Maxbhi.com — refund money not credited to my bank account | |||
I ordered samsung screen on 17th of Auguest and Maxbhi cancelled my order after 3 days (20th aug) saying the product is unavailable, Refund Order #1838819. Till now I did not get my money even after 23 days. Executives of this website are so irresponsible that they are not even replying promptly when asking about my money. I will proceed legally if I don't get my money back in next 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||

OMG! it's a horrible experience with Maxbhi support team. They requested me to send my statement and I sent one as they asked. Now another member is asked me the problem right from start. 3 people contacted me till now and looks like they are intentionally playing this foul game. Very very horrible support.

After 25 days and that too after many followups, I finally received my money.
Order# 1873432, we will file joint petition for monetary relief and action against this company.
