Amount debited

Hey i was trying to pay premium of an insurance today on max life insurance's site but the amount was deducted from my bank account but not received by max life. I was redirected to bill desk site but after deduction from my bank account and then nothing happened. I just recieved message for my amount being deducted. I tried for 4 times but each time same thing happened (2 time by upi and 2 time by net banking). Please help me i am very worried...

pf final settlement.

Sir i am past employees of max life insurance company. And i left my job in
9/10/2019. I am join in 6/8/2018. I want my pf final settlement amount. Through online process i send request email in hr department but not respond. And block my email for further communication. My employee code is mn/jpr1091.

Please solved my this problem emediately....

I purchased a policy from max life insurance with investment plan of rs.50000/- and agent told me while login policy that i can surrender the same after 1 year but now it is fourth year and i am unable to surrender the same. I did policy on trust of company and agent but now customer care was saying i cannot surrender the policy. What is my fault in this? One of Maxlife insurance agent from Axis bankMahmoorganj (Varanasi) Branch gave me proposal to take Term life insurance on 28th February 2020, Proposal Number:[protected].

I had asked the max life insurance team to stop auto debit payments for my policy but they have deducted amount from credit card through which i had paid last time.

I sent a mail as well as message on their watsapp number but it is not deactivated yet.

I am not getting good feedback from their customer service representative as well.

surrendering of my agent code

I have already given an application for request of cancellation of my max life agent code on 17/12/2019. It's already 2 months gone but still, i am getting an sms from the company regarding short nop. That shows that the company has not cancelled my agent code yet. I am uploading my resignation copy and receipt copy of my application for cancellation of agent code. Really very disappointed from the culture and procedure of max life....

As per my policy no[protected], started in january first premium was paid online and now in feburary i paid my premium online but again my premium deducted automatically from my bank account by max insurance as it is already paid for this month. So now onwards i don't want to pay my premium in auto i want to stop this auto deduction mode. And i want to refund this transaction....

I received call from mr. Aniket mishra and tapan chatterjee claiming they work for cbi and gbic respectively.

They made me get insurance policies and asked to pay premium saying that some agent has stopped your claim from insurance company and for that you have to ask third party guarantor to guarantee for you and opened new policies in guarantor name and still say that the balance sheet is not yet equal so pay this year premium.br...

Max life insurence company issue a policy shiksha ii 0n mar 2013. I regular payee of the policy thorugh ecs. It continues till sep 2019. I was unable to pay premimum amount only for four months because of that they discontinued my policy from dec 2019 without intimating me and whatever fund accumulated in my policy that they refunded me without intimating me. I have started inversted when there was nav value 20 rs. And now it is 60.81 rs....
