Sir/madam,
Last week i was trying to buy a battery on maxbhi, but the seller unable to deliver my ordered item. The payment was made by paytm. Maxbhi keep my on their e-wallet. I want my money back. I was trying to contact them via phone but they don't take my phone call i'm very much afraid.
The payment was made to maxbhi is rs 399
Through paytm.

    Your company anaounce if customer order any mobile goods from you then the goods will be send cod mode but when i order a goods there is not opson
    Of cod mode. Why? Sir, i am shiraj sarkar. I had order lcd with touch screen for zte n919d - white. First upon your company said to me that your order is in process but after some days my order is cancelled. Although your company fully refund my money to bank account. Your company actually is truth. But i want to pay cod mode.

      My order no.526098 got cancelled on 02/07/2017. Requested refund of order amount rs.1738.36 from maxbhi wallet to my bank account on 02/07/2017. No amount was refunded till now. Also i contacted customer care no. [protected] on 14/07/2017 twice which was of no use, no one responded. Another cancelled order no.528017 for rs.1733.51 is also pending for refund. Please refund the amounts as soon as possible.

        They are making email gossips. Giving request i'd 17529/ #17600 date13 july 2017 for order no 535978 dated 8 july2017. For non availability of products. Asking their so called team to work upon. Giving waiting period of 48 to72 hrs. Time elapsed but no response for refund. Of money. Give n contact company no for customer care not responding after repeated calls. Product was lenovoa3000 dizitizer.

          I have order an lcd display for lenovo tab3 order no #515722 on 22/06/2017. However after 2 days of placing order, received notification that my order has been cancellled and amount will be refunded in account. It's more than 25 days now, didn't get money refund.           Sir i order a lava battery from maxbhi but the delivery was not completed so it cancled automatically and money refund to e-wallet but when i click on transfer money to bank maxbhi deduct money from e-wallet but not transfer to my paytm account .my order no is 526930
          My order for touch digitizer was failed as it was out of stock but my money 874rs is stuck in wallet I cannot buy anything or refund plzz help..

            I had ordered display along with touch pad for fly qik plus mobile as on 28.06.2017. My order no. Is #522954 of rs. 1540/-. But maxbhi.com had cancelled my order due to the seller failed to ship my order due to some reason & supposed to refund the amount in my bank account within 7-10 days. The refund process was initiated on 03.07.2017 but as yet they have not refunded money to my bank account after taking several follow ups.

                Maxbhi.com is a very fake website, they do not provide us good quality products, also they do not refund if there product are not working. Even they charged extra for courier service when you are looking for replacement.

                I never recommend to anyone to use this website.

                My order number is 497633. I ordered the product via lumia 920 touch digiter twice but i recieved the product faulty both times, they never refund the money. Also they dont provide oem part. They are not giving me new product saying u voided the warranty and all. The first product which they send of the same was of the year 2013 and the second one was of the same 2013 year. This means they have all expired products for my phone. I just want my money back, if i didn't get it back, i will complaint to the police or consumer court.

                  I had ordered a battery for my Spice MI 495 stellar virtuoso on 15th july 2017 .The order had been successfully placed and I had got an information validating the same .Next day on 16th july 2017 I got an information that the sellar had refused to deliver the battery on my address and my order stood cancelled. An amount of RS. 470 had been debited from my bank account on 15th July 2017 . Now on 16th July 2017 i got a mail from MAXBHI Telecom that the refund of the order is approved and i have got the amount in my MAXBHI E -WALLET which i don't want .I wanted the refund to be done in my bank account and not in MAXBHI E -WALLET. I don't find the option of transferring the amount from MAXBHI E-WALLET to my bank account though MAXBHI TELECOM SAYS an option is there for doing so.
                  NOW I AM HEAVILY DISAPPOINTED AS I DON'T NO WHAT TO DO NEXT.I AM A VERY POOR PERSON WITH A VER LOW INCOME.
                  PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME in getting my refund back to my bank account.My order number is #546692.

                  My issue has been resolved and I have received my money in my bank account.Thanks a lot to ConsumerComplaints.in team .I got a call very next day from Maxbhi.Com after the prompt action taken by ConsumerComplaints.in team.A lady told me my money had been refunded to my account. She also asked me why i choose such a long route for solving my problem .I told her had your company responded to my query as soon i had been stuck into the problem i would not have been chosen this route. Anyway Maxbhi Elcotek supporting staffs are nice person.But their way of doing business is somewhat irritating.Hope they will fix this & then i will return again to shop. Thanks a lot .God be with you.

                    I ordered lcd screen for lava pixel v1 on 10/07/17 order no #539600 of rs 2086 and then i cancelled it for some reason. My money has been transferred into e-wallet but i want it back in my paytm account.. I tried a lot of times but the order cancellation tab is not situated anywhere kindly refund my money as soon as possible into my paytm wallet or bank

After 5 days they says that they are not able to dispatch order... And cancell my order on 10/07/2017. Till today 15/07/2017 they not funded me...                             It is fraud i order one nokia asha 230 body on 05.06.17, the after two day the order canceled by them and the amount credited to wallet, i asked to return the paid to my bank by mail but they are promised to solve within 48 hours but still not return as well not attending my call it is purely fraud and cheating the online buyer pl careful pl don't pay advance to anything bye this site, here no cod, only advance pay means cheating...

                              It is fraud i order one touch on 11.06.17, the next day the order canceled by them and the amount credited to wallet, i asked to return the paid first week they are promised to return within 48 hours but still not return as well not attending my call it is purely fraud and cheating the online buyer pl careful pl don't pay advance to anything bye this site, here no cod, only advance pay means cheating

                                Hello sir my name is pariga krishna. First of all i would like to say (Lcd with touch screen dizitelizer for micromax canvas tab p470) i orderd in maxbhi.com. On 2nd july 2017. With order no#528398. On 7th july they cancelled my order no #528398. I got email for conformation of refund money from maxbhi e wallet to my account. Still this day i didnt get the refund to my account.

                                  I ordered a touch assembly for lg g2 vs980 and the payment of rs. 813 was done threw my debit card. After 1 day i got the message from maxbhi that the seller failed to ship the order and is currently out of stock and the money has been transferred to my e-wallet on sunday. From there i refunded the money to original payment mode and its been 6 days and still i haven't received my money in my bank account. Kindly please resolve this issue.

                                      Cannot find a cash on delivery option on any of the products, but maxbhi sending a notification of cash on delivery is available. So I checked the COD availability on the pincode at this https://www.maxbhi.com/cod-now-available-on-maxbhi.com.html website add a cash on delivery option in your maxbhi.com bcoz I read the reviews of your pay online feature.
