Not deliver

I had I had order a flex cable for honour 7x as this item was not available so they cancelled that and said that they will refund the money in 10 to 12 days but I have haven't received yet as I have made through Paytm app but still not I have not haven't received any money from their end, as the refund should get refunded in the in the very next day on my Paytm wallet but I haven't received any money

I had purchased a display combo for My samsung mobile M51 on 21 august 2021 at 10:12pm at the price of RS 3309.
then I received the display on 27 Aug 2021 . I went to get the display installed but unfortunately the display was not working and it was dead.
then i requested maxbhi.com to replace the display on 28 aug 2021.
they replied on 1 sept 2021 at 5:55PM . the massage was to click the pictures of the display and send it to them, and share the courier details with them, I did That.
till now this same process has been repeated 3 times but every time they send a non working display to me .its more than a month or i can say almost 40 days my mobile phone is of no use .
I had requested many times to them to plz kindly refund my money if you don't have a proper working display combo for my mobile but they are not willing to pay my money back.
they are just wasting my time and money .
Rs 80+80 on courier
Rs 250+250 to the shopkeeper for installation.
Rs 200+200 fuel in car to visit shopkeeper.

i would like to request Indian Consumer forum to please help me in getting my money back from these thugs and take strict action against them .

Product display came broken and cliamed the replacement request within warranty period ( Warranty till 4th October 2021), but maxbhi declined the replacement request and asking me to follow up with bluedart to get the damage charge.

I order a mobile display priced at 749 rupees
After more than 10 days of waiting for delivery, I contacted the company, after which the company automatically canceled the order and told me that the funds would be credited within a maximum of 15 working days. No reply. I have not received my funds back to date.

My experience was very bad with maxbhi.com I had purchased LCD screen but received defectives product both time,

I got fed-up now with the service by maxbhi I am not looking for refund or replacement ASAP,

I will not invest in courier please send new product and I will handover the defectives product to your courier service provider.

You have said that the refund was initiated and cash transactions in my account within 10 days. But still now nearly one month left there's no refund transaction in my account. I need my 898 rupees immidiatly.

My order no 3549882 refund is initiated but no transactions in my account

Order #3703159 paid on17-8-21 and cancelled on 8-9-21 and got a massage refund amount tranffered to bank within 7 to 10 working days but the fund not delivered.

There is no option of cancel order in ur website i want to cancel my order
i want my refund tody at any cost
they didnt ever have any option for refund item
they have no return policy

I have ordered iPhone 6 compatible battery on 13th Sep and received on 16th Sep, after installing battery in mobile device and put on charging, found that battery is faulty and it's not charging at all. I have raised a complain in Maxbhi Support with required information and images for replacement. I haven't received and revert from team, when I checked today so they are saying request has been rejected. Please help to reslove this problem ASAP. My complain I'd #42590. Thanks

I have called to customer support of maxbhi and clear this matter that picture quality of the product should be good or I go to nearby market and buy it so he confirmed that quality of product will good as local market but when I received it was poor to local market place what should I do please help.

I had ordered lcd screen for my phone through MAXBHI.COM, Elcotek telecom Owned By Naman Aggarwal Operating at Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India when asked about the delivery the site claimed to deliver within 11 september 2021 but upon calling their number and enquired they couldnt deliver it within 3 weeks which would be not feasible as my phone repair is pending and better solution is to get it done locally for which i asked for order cancellation within 1 hour after order, or to atleast convert the order to some other item but no cooperation from their side and said the order cannot be delivered, and now doesnt provide any sort of solution whatsover. Refund intiated delayed and no response. Customer service is at level Worst. This company should be sued and banned as they are running bright day light scam with thousands of customers like me fooled.

Kindly requesting the company MAXBHI.com (ELCOTEK TELECOM) Owned By Naman Aggarwal Operating at Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India to Refund my amount 1909Rs Asap.
