I reordered it, as i saw there was a price difference, and it said product was available, so i reordered it, but again same case...

Now i am quite shocked to see they dont reply to my email, and i have been trying to call them i stayed on their line for 20min but no body picks up. Refund to bank was also cancelled no reason.

Please help me get my money back, such eportals should be deleted from internet.

    Maxbhi.com is a very fake website, they do not provide us good quality products, also they do not refund if there product are not working. Even they charged extra for courier service when you are looking for replacement.

    I never recommend to anyone to use this website.

    My order number is 497633. I ordered the product via lumia 920 touch digiter twice but i recieved the product faulty both times, they never refund the money. Also they dont provide oem part. They are not giving me new product saying u voided the warranty and all. The first product which they send of the same was of the year 2013 and the second one was of the same 2013 year. This means they have all expired products for my phone. I just want my money back, if i didn't get it back, i will complaint to the police or consumer court.

      I had ordered a battery for my Spice MI 495 stellar virtuoso on 15th july 2017 .The order had been successfully placed and I had got an information validating the same .Next day on 16th july 2017 I got an information that the sellar had refused to deliver the battery on my address and my order stood cancelled. An amount of RS. 470 had been debited from my bank account on 15th July 2017 . Now on 16th July 2017 i got a mail from MAXBHI Telecom that the refund of the order is approved and i have got the amount in my MAXBHI E -WALLET which i don't want .I wanted the refund to be done in my bank account and not in MAXBHI E -WALLET. I don't find the option of transferring the amount from MAXBHI E-WALLET to my bank account though MAXBHI TELECOM SAYS an option is there for doing so.
      NOW I AM HEAVILY DISAPPOINTED AS I DON'T NO WHAT TO DO NEXT.I AM A VERY POOR PERSON WITH A VER LOW INCOME.
      PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME in getting my refund back to my bank account.My order number is #546692.

      My issue has been resolved and I have received my money in my bank account.Thanks a lot to ConsumerComplaints.in team .I got a call very next day from Maxbhi.Com after the prompt action taken by ConsumerComplaints.in team.A lady told me my money had been refunded to my account. She also asked me why i choose such a long route for solving my problem .I told her had your company responded to my query as soon i had been stuck into the problem i would not have been chosen this route. Anyway Maxbhi Elcotek supporting staffs are nice person.But their way of doing business is somewhat irritating.Hope they will fix this & then i will return again to shop. Thanks a lot .God be with you.

        I ordered lcd screen for lava pixel v1 on 10/07/17 order no #539600 of rs 2086 and then i cancelled it for some reason. My money has been transferred into e-wallet but i want it back in my paytm account.. I tried a lot of times but the order cancellation tab is not situated anywhere kindly refund my money as soon as possible into my paytm wallet or bank

        I complained about the refunding in my bank i ordered lcd screen for lava pixel v1 on 10july order no #539600 of rs 2086..my e-wallet money has not transferred into my bank yet . i have complained on 17 july 2017 but still no progress. they called me amd assured me that in 24 hours my money will be refunded but they did nothing i just want my money back

          I had ordred maxbhi.com for display of my mobile with order id 539600 on 1/07/2017. I payid bill amount quick through netbanking. After 5 days they says that they are not able to dispatch order... And cancell my order on 10/07/2017. Till today 15/07/2017 they not funded me... I contact through mail & call theme they say me contact for payment solusation company... My compalint is that why i contact payment solusation company?

                It is fraud i order one nokia asha 230 body on 05.06.17, the after two day the order canceled by them and the amount credited to wallet, i asked to return the paid to my bank by mail but they are promised to solve within 48 hours but still not return as well not attending my call it is purely fraud and cheating the online buyer pl careful pl don't pay advance to anything bye this site, here no cod, only advance pay means cheating...

With order no#528398. On 7th july they cancelled my order no #528398. I got email for conformation of refund money from maxbhi e wallet to my account.                       I ordered a touch assembly for lg g2 vs980 and the payment of rs. 813 was done threw my debit card. After 1 day i got the message from maxbhi that the seller failed to ship the order and is currently out of stock and the money has been transferred to my e-wallet on sunday. From there i refunded the money to original payment mode and its been 6 days and still i haven't received my money in my bank account. Kindly please resolve this issue.

                          Cannot find a cash on delivery option on any of the products, but maxbhi sending a notification of cash on delivery is available. So I checked the COD availability on the pincode at this https://www.maxbhi.com/cod-now-available-on-maxbhi.com.html website add a cash on delivery option in your maxbhi.com bcoz I read the reviews of your pay online feature.

                              I ordered back camera for gionee m2 8gb but was canceled a few days later. I requested a refund and i was told that the refund will be completed in 7-10 days. However i did not receive any refund. I contacted their customer support ([protected]@maxbhi.com). I was given a request id #175829 and the refund information will be send to me through email within 3 days. Even after 3 days i received no information regarding my problem. I contacted [protected]@maxbhi.com again and i was given the same message. Just like before, even after 3 days i received no information. Pls help

                                I ordered batteries from maxbhi.com and dont know for what reason they have cancelled the order. When i requested for the refund to my bank account there is no reply from them. I have mailed them for the refund but they dont reply. Got a request number from them #176518 for the refund by mail but no refund yet received. Please help out to get my refund.

As i can check your both the Orders #526678, #517648 with maxbhi.com. Sir you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.And as confirmed with you on call for refund of your amount we had initiated your refund from our-end shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.                                 Thanks for clearing out the issues what you people are facing. There are many ecommerce companies in india and i have ordered many of the products but never faced the issue as i faced with maxbhi.com. Anyways, my refund has been credited in my account thanks for doing so. I will now mark the issue as solved.

                                  Like many other consumers, i was also victim of maxbhi.com.
                                  My order number was 540337. Item was in stock at the time of order and after few days order was canceled and money transferred to ewallet with no clear instructions where to request refund to bank.in my profile there is no link or form to request refund to bank. There is no answer on phone e number provided. I hope if my voice is heard here and i can get my refund in bank for rs. 1099.

                                    I placed an order on 5-7-2017 for i pad 2 flip cover (White) and paid thr. My credit card. On 8-7-2017 they cancelled that order themself. On 8-7-2017 i placed another order for i pad 2 flip cover (Green) which was again cancelled on[protected]. I do not understand for what purpose they have created this site. I think they cancel all orders after 2-3 days and keep their money for 10-15 days. Just nonsense site and waste of time.

                                        I had ordred maxbhi.com for display of my mobile with order id #535319 on 5/07/2017. I payid bill amount quick through netbanking. After 5 days they says that they are not able to dispatch order... And cancell my order on 7/07/2017. Till today 13/07/2017 they not refunded me... I contact through mail & call theme they say me contact for payment solusation company... My complaint is that why i contact payment solusation company?
