I have already paid for the order which is now showing in your wallet balance,

    One Plus 5 dcreen didn't show up from Lock/Unlock, Display supplied over here is 3rd party Display and OP5 Display Driver doesn't show up Display if the OEM Display signature mismatches on Andriod 9.0. its not SW issue & No software update helpful here. Need original one plus 5 display.

    Back Light is on when unlocked but Display doesn't show up. From boot its able to show Display.

    There is a discussion in below thread showing same issue, Please refund or supply Original Oneplus 5 compatible display.

    Ok dissembling it and reassembling it will take time, i need to go to mobile service shop and get it dissembled. will send images after disassembly and keep the part separate, How much time it will take to get replacement part after this. I need refund rather so i can go to service center and get new part.

Seals are the most important part to claim warranty of the products.     This is too bad, first you supply non compatible product and as you install to test display seal is anyway torn and you decline replacement. Very bad on maxbhi .. i will ensure no order anymore from anyone on maxbhi. your business will be screwed in coming days if you have this kind of policies. There is social media and people are watching such fraudulent behavior from you folks.

    will find a consumer complaint as 3200/- is not free for me for useless piece what you shipped.

      I had ordered a replacement display for 6303 and it was damaged when i received it and i asked for replacement. They told that i will get it in five to seven days (On 20/02/2019) but i have not yet received a proper response from them even after contacting them so many times. Please refund my money or give replacement immediately. My order number is #1549892

      I received a wrong product which doesn't fit the phone. Now maxbhi says we didn't send that product.
      I have provided pics of received product but they claim they didn't agree.

        I booked touch combo display glass and paid amount but after two days it is cancelled by maxbhi, after that another one available with slightly high price. So i paid rest amount but once again the order is cancelled by maxbhi. The order no is 1559384 and 1563404 (Rs.1949). After that i purchase digitizer money for rs 449 it is delivered, remaining amount rs 1310 is saved in maxbhi e wallet, i request him to refund to account. But they are reponding

          Maxbhi / elcotek telecom — lcd with touch screen for realme 2 pro on jan 10. I ordered replacement display + touch screen combo from maxbhi.com on[protected]order #1550411). The product was not working properly as its touch seems dead. But when i requested for a replacement (Id #10156) of the same, they are simply declined it by saying that they would not be able to replace the product as it was not in the same condition as the warranty seals were broken and the gumming had been removed.. I hadn't broken any warranty seal and the product is in same condition where they shipped. Please help to get the replacement as it had cost me rs 2900

But when i requested for a replacement of the same, they are simply delaying it and told me to add more pics. I think that they are just making excuses for replacement

              Hi,

              This seems to be a new way of defrauding people. First make us pay for order and the cancel it. Add money to the wallet.

              Becareful this is not our wallet its their own wallet. Just want them to refund to the bank account immediately.

              The product list seems to be fake they never have these products. Thats one of the reasons they do not have not kept cod option.

              Looking forward for refund.

              Well, how can an issue be resolved without a refund? I really don't understand which age you are living in. Really want to know why does it take 10-15days for banks to refund.

              Once you initiate it should not take more than 24-48 hours to reach my account.

              Please do not list products you do not have or fulfill it. The product is still listed on your website.

              Please initiate and share the transaction number.

                I bought one product on maxbhi.com on 3rd dec 2019... But i don't know why my order got cancelled immediately after making payment and got one message from maxbhi.com

                But still m waiting for my refunds it's all about 17 days kindly help me this website is totally fraud!

                        We post maxbhi.com two orders for amount 4599 and 1149, orders ids respectively are 1534493 and 1534622. They don't have the products we ordered and also as usual they refunded that amount in their which is not acceptable as a consumer instead the payment should be refunded from where it been originated. Though we have requested them to refund in our account but it is very doubtful as they have a long list of customer complaints of not recieving the amount in the bank/credit card account.

                        Please help to get the amount back as soon as possible.

                          Maine maxbhi.com se order #1476865, dt.03/01/2019 ko amount 629/- ka mobile camera mangaya tha. Voh mobile mein fit hi nahin ho raha. Maxbhi company ne kisi aur mobile company ka camera bhej diya hai. Ayasa 3rd time ho chuka hai. Esme mere ab tak courier charges & mobile mechanic charges rs.440/- extra kharch ha gaye hain. Total charges = 1069/- (629/- + 440/-). Result nil. Maxbhi.com mera amount refund nahin kar rahi hai. Please mera amount. Rs.1069/- refund kariye. Maxhi.com company ne mera time aur paise dono kharab kiya hai. Mera amount with penalty refund kiya jaye. Maxbhi.com ke contact no. [protected], [protected].

                            Today i just ordered a front glass for lg k7 and payment has been made through google pay, at 7.20pm i recive confirmation message from maxbhi and payment has been successfully made but at 8.00pm i got an unpaid message from maxbhi and i lost 359rs. From maxbhi.com order number #[protected]/12/2018, 11:31 am) after that website shows your order to be cancelled because of no stock in this item we will refund to your maxbhi.com wallet. But i wanted my money back because of i clicked refund to my bank account. Under the button they have mention completetion usually takes 10 to 15 working days. But today 27.01.2019. I did'nt get any refund from this website i want real cash to my bank account. This kind of play should be very irritating my mind. I have attached that bill.

                                    I have ordered lg g flex 2 body 2 years back they said not in stock so they added money to wallet then i again order body when in stock they repeated the same not in stock so i asked for refund so they said within 7 days refund will be send to your account. Its been more than two years whenever i asked them avout this they says we have forwarded your request to our refund team & they will take the necessary action required. This was in August 2018 still refund not given.

                                        I have purchased the nokia 5233 full body housing on 19/01/2018.My order is 1505717 They have sent me a very cheap quality housing.The quality is so bad that body housing will not even last for an year and the button panel, one of the clips of the button and one of the hooks of the body is broken.Now when i asked for a refund they told me that refund is not possible.I even told them that please give me refund in your wallet i will instead buy a battery.But they are not even willing to give me anything.Please help me out.

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Please check the image is attached in order image gallery of the dispatched product. This image was captured, when your product was ready for shipment.
                                        Warranty does not cover any physical damages. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.
