After providing a first complaint on 30th of August, and received a copy/paste apology, there is no more communication possible with them. I try to speak with customer service, same answer, I asked them to refund my money, if they can not send my my items; no answer, I try to write another query in the Maxbhi Customer support page and it's not possible to write anything else.
How to find a way to reimburse my money in my bank.
This is their answer:

Apologies for the inconvenience caused,
Due to the corona virus outbreak and human resources shortage, request in orders might take more than then expected time to get resolved. We request you to please wait as we are working on your request and you will get an update from us in next 24-48 hours.

I try again to ask them for my item or the refund, and as usual I get this red note on the upper right conner (see image).
No answer, no solution, no money.

I got today a mail from this company with the bill, for second time, but no signs of the order... not in the post, not in any couriers... Of course, no information and no refund

    The LCD that I bought from Maxbhi.com became bad after one day.Please don't buy from them.

    I have attached the image for you to see.

    I will spend my entire life now just to spread this particular awareness about maxbhi.com I am so serious about it. In every public forum. I swear to my mom.

      Ordered LCD with Touch screen order ref 3744916, for Rs 1949/- which was paid on line on 29/08/21 at 1.04 pm, it says that maxbhi shipment ID is 582705 and that it has been shipped via Bluedart AWB [protected]
      on trying to track on bluedart, bluedart says that such AWB does not exist.Please ban this web site, as i think that they are fake.Cannot even talk to them on phone or email, they say its due to covid-19.Please take strict action against them and ban their website.I have not yet received the order and i think that i will never receive it .

        I had ordered 1pc of Ringer Speaker for moto g8 power lite

        Order #3431203, Paid on 13th June 2021 at 10:21pm

        Later on order get automatically cancelled due to non availability of products on 15th June 2021.

        Today is 1 September 2021 and I still have not received the refund yet.

        When I try to reach their customer care, it says it is not available!

          I placed a [protected]@ 25th August product not shipped for 4 days.
          When I call the maxbhi they said seller arrange the good product to shipped.
          Finally after 5days they itself cancell the order .
          I made the payment through upi phonepe application.
          But this fraud maxbhi application they return back the paid Money to maxbhi wallet which can be use only on their own website.

            The order delivery was delayed so I cancelled the order on 12th Aug 2021 at 3:11am

            Today is 28 August and I still have not received the refund yet.

            When I try to reach their customer care, it says it is not available!

              Helo maxbhi ... Order number #3489030 I had paid amount on Jun 26 ...and my refund was initiated on July 26 but amount was not yet reflected on bank account since July 26 and there is no reply from maxbhi . Since I made my first order through maxbhi .. among other e com service... Trust is important ... Pls take this action as important ..every consumer should believe maxbhi

                I have placed order no #3564149 for Rs.2609 for a LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 - Black (display glass combo folder) from www.maxbhi.com on 14th July 2021 and due to non availability of the item it was cancelled by them on 10th August 2021. The message "refund to bank" is appearing and the same has not yet credited to my bank account. Whenever I enquired it was clarified that the refund process will be done soon and it will take 10-15 days to credit the same in my bank account and the information will be updated in my phone from time to time. They are responding with the same reply for the past 3 weeks.

Our customer escalated issue. Everyone one in your team saying we will get back to you soon but there I no response check my log in your Maxibhi website no one is responding need on priority basis kindly interacting priority basis.

                      I ordered the display on 17th june at first they gave me a faulty product as it wasn't turning on then they provided a replacement nearly 1 month later and i had to send the product to them with my own expanse which they didn't pay for then they send again a defective product so i returned it again with my own expanse total of nearly 160rs extra then they are saying that this product is damaged physically by me.How is this possible they say that they test every product before sending it but even after that how can this happen twice and they reply every message after 7 days and their behaviour while calling is pathetic.I want my full money back with every single rupee i paid for this fraud.

                        I have requested a replacement for my order received samsung A7 2018 display combo . the product was not in working condition while i receive and they have asked me to courier it back to them for inspection . i did the same and got reverted back saying "We would not be able to replace the lens damage product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you" .

                        I already have and share the image of the products at my 1 st escalation . it clearly shows the lens and other areas are not damaged at all. sharing the images for all .
