I have ordered for geoniee mobile full body on 11th feb 2019 and payment done through debit card. But i have received msg that my order was cancelled so that i called in your customer care number and i told them regarding this. They told me because of product not available so that my order was cancelled so i told them for refund process. Till the date i have not receiving my refund amount. My order number is 1546459.

    I have ordered touch pad for blu life one x2 on maxbhi site. They cancelled my order due to item was out of stock, so i request to transfer my money to my bank account. I have requested my money on 4/2/2019 and today is 15/2/2019, though i not get my money. They said refund will proceed within 7 to 10 days but it is not proceeded.       I place order for a product they never be delivered after the complaint in maxbhi customer service they make me fool every time andil i don't get any refund they told me your adress is incomplete but adress is okay i receive every shipment on this adress from like flipkart, snapdeals etc. After 3 complaint they don't response and cutt the call in midile of conrvession

        We post maxbhi.com two orders for amount 4599 and 1149, orders ids respectively are 1534493 and 1534622. They don't have the products we ordered and also as usual they refunded that amount in their which is not acceptable as a consumer instead the payment should be refunded from where it been originated. Though we have requested them to refund in our account but it is very doubtful as they have a long list of customer complaints of not recieving the amount in the bank/credit card account.

        Please help to get the amount back as soon as possible.

        Date of delivery given by the company was 15 feb 2019 and it was guaranteed by the company to fully refund of the amount if the product not delivered on the given time.so i want my money back as i have not received the product till now.

          Dear sir,
          Maine maxbhi.com se order #1476865, dt.03/01/2019 ko amount 629/- ka mobile camera mangaya tha. Voh mobile mein fit hi nahin ho raha. Maxbhi company ne kisi aur mobile company ka camera bhej diya hai. Ayasa 3rd time ho chuka hai. Esme mere ab tak courier charges & mobile mechanic charges rs.440/- extra kharch ha gaye hain. Total charges = 1069/- (629/- + 440/-). Result nil. Maxbhi.com mera amount refund nahin kar rahi hai. Please mera amount. Rs.1069/- refund kariye. Maxhi.com company ne mera time aur paise dono kharab kiya hai. Mera amount with penalty refund kiya jaye. Maxbhi.com ke contact no. [protected], [protected].

            Today i just ordered a front glass for lg k7 and payment has been made through google pay, at 7.20pm i recive confirmation message from maxbhi and payment has been successfully made but at 8.00pm i got an unpaid message from maxbhi and i lost 359rs. Now i need my money back, my order id :1529916

              I have ordered a lcd with touch screen for samsung galaxy ace style sm-g310hn - black (Display glass combo folder) for 709.00 rs. From maxbhi.com order number #[protected]/12/2018, 11:31 am) after that website shows your order to be cancelled because of no stock in this item we will refund to your maxbhi.com wallet. But i wanted my money back because of i clicked refund to my bank account. Under the button they have mention completetion usually takes 10 to 15 working days. But today 27.01.2019. I did'nt get any refund from this website i want real cash to my bank account. This kind of play should be very irritating my mind. I have attached that bill.

So ot was refunded to e wallet, when it has to get transferred to bank account inable to get transferred. Hence i want the refund money to my bank account and the other order for lenovo replacement display as it is not the product which is neededu i want to cancel the order.                     I have ordered lg g flex 2 body 2 years back they said not in stock so they added money to wallet then i again order body when in stock they repeated the same not in stock so i asked for refund so they said within 7 days refund will be send to your account. Its been more than two years whenever i asked them avout this they says we have forwarded your request to our refund team & they will take the necessary action required. This was in August 2018 still refund not given.

                        I have purchased the nokia 5233 full body housing on 19/01/2018.My order is 1505717 They have sent me a very cheap quality housing.The quality is so bad that body housing will not even last for an year and the button panel, one of the clips of the button and one of the hooks of the body is broken.Now when i asked for a refund they told me that refund is not possible.I even told them that please give me refund in your wallet i will instead buy a battery.But they are not even willing to give me anything.Please help me out.

                            I ordered a combo for coolpad note 3 after few days they declined the product by saying the product is not available i requested to refund the amount the refund process the amount and said it will be credited in your account within 10 to 15 days but after this 15 days the amount has not been credited to my account. The order id is #1476416. So please notify them regarding my refund and let them refund to my account soon as possible. The delay is causing much too much of inconvenience

                              I totally frustrated and wrote a email to mr. Naman agarwal who is the founder of this maxbhi regarding product canceled without any intimation. I waited for 2 months for the above order. But it was cancelled as simply reason stating seller doesn't have the product. If you have the order why you kept in maxbhi. I want complete rca for this.

                                I have ordered a lcd & touch screen for my mobile worth ₹979 on 8th january
                                Order id : #1485929 and it was cancelled automatically the next day. Well thats okay. I did payment by net banking from my bank account. But when i tried to refund it by clicking the option in their website to refund to my bank account, they sure gave me no transaction id of the refund to crosscheck with my payment bank. It just states it was initiated and refund was made and asking to wait for 15 days. Nowadays the online payment takes only seconds or minutes to credit back. 2-3 days processing time is acceptable for me. Still i waited for 8 days now. And i have contacted customer care, not much good response than this 15 days wait time they said. I need a solution on this and refund of my money immediatly. I can see many complaints on the same company and i think they are fraud and simply takin orders o[censored]n available items and cheatin customers by taking their money. Kindly take up this matter on s seriously urgent basis.

                                    The company has very confusing tnc. I ordered a lcd screen for my mobile worth ₹399 and it was cancelled automatically the next day. Well thats okay. But they kept my money in a wallet (Not approved by govt) instead of directly giving it back (Read those tnc, shady) and when i tried to refund it. They sure gave me no transaction id of the refund to crosscheck with my payment bank/wallet. It just states it was initiated and refund was made.

                                    This is a fraud company and unlike other companies who actually give a damn about the customers. I was too misguided by those resolved, 99% customer satisfaction reviews. But i tell you better off buying those spare parts from market or other online stores.

                                    There available stocks become unavailable out of stock just a few hours after you have ordered an item. If not then i hope you get that part in good condition.
