I totally frustrated and wrote a email to mr. Naman agarwal who is the founder of this maxbhi regarding product canceled without any intimation. I waited for 2 months for the above order. But it was cancelled as simply reason stating seller doesn't have the product. If you have the order why you kept in maxbhi. I want complete rca for this.

The company has very confusing tnc. I ordered a lcd screen for my mobile worth ₹399 and it was cancelled automatically the next day. Well thats okay. But they kept my money in a wallet (Not approved by govt) instead of directly giving it back (Read those tnc, shady) and when i tried to refund it. On 1st december i received by sms - refund for your order 1424022 at maxbhi.com has been processed. If paid via credit, debit card or net banking, may take 7-10 working days.

Right now they are already late with refund money. Kindly proceed immediately.

Anyway, i ordered at least 4 items, all of them was cancelled, even if they confirmed via call that everything's okay and orders was processed.

I had placed order for lenovo vibe x3 lcd+touch display screen on 14th dec 2018. Their website maxbhi.com had specified availability of product and expected delivery time given was 17th dec 2018. Their website also states refund of money if they don't deliver the product in the given time frame.
