I was ordered july 21 huawei p10 plus lcd touch touch screen display combo folder, then order automatically cancelled july 28, and i didn't get my money payback, i call customer care everyday they told me tomorrow after tomorrow the doing like that i need my money because i'm buying from dubai i don't need maxbhi please refund my money back,

    I have launched below complaint to the Maxabi.com support but they are denying to replace or return the item, I have uploaded the image of product which i have ordered and I got delivered but i can not find the reason why they are denying to replace the item.

    complaint :
    I have just ordered the cover three times, only first order delivered correct one, other two was different in the designed. image was uploaded by different designed.
    Second time i think it is mistake so i have ordered it third which was also delivered the wrong product, product should i have uploaded the image from you website.
    Difference in design
    1. Material
    2. Original is with back we need remove the original one then i can use the cover, but delivered product is with the back cover and very thick.
    3. there was no small flap in cover which was indicated in the image, but the delivered cover have.

      I've ordered a touch lcd combo for redmi note 4x from maxbhi.com but the received product has some manufacturing defects as touch doesn't work on the "right side"

      The product they shipped me has manufacturing defects since i've tested it on my phone

      I'm worried sick to my stomach after what i heard from other users,

      I just want a new replacement

        Complaint - i have purchase samsung j7 lcd/ touch order no 1799341, for my phone, i which i got bit small in size of display when i raised request to maxbhi online e-commerce website with request number12622 they can cancelled my request for refunding money or to replace my lcd because they say they don't have such policy to replace because i have order samsung j7 folder, but my phone is samsung j7max as per them but they have not mentioned anywhere that this product is the only j7, i have checked in setting device name samsung j7 show but they don't mention model number lately they told me to send back of mobile number thof that in their description. Need a refund or replace my folder of phone i have no use of such product

          The website shows under process 2 but it was told to me that it would be delivered within 5 days.
          Now i am afraid that it would not get delivered to me at all. I feel cheated and i know that the courier bluedart is highly reputed and would never cause such delay.
          I have mysel[censored]sed their services multiple times. It is not expected for a site like maxbhi to provide such useless services.

            I ordered 13.06.2019. Intex mobile phone panel & battery. I paid rs.778/- for both products through my bank. But they are not send that product to me up to date. But my ordered cancelled within minutes my money goes to e – wallet in their website. I will try to get back my money from e - wallet link. That link not fuction. Its idle. No working e –wallet button. My hard earned money totally waste. This maxbhi is a fraud company. Don’t buy any product from this company.

              Hi,
              I have ordered an power button from maxbhi and send money from debit card and order is confirmed,
              After 2 days my order is cancelled by maxbhi.com by saying there is no fulfilment ration for this order and 309Rs, as send to maxbhi ewallet, so i transfered money from maxbhi ewallet to bank account, now already 20 days as passed the money is not transferred to my bank account I have called then nearly 10-12 times but they are saying we have transferred the amount and send the reference number to you with mail and the mail you received from maxbhi.com have to farword it to Canada bank they will transfer the amount to you but I didn't get any response from Canara bank but I have called canara customer they said it is not possible to get like that maxbhi is fooling you and the money they transferred will get you after 15 days but now already 20 days as passed still I didn't get an money but maxbhi.com is saying we have transferred the money to your bank account.
              What I want to say is this company is making an fraud with people

                I ordered (#324785) touch digitizer from maxbhi.com which eventually ended up cancellation.I contacted them but these people are making fool out of me.
                They need my bank statement but cannot provide me transaction id or refund id. I need Help nd i request the authorities to cancel out their online site bcz they r hoaxing people every then and now.
                please do something

                  I received a different product of order number #1757965, i've raised a return and replacement for the exact model. Please read below:

                  I ordered for lg g2 vs980 lcd and frame but i received the d800 version display and frame. Which i invalid in the first case.

                  Replacement request #12130
                  As suggested by your team member on phone on, 06/07/2019, i checked with the service technician at a mobile repair shop he said that it isn't the valid version to replace and said it is not compatible with the model i've and model i bought. The differences he informed:
                  1. The flex pin portion is short compared to original one.
                  2. The flex cable length is also short.
                  3. The frame slots are also different, so that my logic board doesn't fit on the product i bought due to slight changes on the frame for placement of ringer, vibrator position also varies such as my original vibrator position is a bit higher on my old frame and the new product position is a bit lower hence the logic board is not settling the right place.

                  The user artnau clearly confirmed - source: i have been repairing phones for 10 years and made a business out of it. I have a ls980 in the shop right now and have had several d801 and vs980 over the past couple of months. When i replace the display assembly on the ls980, i order the d800/d801 parts. The vs980 (Usually cross-listed as ls980) have fitment issues.
                  5. Service technician also checked while connecting this short flex pin with my device, touch doesn't work exactly if he taps on one place it is responding the other side.

                  I hope you could seriously understand this issue and act upon it.

                  And also you're trying to blame me in the first place by sending a different product and saying that it is compatible with only google search knowledge. If that is the case i used this device for almost 4 years and got the lcd replaced myself once.
                  I received a different product as the screen gaurd film was removed for testing purposes you're rejecting my replacement request.
                  Becuase this is waste for me as this product is not compatible.
                  Regarding the issue i received a scheduled manager priya call today i. E., 08/07/2019 only one point she's pointing at that warranty was been void for removing the film, it is not mentioned anywhere on the product or product box. How would a customer know about these. Why did they sent me a wrong product in the first place.

