I have ordered iPhone 6 compatible battery on 13th Sep and received on 16th Sep, after installing battery in mobile device and put on charging, found that battery is faulty and it's not charging at all. I have raised a complain in Maxbhi Support with required information and images for replacement. I haven't received and revert from team, when I checked today so they are saying request has been rejected. Please help to reslove this problem...

What is the matter yaar!!! Where is my 32 pieces magnetic repair tool kit that i placed it on june 29th a long period from now, eagerly waiting for a long time but not sent me till today. Now i decided to change my mind. My favourite maxbhi is not reliable now, as they had lot more orders today. I hope my order 3502390 should be in my hand someday....

Ordered a product in maxbhi site I cancelled the product it asked tranfer money to e wallet or bank so I clicked bank account it says it tooks 10-15 to transfer but it already 1month after initiated the refund process but money didn't come to my bank account...

I have ordered the LCD samsung J7pro folder vide order id 3743948 but the company has sent the dead product on[protected] and on the same day I had raised the replacement request as the product delivered is not working condition and the company had also replacement policy of ten days but now no body is responding to the mail's and nobody's is picking the call at service centre...

After providing a first complaint on 30th of August, and received a copy/paste apology, there is no more communication possible with them. I try to speak with customer service, same answer, I asked them to refund my money, if they can not send my my items; no answer, I try to write another query in the Maxbhi Customer support page and it's not possible to write anything else.
How to find a way to reimburse my money in my bank. br...

The LCD that I bought from Maxbhi.com became bad after one day.Please don't buy from them.

Ordered LCD with Touch screen order ref 3744916, for Rs 1949/- which was paid on line on 29/08/21 at 1.04 pm, it says that maxbhi shipment ID is 582705 and that it has been shipped via Bluedart AWB [protected]
on trying to track on bluedart, bluedart says that such AWB does not exist.Please ban this web site, as i think that they are fake.Cannot even talk to them on phone or email, they say its due to covid-19.Please take strict action...

Today is 1 September 2021 and I still have not received the refund yet.

When I try to reach their customer care, it says it is not available!...

I placed a [protected]@ 25th August product not shipped for 4 days.
When I call the maxbhi they said seller arrange the good product to shipped.
Finally after 5days they itself cancell the order .
I made the payment through upi phonepe application.
But this fraud maxbhi application they return back the paid Money to maxbhi wallet which can be use only on their own website.

Request you to take an action...

Today is 28 August and I still have not received the refund yet.
