I ordered back glass replacement for honor 8 lite and paid 600 rupees. They cancelled it without informing me and send the money to their maxbhi wallet. And after that i ordered another product with the refunded money. It also i don't get. They are cheating customers.
It is happened before 2 years. Yesterday i login to maxbhi account. While seeing this a customer care official called me. And i asked about the thing that i ordered before 2 year. He told me that i[censored] want it. We will send it to u. I told him that that product i need before two years. I told him to refund the money. He talked to me very rudely. Also i told him i will give complaint in consumer complaints forum. Then he told me that they can't do anything. U can do whatever u can. We will not give ur money. I have all proofs available with me. I recorded the call with him.

So i am 100% sure. They are cheaters. They cancelled my 2 orders and they not refunded the money

    Hi. I have ordered the item from maxbhi and order number is #1673109. Ordered date 08/05/2019.at the time of booking they've promised me that will delivered next day 09/05/2019.so i have booked through my online payment. but i didn't get delivery in that day. So I have sent email to the customer care service for cancellation of order and for refund. But they are not responding my request. I need refund because I am not available in delivery address. I'm on vacation leave for two months. So please help me to cancel my order and please refund my money back to my bank.

    I didn't receive any proper response from maxbhi. All the costumer representatives are Threatening to me. So please move this case to higher priority. I'm ready to go anywhere for this case. Because maxbhi was cheated to me. And costumer representatives are threatening to me. That's not way of talking to costumer. So please let me know what is the next procedure. Because I have screen shots and call records.

    My mobile screen was broken that's why I was choosing maxbh. That product was very important and very urgent to me. But i was waited for whole day i didn't get call or email from your end for delivery in that promised delivery date. So i was sent email to you and i have found same product in flipkart. They are delivered to me on promised date and time. So that was very helped me. Very next day i was relocated to another city for summer holidays. Now I'm not available in that same city. I'm junior lawyer so I'm transferring another city And i don't want that product.so i have sent multiple emails to you for cancellation. You can deduct processing and delivery fees but i want refund.your all costumer care representatives are threatening to me. This is the not right way of talking to costumer. Your website reviews are very worst but i have trusted on you. Finally I'm also faced problems from your end. I'm ready to fight, I will ready to go anywhere for this case.

      I did my order of mobile accessories on 23rd april, 2019 at 1:41pm & also did payment through my credit card.

      On very second day i have received an email that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock & the person are not able to dispatch my order.

      I decided to get back of my paid amount & proceed the same.

      Now i shown that your website showing me you have refunded the same amount to my bank on 1st may, 2019 & still the amount entry is not in my bank.

      I want the amount asap.

        Order id: 1668143 my order was canceled 4 times in a row and now when i initiated a refund few days ago then there was no action taken by maxbhi it say it takes 10-15 days to transfer money but that isn't the case here because i did payment via paytm not via bank. I want my money asap it's a total of 2047 rupees. They never answer to call nor ever give proper reply to e-mail. There is no proper way to contact them and ask directly about the status. I even gave warning that i will file a complaint in consumer court but still no response no update on the refund process. Please forward my this complaint to a responsible maxbhi representative so that i could get my money back asap.

        When yesterday i made a complaint here then today i got a call from maxbhi and at 4:05pm i got the refund in my paytm. The thing which was being delayed from 5 days that refund process was completed within 24 hours. Thanks to consumer complaint.in

          I ordered pcb board for my phone on 19/4/2019. Order no 1645996.maxbhi cancelled the order by self. refund processed its say 15 days to show in your account. but til now not refunded. totally scamed me . please block this site and arrest the seller. its been scaming all the customers i think. thank you

            They send defective touch screen and refused to replace it. They are saying that you remove the tag of touch screen. They are intentionally send defective or damage product. If customer do not know about tag and tag remove than they are say warranty is broken. No they do not accept. My question why you send defective product first? They are blaming on us cheater company. Do not buy any product from this. It is much batter if i spend 200 rs more with other supplyer.

