I ordered back camera for gionee m2 8gb but was canceled a few days later. I requested a refund and i was told that the refund will be completed in 7-10 days. However i did not receive any refund. I contacted their customer support ([protected]@maxbhi.com). I was given a request id #175829 and the refund information will be send to me through email within 3 days. Even after 3 days i received no information regarding my problem. I contacted [protected]@maxbhi.com again and i was given the same message. Just like before, even after 3 days i received no information. Pls help

    I ordered batteries from maxbhi.com and dont know for what reason they have cancelled the order. When i requested for the refund to my bank account there is no reply from them. I have mailed them for the refund but they dont reply. Got a request number from them #176518 for the refund by mail but no refund yet received. Please help out to get my refund.

As i can check your both the Orders #526678, #517648 with maxbhi.com. Sir you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.And as confirmed with you on call for refund of your amount we had initiated your refund from our-end shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.

    Thanks for clearing out the issues what you people are facing. There are many ecommerce companies in india and i have ordered many of the products but never faced the issue as i faced with maxbhi.com. Anyways, my refund has been credited in my account thanks for doing so. I will now mark the issue as solved.

      Like many other consumers, i was also victim of maxbhi.com.
      My order number was 540337. Item was in stock at the time of order and after few days order was canceled and money transferred to ewallet with no clear instructions where to request refund to bank.in my profile there is no link or form to request refund to bank. There is no answer on phone e number provided. I hope if my voice is heard here and i can get my refund in bank for rs. 1099.

        I placed an order on 5-7-2017 for i pad 2 flip cover (White) and paid thr. My credit card. On 8-7-2017 they cancelled that order themself. On 8-7-2017 i placed another order for i pad 2 flip cover (Green) which was again cancelled on[protected]. I do not understand for what purpose they have created this site. I think they cancel all orders after 2-3 days and keep their money for 10-15 days. Just nonsense site and waste of time.

        My first order was Order #: 532451 on 5-7-17 for Flip Cover for Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi Plus 3G - White which was cancelled from your side, then I thought maybe white colour may be not available so I changed colour and on 8-7-17 I placed order for Flip Cover for Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi Plus 3G - Green vide Order #: 536209 which was again cancelled from your side after two days.             I had ordred maxbhi.com for display of my mobile with order id #535319 on 5/07/2017. I payid bill amount quick through netbanking. After 5 days they says that they are not able to dispatch order... And cancell my order on 7/07/2017. Till today 13/07/2017 they not refunded me... I contact through mail & call theme they say me contact for payment solusation company... My complaint is that why i contact payment solusation company?

                  At first i wasn't sure about placing the order because of this reason only, but then their representative called me and tried to convenience me to place the order, so i placed the order and that's what i am regretting now.

                  Its been 5 days and they haven't yet dispatched the order, every time i call them, they don't pick up for at least 15 min and then i give up and disconnect the call.
                  They are way to unprofessional to do the business.

                  I try to prefer indian companies but if they behave like this then how m i supposed to trust them.

                  I would like to wait till I receive the product before marking it as "RESOLVED" because with the kind of response I am getting it's doesn't seems promising and also there is no suerity of the product being available with the seller unlike what I was told before placing the order.
                  now they have refunded the money back to my paytm, seriously its my worst ever online shopping experience, they should not have had taken the order at the first place if they didnt had the product. also it took them 5 days to realize that the they dont have the product.

                    I have purchase lcd with touch screen from maxbhi.com on 5th july, 2017 after getting the availability confirmation from the maxbhi.com customer care and spent rs. 5233 rs. For the order and my order no is 531962. But after two days on 7th july they sudfenly cancelled the order from their side and when i called to their customer care he has told that he will send the notification when the product will be available again otherwise sent the amount to my bank account but adding my horror now they did not even pick up the phone and did not sent the money to my bank account.

                      Further to your reply mail dated 29th june 2017 as a reply towards my request to refund the money to the bank which i have paid for order no : 518371 and cancelled stating "no reason". Though the team has replied stating i would be informed within 48 hours to 72 hours, there is no response even from customer care, in spite of my repeated calls but unfortunately the result is putting on hold hours together to make the customers fed up. Hence kindly take necessary actions, would appreciate your good office to refund the amount at the earliest to my account (Bank)

                        I abinash kaitha had placed an order of gionee s5.5 sim tray with order id #531208 but after few days later maxbhi.com send me an email that my order has been cancel and the amount has refunded to my maxbhi.com e-wallet, soon after i choose to refund my e-wallet money to my bank account and again maxbhi.com sent me email that amount will be refunded to my bank account within 7-10 but still i have not received my money back.

                        I would request maxbhi.com to refund my money as soon as possible because its your fault that you failed with your words and i want my money back.

                          Order for shipment of full body of spice mobile phone S5420 was placed and approved at your end vide order no 521797 on 27.06.17. Confirmation to this was also conveyed through gmail too. afterwards it has been informed that the order cannot be fulfilled due to non availability of stock and order was cancelled keeping the money at your end in the e wallet.
                          in spite of request to transfer the refund to my bank account it has not been done so far.
                          do it immediately otherwise i will take up the matter with " PAHAREDAR " programme of CNBC TV channel

                            Maxbhi is not sending my refund amount of rs 1389.08 after cancellation of order 515636. The cancellation policy said it will be reverted to bank a/c within 10 days. The order was cancelled on 22.06.2017. Customer support is not receiving phone calls nor they are responding over email. I have placed online complaint also regarding refund. The request no is 173384.

                                  Actually i order a LCD screen of Acer Z530 Mobile & payment done by debit card, now follows all the step provided by mail through refund, i also follows all step & i will show all refund to my bank form ewallet.
                                  But i will never recieved any payment into my bank.
                                  its provide only pay by debit/credit/netbanking . not provide the option of COD.

                                    My Order # 499748, they say they have stock but after ordering they say no stock but in online its shoeing in stock and they would not return money to my account, so requesting other not to go for it its a big fraud company .
                                    don't have proper website nor they would pick any call or replay any mail . If you are planing for it than they would take your money and would not pay back nor they would give any product you have ordered .

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock's from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your complain regarding refund of your amount, we have a very simple process you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund and also you can contact us on [protected].                                       M not at all satisfied with your customer care as i talked with them 1 week back about the product which i have order at that time they told me the product is defaulted so we didnt dispached and so will transfer the money in your bank account, but still the money is not received in my bank account, again i called them to transfer my money from ewallet to bank they told me with in two day it will be done yet it is not received...
                                      Whate kind of a people you keep in ur company who does not satisfied the customer...
                                      Again and again do we need to call you for our money only.
                                      What have you done if it was ur then have forget it
                                      Shame on the people you have in ur company as an employeee
                                      And please transfer my money in my bank account as it was told by ur employee 1 week later

                                        I ordered an LCD for Spice MI 516 and received an incompatible LCD, So received LCD was not working, I raised a request for replacement and send back the LCD to Maxbhi, but I again received the same type incompatible LCD.
                                        I requested customer care to refund the money and I was ready to send back the item.
                                        But they told me again they will send the replacement. I was very unhappy and wanted refund not replacement. Maxbhi is still doging the matter and customer care was raising the issue to seniors etc.

                                        Now if I call customer care I need to wait at least 2 to 5 mins to connect and they are always unable to here me and drop my call

                                        Very bad experience with Maxbhi online.

                                        Hope they take some action and rectify this iissue
