I received a different product of order number #1757965, i've raised a return and replacement for the exact model. Please read below:
I ordered for lg g2 vs980 lcd and frame but i received the d800 version display and frame. Which i invalid in the first case.
Replacement request #12130
As suggested by your team member on phone on, 06/07/2019, i checked with the service technician at a mobile repair shop he said that it isn't the valid version to replace and said it is not compatible with the model i've and model i bought. The differences he informed:
1. The flex pin portion is short compared to original one.
2. The flex cable length is also short.
3. The frame slots are also different, so that my logic board doesn't fit on the product i bought due to slight changes on the frame for placement of ringer, vibrator position also varies such as my original vibrator position is a bit higher on my old frame and the new product position is a bit lower hence the logic board is not settling the right place.

The user artnau clearly confirmed - source: i have been repairing phones for 10 years and made a business out of it. I have a ls980 in the shop right now and have had several d801 and vs980 over the past couple of months. When i replace the display assembly on the ls980, i order the d800/d801 parts. The vs980 (Usually cross-listed as ls980) have fitment issues.
5. Service technician also checked while connecting this short flex pin with my device, touch doesn't work exactly if he taps on one place it is responding the other side.
I hope you could seriously understand this issue and act upon it.
And also you're trying to blame me in the first place by sending a different product and saying that it is compatible with only google search knowledge. If that is the case i used this device for almost 4 years and got the lcd replaced myself once.
I received a different product as the screen gaurd film was removed for testing purposes you're rejecting my replacement request.
Becuase this is waste for me as this product is not compatible.
Regarding the issue i received a scheduled manager priya call today i. E., 08/07/2019 only one point she's pointing at that warranty was been void for removing the film, it is not mentioned anywhere on the product or product box. How would a customer know about these. Why did they sent me a wrong product in the first place.
I informed manager priya that i will get it a new screen gaurd film how it was or else will add up some more amount and get it a tempered glass and will send it back to your address you can go through the product and then you can revert back with a refund.
