I had order 2 items from maxbhi.com online and paid online while placing the order. they don't have COD as a payment option. there wasn't any option to track the shipment, i got a call that one item is available and another item is rejected in quality issue and will have replaced and then they will send. so should they send one item for now?.. I agreed. now the second item isn't dispatched nor my money is being returned. I ordered on 23rd july 2021, every time i call it says all the agents are busy please wait. so what should i do? i have all the call recordings and emails. their website says in a banner that due to pandemic they have less manpower. but even before I had ordered, people have started to work, transport is running and there is no lockdown.. what should I do?

Complaint marked as Resolved They took too much time to respond, i jayd to try again and again and agan, multiple times to connect to customer care. They refunded about 27less rupees than i had paid for the product. They had kept money with them only in the e-wallet on their website, i had to call & request it to refund in my bank account from where i had originally paid. Very bad experience, they only sell, no support, no after sales.. sells and forgets...

Updated by Roxx R on 11th august 2021, in the morning I got call from a girl telling me she is from maxbhi.com. i talked to her and finally she told me my money will be returned. so i am waiting for the refund. once i get my refund i will mark this complain as resolved.

Updated by Roxx R 21oct2021, Today i checked they had givene refund in their website, under my login on maxbhi website e-wallet. i again called them multiple times and finally got connected and got one person on their customer care. I had to request the money to be refud in my bank account as i had paid from my bank account, they refunded then in my paytm Wallet.

Updated by Roxx R Later i checked and found they had refunded about 27 less ruppes. I got tired all this so now i am not going to ask for it.. very bad experience with maxbhi.com.. i will never buy anything from them.

n my order there were two things One Phone body and LCD display. I got only one item in my order the LCD display only.When I reported them about it they said that We delivered both items.but in reality I received only one of them.
