After providing a first complaint on 30th of August, and received a copy/paste apology, there is no more communication possible with them. I try to speak with customer service, same answer, I asked them to refund my money, if they can not send my my items; no answer, I try to write another query in the Maxbhi Customer support page and it's not possible to write anything else.
How to find a way to reimburse my money in my bank.
This is their answer:

Apologies for the inconvenience caused,
Due to the corona virus outbreak and human resources shortage, request in orders might take more than then expected time to get resolved. We request you to please wait as we are working on your request and you will get an update from us in next 24-48 hours.

Nothing after that.
Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by pepevero I try again to ask them for my item or the refund, and as usual I get this red note on the upper right conner (see image).
