[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Cheating customers | |||||
Hi, I placed an order for a housing for huawei ascend p6, after a few days when i checked they just cancelled it and refunded to their wallet without any notification. Now when i wanted to place a different order, all i can redeem is 930 from my original payment of rs 957. Also as per their website, the amount in the e-wallet is actually ipoints, "cited from their website - you get 1 ipoint for each 100" So i should have 9 ipoints, plus my actual payment of rs957 This is plain and simple conning of people who are looking for stuff not available in the trusted markets. As i can see that on 4th of April we added 957 iPoints to your Maxbhi eWallet and the same you refunded to your bank on 11th April 2016. means complete payment which was used to pay was refunded to your account by you. I hope all the miss-understandings ar clear by now. Please let me know if there is anything else i can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can also know the terms and policies from our end.

why maxbhi cancels order...i hav seen every comments about maxbhi...tht they cancels order always and gets time to refund money they have taken from customers for their products...they cam transfer fastly...wht there will be profit of taking money from poor people...i dnt knw when i wll get my money back 702 rs...tht i have been purchasing moto e4 plus digitizer..tht they cancelled...n i wnt my money back...plz help me