                  I informed manager priya that i will get it a new screen gaurd film how it was or else will add up some more amount and get it a tempered glass and will send it back to your address you can go through the product and then you can revert back with a refund.

                    I had purchased some items from this site but the order got cancelled due to inavailability of the item in stock. I ordered a differrent item when the item was "in stock" with higher price than the previous item, the same thing repeated again and the money was back to my e-wallet again. I did e-mail the maxbhi website about my refund request but there is no reply from them.
                    My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and it is the same id used in maxbhi account. Please consider this complaint and take necessary action. They took my money and wont refund it. They are doing this for years..

                        I have ordered a LCD display combo for my ONE plus 3T mobile .
                        While testing the display and touch are fine.
                        So i assembled all the parts .
                        Fixing the BACK CASE damaged the warranty sticker.
                        After a day the display starts overheating .
                        when i request replacement they declined due to removal of warranty seal.

                        "There is no way to fix back cover of the mobile without damaging warranty seal" dirty business tactics

                        The refund to original bank account is said to take up to 14 days.
                        There are numerous cases with same complaints. The site should be made to shut immediately.

                          CUT AND PASTE MAXBHI CO REFUND POLICY IN OUR WEBSITES/ow to Transfer cash from Maxbhi eWallet to Bank Account
                          When an order is canceled due to any reason, the amount paid by the customer for that order is transfered to Maxbhi e-Wallet account. This money in eWallet can be used anytime later in future to make purchases on Maxbhi.com with no expiry. Also to place an order using balance from eWallet is very fast, easy and secure.

                          Still if a customer does not wishes to keep money in eWallet and want to transfer it back to bank account then they can just do it 1 click. Just follow these steps and you can initiate transfer of funds from Maxbhi eWallet to bank account.

                          Open the order details page. This can be done using the orders search page. Just select the order number from the orders search page to open the order details page.
                          Now in the "Summary" section you can see the details of your refund. If your order was cancelled and was refunded to Maxbhi eWallet, then you can see a button called "Transfer money from eWallet to Bank Account". Click this to initiate the transfer of money from Maxbhi eWallet to your payment bank account.

                            I ordered a screen replacement from their website since they assured the delivery next day. Order ID is 1724391. I waited for two days and didn't receive the screen.

                            I contacted their customer care. Initially they said that the item is shipped, but when I asked for the tracking id, they said that they are trying to procure the item from a different supplier and are now asking me to wait for 2 more days.

                            Since this is something I needed immediately, I asked them to cancel the order. I neither got a confirmation over email or sms that the order is cancelled and I would get a refund. The customer support is bad with so many bad assurances.

                              But due to some reason I had to cancel the screen.

                              I have tried calling the customer helpline for a number of times, but nobody is picking up the phone.

                                i ordered a product from maxbhi.com on 11.06.2019 and today i saw that they had cancelled the product and not even put the amount Rs. 1459 in maxbhi eWallet.

                                Please find a solution for this.
                                This is upto limit, I saw many reviews those who didnt get their money back.This is actually cheating and making money from wrong ways is never acceptable. Hope I get a positive response because its all our hard earned money.

                                  My order #1696876 got cancelled on 25th may and I immediately placed a request to return the money from the e-wallet to my SBI bank account and it's been 16 days since then and I've contacted them 6 times by now with them assuring me the refund will happen in 24-48 hrs each time but it didn't, on 7th June that is 13 days after cancellation, I placed a refund request with ID : 112691 and they said they'll contact me and resolve it but even that didn't happen now it's been 16 days and these incompetent people are not even responding, I should've known how deceiving these people are just by reading about there website online but I was negligent, I want my refund at any cost, ASAP. I'll Be attaching some images.

                                    When u place an order, it shows available on stock. When the order is placed, after 8 days passed still it's not delivered. I called so many times to support the team and say the product is not available we are arranging it from another vendor. I don't know why maxbhi taking the order if the product is not available with it. Still, they not refunded my amount even in my wallet or my account. Worst site ever for ordering products and u people have put my money in ur wallet... Totally u have done like dis 3times... One of the worst experiences online... Big fraud. Suggested don't place any order its product is non-orignal, i order one display with touch very cheap quality product i delivered.

                                      Hello guys my order i'd:#1712514 i ordered a led display but in the site not showing anything just it is saying approved what is this, this is not fair at all we didn't receive any notification about order and we had contacted ur customer but no one responding our call please tell me about my order and send notification to my mobile no or email please resolve this and send me the information

                                      Hello sir I have brought the moto screen digitizer from your website maxbhi I got the wrong screen which was not compatible to my moto g6 so i applied for refunded it has been no 2nd day I have not got any response or conformation from the website

                                        Sir,
                                        I ordered touch screen for (Id:#1692740) micromax vdeo 2 of rs 399. This order got canceled due to out of stock and money was refunded to e-wallet so i ordered another touch screen, that also got canceled. I ordered 4 times but all were canceled. Now the product i needed is out of stock so i tried to transfer wallet to the bank,
                                        But there is no option for transferring to the bank. What will i do... Now

                                        Later i saw the same product (Id:#1708112) with rs 409 so i ordered it by adding 10 rs, but that also canceled. Now i cannot transfer money to the bank...

                                        Plz help..
