as customer care . I am chasing since last month .

                This incident understand how maxlife settlement ratio is big because no existing customer can reach them as a result very few claims are being settled .
                I have question in my mind . If a person who take a policy can not able to reach company if something misshapen with the person how there less educated parent will reach to this guys .

                      I am axis bank staff and as all know max life insurance have a tie up with axis bank I have taken online term plan for me and my husband 3 year back for my husband on 18 Feb 2018, on 22 May 2021 I lost my husband due to covid I have a daughter of 7 months, I am in need of this money I have already submitted all the required documents from my side on 21 June 2021 at axis bank kharadi Branch and its being 1 month I am only taking follow up no response from the company till when I will get my claim amount I have been asking is any other documents required from my end than why my claim is getting settled on time my policy[protected], tell.me the time period till when I will get my claim amount

                        Dear Sir,

                        My policy no. is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My yearly premium of Rs. 24, 795 /- is being auto debited (activation) from my Axis bank without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.

                        It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from Axis bank. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.

                          I received a phone call from Max life insurance- Mr.Pratik (Dehradun) and discussed policy details and I accepted and purchased a policy from Mr.Vinit Shrivastava (Max life, Haridwar).
                          At the time of policy, plan finalized( 40000/- per year for Life Insurance Saving plus and Health insurance- 2+2 lakh for each year).
                          Policy was purchase on Feb 2021 and till date Not anything (Paper or heath card) shared by Mr.Vinit.
                          When I tried to ask him regarding this either he did not respond my call or message or every time he gave next date.

                          Due to all this not satisfactory things, my rage against Max company and its after sale service increasing day by day.

                          We request to resolve this issue as soon as possible or refund my premium amount and close my Policy.

                              The policy I bought was not exactly what was explained to me, so I bought a more suitable policy. For two weeks I have been trying to cancel the policy, no.[protected]. Maxlife helpdesk repeatedly sends mails asking us to cancel on their website. I fill all details on the website and then am informed that a glitch has occurred. This has happened al least a dozen times, but they continue to tell me to cancel the policy on their website.

                              I followed all instructions and once more it ended with technical difficulties. Maxlife website works fine for new policies and premium payments. It simply does not work for cancelations.

                              The promised call from Maxlife representative never came. I am now in the Maxlife office on M.G. Road, Bangalore. Would you believe they asked me to cancel online? I am here because your website does not work. I am waiting for 40 minutes now, and apparently no one what to do.

                                Issue - Policy Surrendered and request for return. Didn't recieve the amount whatever has been commited during surrender. Struglling from last 6 months.

                                I have raised concerns to your greivence cell and your Level 1 but I am still struggling from last 6 months but there is no resolution yet.

                                I an getting false commitments Since first day of my polcy. WhateverEven after complainng I have been misguiding by your executives. They are lot of gap in your services.

                                I did this insurance for my old age welfare but instead of that i got only mental harassment. I would like to escalate this case to higher management.

                                Please let me know to whom i can approach and talk to my concerns.

                                  I am Preethi from Madurai. I took Policy last year. Now I want to cancel my policy. Because my mother affected by severe brain nerves problem...She is under treatment...doctor suggest for immediate surgery...otherwise it leads to stroke...we don't have any financial support for her surgery..because of that I cancel my policy...but I mailed about this...but they didnt take any action..is this your rules? My mother very serious now...one side of her face is not working...nerves fully damaged..what should you do now...

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Myself Sunil Kumar having ULIP Policy no.[protected] in Max life insurance company from 20th June 2007. Max life company changed my registered mob. no & mail id by fraud way without my information & steal my fund from my account & closed my policy without my information. Now i am running behind them from last many month for my money but they don't responding. i had been also complaint in IRDAI (Token no.[protected] but matter is not resolved till date. So i am requesting to pls solve my issue.