                  I have ordered lenovo vibe p1 m touch lcd folder with order no:#1581022 worth rupees 952 and i have received a defective item and i contacted the customer service they told me to return it and they have replaced with the second one but that was also defective and they told me send it again and they replaced that also with a defective one and i have contacted the customer support they are not responding. I have paid rs 400 for the return shipping fee alone. Kindly help me with my money.

                    Sir my name is ballu vidyasagar and i purchased samsung c3322 duos replacement display with order number #1647081 but it is not working now i decided to purchase a new mobile so i contacted to maxbhi customer care but they said that only replacement will be available please return my order and return my money immediately and don't know the policy of refund and replacement so please return my order and refund my money

                      I have ordered (Order #[protected]/03/2019, 12:40 pm) touch screen digitizer for lenovo tab 38 and received in damaged condition. I have placed request for replacement (Return information #10689 (02/04/2019, 11:59 am) and which was declined.
                      I have shared photo of damaged item but not agree on replacement.
                      I have asked for escalation of complain, which was not allowed by them.
                      Really a cheating, my money is wasted and my product is of no use without the part.

                        I have purchased a LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy J5 - Gold (display glass combo folder) with Order ID: #1626785, which was found faulty. suddenly i call to the customer care and asked them what to do, they guide me to initiate a replace request with some photographs. I requested for replacement with some of the photographs, but now the declined my replace request ID: #10783 saying that the seal is broken, but i received the item in that condition only. Earlier i also purchased one product from this site and i found ok so i order the next item. please resolve my case a arrange for the replacement please.

                          Please ban above website because they are fraud. Every order i placed with this site got cancelled by their end stating product not available. At the time of placing order there are products they can make it order and take the money from customer but same orders got cancelled after 2, 3days. Refund will be initiated and it took 15days to get the money they taken for the order. This is scam website and they are making fraud with customers. Request you to take action against them.                             I ordered vernee mix 2 full body housing from maxbhi instead of delivering the
                            product they cancelled my order 2 times without stating any reasons and when
                            i asked for refund they asked me to wait for 7 day . i thinks that's ok that is the normal statement every ecommerce site have same rules but 7 days past i called again and asked for the same and ask me to wait 3 days more and now the situation is that they continuesly increasing my wating time .

                              I wanted to buy a touch screen digitizer for my vivo y28 from maxbhi.com so i placed an order in maxbhi.com on 7 march 2019 but it got cancelled due to unavailability and i was said that i will receive my refund within 15 days but it's been nearly a month but i still have not received any refund for the order which got cancelled. I talked to the customer care team but they are saying that they initiated the refund. But still i haven't received it.

                                THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. Don't buy anything from them. Do not trust them, they will cancel the order themselves after the payment and the money will put it in their wallet. We have to beg them for the refund even after 15 days.

                                  I have order a full body housing of asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black color) amounting to 879 on 19/03/2019 which at the time of ordering was in stock, my ordered id is #1603480. I even got multiple calls from them asking to make payment early to get cash back. So i pay it and wait for a day or two only to get a message that my order was declined. The amount was credited to my maxbhi wallet. Then again i ordered the same product of different color (Grey) as black was shown out of stock, my ordered id is #1606887, this got declined too and i got the amount back to my wallet.
                                  But now, with the products unavailable and my money stucked in their wallet, i can't buy from other website. I tried transferring the amount to my bank account but they don't provide the option even thou in their tutorials shows the transfer menu available. I have emailed to the customer support care but they stop replying.
                                  Please kindly help me out in transferring the amount to my personal account.

                                    I bought one product on maxbhi.com on 10th march 2019... But i don't know why my order got cancelled immediately after making payment and got one message from maxbhi.com after payment (Dear Pralhadgouda.b.k, refund for your order 1589797 at Maxbhi.com has been processed. If paid via credit, debit card or net banking, may take 7-10 working days) but still I didn't receive money please help me

When you know that you don't have your products available then you must inform us quickly and refund our money quickly... Ek to products bhi nahi milata aur uparse order ke paise bhi lataka ke rakhate ho... You must check whether the product is available for your customer or not...
