I had a code with maxlife insurance company coimbatore branch when i was an employee.currently the status of the code is terminated due to mbr. I need to cancel/resign the code because in my current organization it is a complaince issue

I deepmani das opted a policy on 18/02/2020. But at the time of signing the proposal, agent told me another and now when i get the policy and read thoriughly its another. For that i called customer care service no given in my policy. But its strange, customer service team is not able to clearify about my poliy and suddenly they disconnect my phone.

Dear sir,
With reference to said application, i bought the policy online and paid the first premium for the same on 15/9/20 through netbanking.
But as of today (22/9/20) i'm yet to receive the policy kit online.
I send several e-mails but not received any reply from max insurance

I want to cancel my max life assured wealth plan policy which is under free look period. I applied for cancellation at bank and submitted all required document to bank on 31.08.2020. But bank is saying that cancellation request already send to max life on the same date. But still it is under process. Max life delaying the cancellation process intentionally. I want my premium money back to my account. Please help me....

bhim upi payment debited from account but not credited to max life insurance

Made a payment of rs.8926 to max life insurance policy no.[protected] through bhim upi, on 30th august, 2020.
It has been showing successful under transaction id - upi[protected], but it is not reflecting in the max account against my policy and i am not able to get premium payment receipt. Since, my due date of policy premium is aug-30, it is requested to send proof of my payment immediately to my registered mobile number....

It takes immense disappointment to inform you that your employees ms. Ruby pandey (Tel. :+91- 720*833 / 877*44) and mr. Ashish tripathi (+91-959*819), who are our relationship managers are extremely careless and lethargic.
Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to providing assistance. Our calls are never answered and we are left helpless.

Max Life Insurance not providing full information regarding policy

Cancel my auto debit

My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My minthly premium of rs. 3748/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.
It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life....

Its all starts in the middle of march month, i started getting calls from your telesales department to buy term insurance policy for my wife.
As per your telesales person, max life has started term insurance plan for housewife based on spouse policy which covers 50% of sum assured.

I bought a term policy and your agent told me that I was eligible for 75 lakh sum assured amount. I called many times for medical test but you did not do that, now after approx. 3 months you did my medical and changing my sum assured amount as per new guideline. I need my sum assured amount as per old guideline which was effective at the time of buying policy....
