I had ordered blackberry key 2 screen on 12/6/2019.

But due to some reason I had to cancel the screen.

I have tried calling the customer helpline for a number of times, but nobody is picking up the phone.

It would be great if my money (rs. 3199) is refunded to me as soon as possible.

The money was paid through paytm

Dear All,

i ordered a product from maxbhi.com on 11.06.2019 and today i saw that they had cancelled the product and not even put the amount Rs. 1459 in maxbhi eWallet.

Please find a solution for this.
This is upto limit, I saw many reviews those who didnt get their money back.This is actually cheating and making money from wrong ways is never acceptable. Hope I get a positive response because its all our hard earned money.

My order #1696876 got cancelled on 25th may and I immediately placed a request to return the money from the e-wallet to my SBI bank account and it's been 16 days since then and I've contacted them 6 times by now with them assuring me the refund will happen in 24-48 hrs each time but it didn't, on 7th June that is 13 days after cancellation, I placed a refund request with ID : 112691 and they said they'll contact me and resolve it but even that didn't happen now it's been 16 days and these incompetent people are not even responding, I should've known how deceiving these people are just by reading about there website online but I was negligent, I want my refund at any cost, ASAP. I'll Be attaching some images.

When u place an order, it shows available on stock. When the order is placed, after 8 days passed still it's not delivered. I called so many times to support the team and say the product is not available we are arranging it from another vendor. I don't know why maxbhi taking the order if the product is not available with it. Still, they not refunded my amount even in my wallet or my account. Worst site ever for ordering products and u people have put my money in ur wallet... Totally u have done like dis 3times... One of the worst experiences online... Big fraud. Suggested don't place any order its product is non-orignal, i order one display with touch very cheap quality product i delivered.

Hello sir I have brought the moto screen digitizer from your website maxbhi I got the wrong screen which was not compatible to my moto g6 so i applied for refunded it has been no 2nd day I have not got any response or conformation from the website

Sir,
I ordered touch screen for (Id:#1692740) micromax vdeo 2 of rs 399. This order got canceled due to out of stock and money was refunded to e-wallet so i ordered another touch screen, that also got canceled. I ordered 4 times but all were canceled. Now the product i needed is out of stock so i tried to transfer wallet to the bank,
But there is no option for transferring to the bank. What will i do... Now

Later i saw the same product (Id:#1708112) with rs 409 so i ordered it by adding 10 rs, but that also canceled. Now i cannot transfer money to the bank...

Plz help..

How we know this is original site or fake with out providing cod when u provide cash on delivery the customer have some opinion about your site please provide cash on delivery option to fame your site or company. This for u r sake not for my sake because so many products are their in the market why they can buy in your site without cash on delivery please reslove and respond the problemm

Ordered date 08/05/2019.at the time of booking they've promised me that will delivered next day 09/05/2019.so i have booked through my online payment. but i didn't get delivery in that day. So I have sent email to the customer care service for cancellation of order and for refund. But they are not responding my request. I need refund because I am not available in delivery address. I'm ready to go anywhere for this case. Because maxbhi was cheated to me. And costumer representatives are threatening to me. That's not way of talking to costumer. So please let me know what is the next procedure. Because I have screen shots and call records.

But i was waited for whole day i didn't get call or email from your end for delivery in that promised delivery date. So i was sent email to you and i have found same product in flipkart. They are delivered to me on promised date and time. So that was very helped me. Very next day i was relocated to another city for summer holidays. Now I'm not available in that same city. I'm junior lawyer so I'm transferring another city And i don't want that product.so i have sent multiple emails to you for cancellation. You can deduct processing and delivery fees but i want refund.your all costumer care representatives are threatening to me. This is the not right way of talking to costumer. Your website reviews are very worst but i have trusted on you. Finally I'm also faced problems from your end. I'm ready to fight, I will ready to go anywhere for this case.

I want the amount asap.

Order id: 1668143 my order was canceled 4 times in a row and now when i initiated a refund few days ago then there was no action taken by maxbhi it say it takes 10-15 days to transfer money but that isn't the case here because i did payment via paytm not via bank. I want my money asap it's a total of 2047 rupees. They never answer to call nor ever give proper reply to e-mail. There is no proper way to contact them and ask directly about the status. I even gave warning that i will file a complaint in consumer court but still no response no update on the refund process. Please forward my this complaint to a responsible maxbhi representative so that i could get my money back asap.

Order no 1645996.maxbhi cancelled the order by self. refund processed its say 15 days to show in your account. but til now not refunded. totally scamed me . please block this site and arrest the seller. its been scaming all the customers i think. thank you

They send defective touch screen and refused to replace it. They are saying that you remove the tag of touch screen. They are intentionally send defective or damage product. If customer do not know about tag and tag remove than they are say warranty is broken. No they do not accept. My question why you send defective product first? They are blaming on us cheater company. Do not buy any product from this. It is much batter if i spend 200 rs more with other supplyer.
