I order 2 item from maxbhi.com one order id is 518780 and other is 516847
First they confirm my order then suddenly they cancle both product without any reason then asking for refund they give a message they will refund with in 7 to 10 working day but today is 12 day but i don't get any refund i pay through paytm usking paytm no. [protected] so i want my money in wallet

    Hii i had ordered fr bq s38 battery, as i received it yesterday july - 2/7/17 but the battery is not atall supporting the fone the battery is too large
    I hope u people have return policy
    But it's just waste of time for me n really disappointed as i had needed the battery veryyy urgently but u guys fooled me
    Itz my humble request now
    Take away the battery n refund my money back in my account

      1. Touch screen for iball slide 3g 1026-q18 - white (Complete assembly folder) 25/06/2017, 09:47 am at the time of order placed product shows as avaiable. After 3- days they canceled the order saying product not avaiable and added my money to ewallet of maxhi account. I called and spoke to the representative they said product i have ordered is not avaialble wait for sometime one arrives they will arrange for shipment. I placed new order by adding the item to cart and called the customer care by providing the details to the reprenstative a 2. Lcd screen for iball slide 3g 1026-q18 (Replacement display without touch), they took order, they gaian confirmed that within 3- days the order will shipment to provided address. But again they cancelled the order saying product not avaiable. I already requested for refund the money. My oder detalis are

As i can check your Order #519370 with maxbhi.com. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock's from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
      In that case automaticaally cancelled my order, i want my money in my bank account not your e wallet.

        Still they didn't refunded even after complaining... What kind of human beings you all are?
        How can you refund on a debit card number without getting its account number? Is this the method of frauding people? Because in my knowledge i didnt heard of depositing money on a debit card number?

        Why you guys dont listen when i said that refund on my paytm number? I think if you refund on paytm number then you guys have to spend the real money rather than fake promising to customer and send reciepts of you fake ccavenue gateway.

        Its a simple thing and you are making complicated.
        And consumer complaints doesn't even bother to get the fraud website baned so that people won't loose their money on these thieves.

        An 3027.87 amount can't be recovered by you all? Whats the point of opening consumer help?
        I think i have to report on consumer complaints now for taking thing casually or not taking action.

          Sir, my name is shiraj sarkar, i had order the lcd touch screen for zte n919d - white. My order id is #519156 on dated 24/06/17 in time 09.52pm cost rs -958.47. First upon your company said to me that your order is process but after 3 days (27/06/2017, 12:58pm) my order is cancel led due to out of stock. I am not the vip man i am middleclass man. Rs -958.47 is big big highly cost. So i will hurry up due to mony refund to my bank account. Sir please refund my mony as soon as possible. Otherwise i wil not talaret and other routes are applied by me. I wil not refund mony to e wallet. Plz plz plz refund my mony.

              I had call to customer care 35mts(waiting time, ) .simply they are saying plz wait. No response at all. I am not able to know what these people are doing. So kindly take action on them sir...

                I ve ordered Samsung touch screen digitizer while ordering it's under process later on they've cancelled my product. They refunded my amount to my e wallet not to my bank account.

                So many times I called to the customer support there is no proper response .

                ASAP transfer the amount from E wallet to my bank account.

                    I had placed an order for lava e tab velo+ lcd screen.order no.#516120 but due to unavailability the order was cancelled and my payment was credited to the e wallet and from there I selected the option "Refund to the Bank" .But till now my payment was not credited to my bank. and i contacted their support regarding the issue but they didnt gave any reply.

                        I had placed orders on maxbhi.com several times and each time the order is cancelled by maxbhi. Amount is transfer to e-wallet of maxbhi.com instead of my bank account. Tried thier custoer care.. But noone is attenting the call.. Tried for the option to transter through the website itself, but an error message occurs. Plz transfer refund amount to my bank account so that amount can be used for other purpose. Early action is highly appreciable.

                          Sir i ordered infocus epic 1 mobile sim card holder tray but this order cancelled because not in stock when i chaked status of my order. As show on website my refund rs 305 show in maxbhi wallett but not transferred in my paytm account i paid money from paytm account so i want money back inmy paytm account. I didn't contact customer services of maxbhi.com it is not available. So pls take nassessary action.

                            They cancelled my order and refunded the amount in their ewallet instead of my account which is not letting me to transfer the same to my account. This is really very bad as I cannot use the same to buy the same from other places and I don't want to buy anything else from your site. Please refund the money in my account?. I also tried their helpline no but no one is picking up the phone.

                              I had placed my order on 19/06/17 vide invoice no. 513199 for my Xolo Q600s. Order for the same is cancelled by Maxbhi. Amount for the same is transfer to e-wallet of Maxbhi.com instead of Paytm wallet. Plz transfer refund amount to my PAYTM wallet to make us use of that amount for other purpose. early action is highly appreciable.

                              No one answering call, I have called more than 15 time every time I have waited 10-15 min, but no one answer, on Monday received call them saying that we don't have any product in stock, you have contact customer care, until now no one received call on customer care, refund back my all money

                                I ordered you Intex aqua i6 touchscreen throgh order no-475946. You take the order and after fewdays informed that order has been cancelled due to unavailability. Order amount was back to maxbhi wallet. As par you instruction I request you to refund my order to my bank account. But sorry to say guys you didnt. I mailed you regarding this but dnt reply it. Please take necessary steps.

                                If I look the complaints against maxbhi here all are same. They take order, failed to deliver and cancelled but amount not refunded. Why you take order when product is not available? Its really going to be a big scam!

                                Finally hearing from you, thanx a lot. First of all you can check my order or profile that I have already waljthrough your all process of refund like confirmation, mail, chat etc before two month of this " longer route". Image of that is here.
                                Secondly you should change your procedure of taking order, pls take payment after getting confirmation from your vendor, as a banker I suggest you because any one can claimed amount with interest as order becomes failure from your end. We dnt know your vendor, we are giving order to you.
                                Finally surely I will mark this problem as resolved after crediting my card.

                                  Sir, my name is pavan shisode my order i d is 503229, i had ordered lcd for spice mi600. First upon your company said to me that your order is in process but after 2 days my order is cancelled. So i will ask for refund. Your company said to me your money will be credited in your account between 7 days. But after 7 days i had called to your customers care but that says that maximum 10 days required after 10 days when i called you your customers care person say to me bank statement is required, so i will hurry up due to money refund. Sir please refund my money as early as possible. Otherwise other routes are applied by me.

                                    I have purchased an item from maxbhi on 8th june 2017 but some internal issue in maxbhi they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount to maxbhi wallet. From there i have requested to refund the amount from maxbhi wallet to my a/c'

                                        I purchased an item from maxbhi.com which is a mobile parts selling site as they claim.
                                        I order two items for my mobile which cost is rs - 3027.87/- but it didnt get placed or shipped, so for that reason it got credit on their website wallet which is known as e-wallet. Now they said that the item you ordered is out of stock thats why we cannot deliver to you, so the money you paid for it, its in the wallet you can purchase again or else transfer to bank account.

                                        When i choose the oprtion to refund the amount to my bank account they instantly deducted the whole money and gave me a message that its been transfered, but the truth is i haven't gave them any of my bank info or bank name ifsc code etc. Then how they transfered it?

                                        So its being a total fraud but still the website never got removed from the internet.

                                        Now my demand from them is to give my rs - 3027.87/- money back to my bank account. Please help me with this issue.
