I have ordered (Order #[protected]/03/2019, 12:40 pm) touch screen digitizer for lenovo tab 38 and received in damaged condition. I have placed request for replacement (Return information #10689 (02/04/2019, 11:59 am) and which was declined.
I have shared photo of damaged item but not agree on replacement.
I have asked for escalation of complain, which was not allowed by them.
Really a cheating, my money is wasted and my product is of no use without the part.
