Hi, i ordered "sim connector for lenovo k5 note" on 29/05/17.

First they approve the order and then after 2 days, they cancel it saying the product is out of stock. The amount was refunded to my e-wallet maxbhi account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and i received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days.

But its been more than 20 days but i didn't get any refund. I have raised complaints to customer care many times but in vain.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.         I was trying to order samsung galaxy on5 touch digitizer costs 482.49 rupees. I was making payment through mobikwik wallet. At payment page order got stuck but my money got deducted from my account. After that i received a message from maxbhi that my order was unpaid and try payment again. After that i opened the link given in the message and paid again but i didn't received my first payment amount. I asked mobikwik, they said the payment was successful. When i ask about the refund from maxbhi they just cancelled my account and deleted my all order history. I mailed them a lot of time. They never replied to my mail. Please take some action again maxbhi.com.
        They are cheating people's money.

          I have purchased touch screen digitizer for lava iris 503 - black for rs.369 (Order # 505974) on 10 june 2017. My order was cancelled from maxbhi end on 13 june 2017 stating the item is out of stock. I have clearly mentioned in the order page that if the product is not available, refund the amount to my bank account (Original mode of payment). I have sent several mails but still there is no reply from mxbhi regarding this. Please take swift action regarding this. I will even don't hesitate to go to court if not refunded within next 24 hours. Dont think i will not go to court. My uncle is a lawyer and surely i will not leave it easily. You are cheating customers smartly. Take it serious and refund my amount immediately.

            I purchased samsung galaxy quatro digitizer and the same was received as dead when installed. Now i was asked to return the product to get a replacement. Will you believe the product has cost 345.87 rs. And for return i need to bear 180 rs. With no guarantee that the replacement product would be defective less.

            Spoke to the sales person rajat kumar and he seems to be the ceo of the company as he has no team leader or line manager to report to.

            Later he says that his terms and condition doesn't allow him to reveal such information. I am in such industry for the past 9 years and have never heard of such things.

            I am not gonna bear the return cost and would like to cancel my order with a refund ensuring that will never go for a purchase on your site.

                  Three orders were approved and then cancelled and took my money and converted it into e currency which i did not ask.

                  This is the same case with many other customers. This fraudulent trickestes should not be allowed to do this.
                  Advertising for parts rarely available, and taking people money.

                  I think this needs to go to the consumer forum for quick response.

                      Hi team,
                      I am varun sharma. I was looking for a battery for micromax x800 model which I was not able to find @ any website.

                      So I decided to Google it & I had " maxbhi " as I response..I ordered this battery.i got e mail confirmation.

                      However 2 days later I got an email saying that transaction been cancelled as seller has some problems. So the money has been moved to your maxbhi wallet.

                      I did not find any link to transfer wallet money to my Bank account @ their website.

                      I contacted their contact center & was told that someone will give a call in next 24 to 48 hrs and u will get your money back in your Bank account in a week time.

                      I am finding all this SCAM.., also I read bad customer reviews who had same concern.

                        I ordered lenovo tab battery 0n 27/05/2016 and charger of amount 474, on that day it was showing in the stock but after five days my order is canceled which is ridiculous and i got my money in my maxbhi e-wallet and then if i tried to order it again then the site is showing a message "notice charger for lenovo ideatab a2107 16gb wifi - desktop usb wall charger has zero inventory and cannot be added to the cart" so, i requested to refund the money to my bank account almost one week is over i didn't get my money back.                           I am highly disappointed with maxbhi.com's services.
                          In the first place my order id is #472009.
                          Here i had cancelled my order and hence the refund was initiated to my maxbhi wallet. But i wanted my refund to my bank account so i request maxbhi for the same.
                          They claim that my refund has been processed from their side but i have not received my money yet (Already one month has passed).

                            My order #494291has been canceled by your company on dated 26/05/17. I am mailing your support team several times for refunding the amount of Rs 1104 from ewallet to my original payment bank a/c, still they say that your refund will be initiated within some hours. I am extremely fed up by your fake words if by this week my money doesn't get refunded back to my a/c I will raise this complain to Consumer forum.

                              After submitted complaint against maxbhi.com, someone call me from [protected] number, and ask me how they refund money. And ask me to tell my bank atm card number, I said it's not possible and he can't ask me atm card number. He cut the phone. Few minutes after another person call me from another no. and cut off.
                              I have seen a mail today from maxbhi.com, the company said they have no return policy and no replacemen, so they can cheat anyone by sending damaged, used, defective products. I want to refund my money. maxbhi.com sent me scratches, defective touch screen. I want to refund money otherwise I take hard step.

                                Hi, I ordered full body panel of samsang back panel on 12/05/17 but the order was canceled as the seller failed to ship the item and the amount was refunded to my e-wallet maxbhi account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and I received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of Invoice receipt, payment made through net banking and cancelation notice.

                                  Order id : 492994 i have paid in paytm but my order is cancelled and my money is not refunded why? I need my money back.                                         Please find the details of the complaint against the elcotek telecom company, where i am ordered a sumsung g-5 display online transaction id
                                        [protected] paid for order elcotek india pvt limited order #468695, paid rs 2, 395.54 paytm cash txn id [protected]. Not delivered so far... Pls help us and resolve the matter at the earliest i have to force to reach consumer forum to close the matter. It is almost 45 days but not delivered there is no response from them for all my efforts so kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.
