I have order a full body housing of asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black color) amounting to 879 on 19/03/2019 which at the time of ordering was in stock, my ordered id is #1603480. I even got multiple calls from them asking to make payment early to get cash back. So i pay it and wait for a day or two only to get a message that my order was declined. The amount was credited to my maxbhi wallet. Then again i ordered the same product of different color (Grey) as black was shown out of stock, my ordered id is #1606887, this got declined too and i got the amount back to my wallet.
But now, with the products unavailable and my money stucked in their wallet, i can't buy from other website. I tried transferring the amount to my bank account but they don't provide the option even thou in their tutorials shows the transfer menu available. I have emailed to the customer support care but they stop replying.
Please kindly help me out in transferring the amount to my personal account.
