Hello sir,
I am Dr vishal gupta customer of Axis bank..Airport branch. Guwahati. Mr sanjib barman from day first he was insisting me to invest. I was fed up with such request so i thought lets see. He said bank is offering a plan which is giving guaranteed 8% lumpsum amount on maturity and after 10 year of this plan u will get guaranteed monthly income. he showed me some cropped image on WhatsApp which was not clear. Trusting him i said send me broacher. so send again one cropped pdf file. i thought it is bank's instrument of investment. He started talking to someone and said we will initiate it soon. I asked him can I see this investment in bank app. he said no sir, its not visible on app. By evening i gotta massage that 62700/- deducted from my mobile against insurance policy purchased. i was shocked coz i have enough insurances and without my permission how can he invest my money in any policy. i asked him how can u do that. i dont need any policy. he said don't worry sir its banks instrument. i said don't fool me. he said ok come tomorrow. Today i went to bank, he tried to convivence me. but when i said big no . After hearing this, His attitude was totally changed, he stood up from chair and pretended to go anywhere . he said now policy is made and once it will issue you can surrender. but he filled my native address so policy cant reach to me directly. such kindda fraud action is going on in this bank branch. Today during heated argumeny. Agent of max life trying to took selfie so he can process. Shameful... i will share all incident in social media too.

      Address: V 3300, Bellary Road, Venkatala, Yelahanka. Bangalore-560064

      This policy was sold to us promising a payout that was double the premiums paid. Now they are refusing to pay out that much amount telling that their growth rate was not as expected. This is a case of misselling. Please look into the matter and advice them to settle the claim.

            I kapil choudhary policy holder of Max Life Saving Advantage Plan and my policy number is[protected] and I paid a premium of Rs.150000.35 against my policy and agent of the policy who called me told me that she is calling from Bajaj Finserv and their company provides loans on insurance and give me this policy by saying that she will give me loan of Rs. 1800000 as she have checked my civil and she can provide me loan of Rs. 1800000/- and also told me not to tell me in verification call that they are providing me loan as they are from Bajaj Finserv.Now I am not getting any respose from their side. So, please take strick action against the agent and also return the payment which i have made.

            they also give me one policy of Bharti Axa which they give me by saying that they want the NOC from their company for which they are giving this but will do this policy cancelled once they will get NOC and my money will get back to me.

            I have not received any feedback from your side .
            There is no acion taken against my complaint yet.Please take any action and help me to get my money back from these frauds.
            Yesterday I got a call from a person who was telling that his name is Ashok Sharma and he is calling on behalf of Bajaj Finanace and his mobile number is [protected] and he was saying that put a mail to Bharti AXA to continue the policy so that Bajaj finance can cancel the policy and will refund my amount to me .
            No action has been taken regarding my complaint . It’s a request to consumer court, max life insurance and Bharti AXA to take this on serious basis.

              I hv been receiving calls since two years for the Policy I have taken with Maxlife. How come they have all my details and start date along with premium details too. They asked for deactivating agent code who’s taking more than 80000 on my policy I hv to pay 20000 to buy life insurance wirh PNB MetLife

                I am NRI customer of Max Life Insurance. In October at the insistence of my Yes bank manager, I was forced to buy a policy No.[protected]Max Life Smart Wealth Plan) from Max branch No. BYDA1 using my NRE account fund. While selling the policy, I was told that GST charged with the policy will be refunded within 2 weeks as NRE policy is entitled for GST refund. But after buying the policy, now Max is doing nothing to refund GST amount about Rs. 8000/- even after 2 months. I even lodged complaint to IRDA. But still no action by Max Insurance. I am scared if service of Max Insurance is so bad now, what will happen if any claim comes later. Fed-up with such behavior I have decided tp stop any further payment of policy.

                I REQUEST ALL NOT TO BUY ANY POLICY FROM MAX INSURANCE.

                  Apply for term insurance policy through axis bank and premium dedicated on dated[protected].
                  Thereafter medical checkup done, firstly urine and blood samples collected on dated[protected] and TMT etc test done on dated[protected]. Therefore tele medical doctor called in last week of the October month.
                  Thus procedure starts before 56 days though no message or call about term insurance policy.
                  Then I complain online wide ticket no. 5204161 but no one has called me and without solve my complain message sent me that ticket no. 5204161 processed. I called on no. [protected] from last two days but not responding.

                    My name is Sushanta Kumar Mahanty ex employee of max life insurance holding emp.code BBN1135 had resigned on 08/07/2020 last working date was 17/07/2020. Had previous employment fund balance which i have been transferred online PF portal into my max life PF fund. After that i had dropped a mail to [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com for the complete PF fund withdrawal on 11/11/2020. since then every alternate day i am keep on forwarding the same mail with so mane reminders marking cc to our regional HR as well. It's been 11 days still i haven't got a single favorable reply from the Center HR team. Feeling frustrated.
                    Hoping that someone could help me from the authority.

                      I am here to complain about the policy[protected] which is a six pay for which I have duly fully paid up and the maturity date is 18th November 2020 with the guaranteed maturity sum assured for which I can take in lump sum instead of taking the survival benefits and the monthly pay out ...so I have chosen to take the guaranteed sum assured in lump sum and not the survival benefits and the monthly pay out . Unfortunately, on the 11th of November 2020 I went to Maxlife salt Lake kolkata to assist me with the process but I was not guided properly ...the executives out there made a simple spelt out contract complicated and wrongly guided me .

                        According to the policy I have signed up for 6 pay and the policy term is 6 years ...accordingly I have paid up for the entire 6 pay ...I have opted to take the guaranteed maturity sum assured in lumpsum on the maturity date of 18th November 2020 instead of the monthly payout...the executives at the Maxlife salt Lake kolkata did not guide me properly to claim the maturity lump sum .. I was told I can only take the surrender value and not the Guaranteed Maturity Sum assured spelt out under the policy on the maturity date 18th November 2020 ...
                        To be honest I am losing faith on maxlife after this incident ...

                            I am an existing policy holder of maxlife insurance company since more than 2 1/2 years. I had applied for term policy of my wife.

                            This is a matter of deep concern that inspite of providing all the necessary information & documents and having done medical test with no adverse reamrks in the report as telephonically confirmed from the appointed doctor who had taken the medical test, policy of my wife is yet not finalized and is still under process.

                            They are harassing us continuously. If they are not issuing policy to my wife then clearly mention why they are molesting us since more than one month.

                            medical test had already been done in previous month. Now they are demanding for additional test.

                            inform me SPECIFIC REASON WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS for additional test.

                                I had a code with maxlife insurance company coimbatore branch when i was an employee.currently the status of the code is terminated due to mbr. I need to cancel/resign the code because in my current organization it is a complaince issue

                                  I deepmani das opted a policy on 18/02/2020. But at the time of signing the proposal, agent told me another and now when i get the policy and read thoriughly its another. For that i called customer care service no given in my policy. But its strange, customer service team is not able to clearify about my poliy and suddenly they disconnect my phone.

                                    Application[protected] for assured wealth plan with max life insurance

                                    Dear sir,
                                    With reference to said application, i bought the policy online and paid the first premium for the same on 15/9/20 through netbanking.
                                    But as of today (22/9/20) i'm yet to receive the policy kit online.
                                    I send several e-mails but not received any reply from max insurance
