On 18/04/2022 one Mr.Vasanth kumar ([protected]) had replaced our whirlpool fridge spare part for Rs.3900/- and issued an invoice no.8141. From 19/04/2022 the problem started persisting and since then till today he is neither responding nor his customer care number ([protected]) are responding. There owner name is karthik and they are not allowing any customer to speak to him. It seems karthik has informed not to share his number to anyone.
It is causing a great hardship and mental agony and necessary action is to be taken again the company and save various other customers who are getting duped by them
