I was book a online order No. 53301 for Reach Cogent mobile phone battery on Thu, Jul 6, 2017 at 3:44 PM at www.maxbhi.com. I have pay online that time by our united bank of India account through net banking Rs. 436.78. After four days I got a message my order has cancelled by you I know not reason may be my product was not in your stock. My payment was showing in your wallet where I do request for return refund in my bank account. I got a message my refund has processed by you and will do show in between 7 to 10 days in net banking process. Today is 24th July, 2017 but my refund not come in my account. In between I have four time contact in your costumer executive she was not satisfactory response every time she was tell me my payment will reach aromatically in my account in 7 to 10 days but all maximum time has over one week more passes my payment not come in my bank account. In other words you eat my payments. I know about costumer right I have two three time send message notice to you through your website but you not any single reply. In this net business world may be your company spam because you are not following your refund rules. I have spends Rs. 100 for conversation from your executive on this [protected] mobile no. After half an hour I will able connect your costumer care phone it was always busy and keep me on hold. It was very pain full. If I come in your Karolbagh office from our city I will do spend Rs. 1000/ But now I give a final chance to you my payment process immediately do resolve other wise I am thinking file FIR and consumer court case against your company because you have failed delivered booked product my product "Reach Cogent Battery Order No. 533701" or refund payment. I will do maximum claim with harassment plenty. I give you a last chance to you resolve my refund order if you are true business party. Otherwise police and consumer court will be solve this case. You will be liable my all expenses.

    Do you have any effective mode of communication? Nobody responds to the emails and nobody receives the calls!!
    I had cancelled my order #542053 (Alcatel touch screen with digitizer complete assembly). Got the message that the amount will be refunded back in 7-10 business days. Till now there's no refund and noway to contact your stupid company.

      Sir, i ordered on 07/07/2017 maxbhi.com thro online an intex mobile cover and paid rs.986/- thro net banking. On 12/07/2017 a message has come from maxbhi com that it is cancelled and the money will be refunded with in a week. But i asked again. They said our supportive team will contact you within 24hrs — 72 hrs. But no reply. Again i today i sent en email again they are telling the same telltale. After seeing the website only i came to know he is a fraud. Really i am cheated. I used to order online thro amazon, flipcart like that. But this fellow should be severely dealt with. This type of fraud company we should not allow to exist.

          Dear maxbhi if you dont have products in your store then why the hell you are selling. And taking online payments from customers.
          I have ordered oukitel k10000 digitizer black. With order number 550248 for the first time but the order has been cancelled from your side because the seller didnt conform the shipment.. And i got a refund to my e-wallet. You didnt have any option showing how can i get the money to my bank account.
          I have e-wallet balance of 916/- kindly refund it to my bank account as soon as possible.
          Your customer care number dosent work.. No proper response from your side..

              I ordered touch screen digitizer for sony xperia z2 d6503 and tempered glass for sony xperia z2 - screen protector guard my order no is 550004. They didn't even dispahed my order even after 5 days, they mentioned they on website it will be delivered in 2 days. When i call customer service after 30 minutes they respond my call. They say every time it will dispatch today but now it is 5th day no update in my order status. When i ask to cancle and refund my money they are telling it will take 7 days. This company is fraud.

                I place three time order on maxbhi.com (Tcl pride t500l mobile display), but all order are cancelled after 2-3 days from maxbhi.com,, then i request to returen to refund my full amount maxbhi reply me your amount refund in 7 to 10 days but not refund me... Then after 10 days i mail to maxbhi.com refund my amount... ([protected]@maxbhi.com)

                Maxbhi reply me - (Your request (#176250) has been received. Our support staff is reviewing your request. Please wait 48-72 hours for the reply.
                But not reply me or not refund me..

                I also called on maxbhi customer care number ([protected]) many more time but not getting my call maxibhi.

                1) order no #518084 refund to bank request date-2/7/17 after 19 days maxibhi not refund me.. Please refund

                2) order no #534224 refund to bank request date-7/7/17 after 14 days maxibhi not refund me..

                3) order no #537112 refund to bank request date-11/7/17 after 10 days maxibhi not refund me..

                Please refund in my bank, all order amount.

                    A complaint in context to order:469075, order successfully canceled but the refund of rupees 2173 not received in the bank account. I am willing to share bank details if the refund can be processed again. The payment for the order:469075 was done through payment wallet paytm and the money has not been refunded to paytm account as well. It has been more than 3 months since the cancellation of the order still, there is no refund. I have attached all necessary screenshots. The refunds team called me on 9th june 2017 and told me that the refund will be issued in 5-7 days, since then it has been more than a month and there is no refund and no one has contacted me about it, reply to me asap through email or contact me through the phone.

                    The Maxbhi customer care called me on the next day I posted this complaint and promised to refund my money within 3 days. The money was refunded within some hours of the phone call. Finally, after 4 months, i got my money back. Very slow refund process.

                      Ordered touch screen digitalizer for aqua ace phone at maxbhi on[protected]. But they cancelled the order due to out of stock (According to them). I asked for refund. According to them refund will be issued to same account from where transaction done with in 10 days. But refund not issued even after 15 days. Tried to contact through email and phone several times. Not responding. Think fraud people, it is better not to by anything from maxbhi...!

                        I have ordered a blue case in maxbhi.com website they have sent black one of worst quality and that too a damaged product internally. They are not even responding properly and they mailed me to ask the courier services about this,
                        What can they do if the problem is from maxbhi and one main reason i have found black case in many websites but even i have ordered it from maxbhi becasue they are selling blue case even though the cost is high but they have cheated me they didn't even inform about this and this is not even the first time
                        This type of thing happend previously with other product from this site (Maxbhi).

                          I ordered a housing for leeco le2 rose gold colour. I pain 1090 using my debit card. After some days the product become out of stock and they took my money in the e-wallet. I requested for refund to my bank account and the money is deducted from e-wallet but still i didn't got any money. They are not picking up call. Please help me out.

                            I ordered my battery for karbonn s12 delight costing rs. 470 on 03/07/2017 and my order number was #529270.
                            On 07/07/2017 i was notified that the order is not availible so maxbhi needs approval to refund my money in bank. On 10th july the status was : order cancelled and money refunded to bank but till date the amount has yet not realized in my bank account.
                            Maxbhi customer care is very poor and not picking up the call.
                            Kindly help me in getting my money back

                            My orders #515273 of 21.6.17; #516535 of 22.6.17 & #517509 of 23.6.17 were cancelled but not Refund any amount till today. They did not reply mails and blocked me from their Facebook page. They also removed all negative comments from their FB page.

                              Delevery systm is bad. They also send worst product.in my case minimize key is not work proper and not glow. My previous touch screen is good. They send too much text. Aafter delevired, they dont pick phone. Gum is not avalible at all side of screen. Then create gap. So this touch is any time break. Beacause gum is not avalible at upper or lower part of screen.in my previous screen all side gum are avalible. They send wrost product. My order id 535172

                                Last week i was trying to buy a battery on maxbhi, but the seller unable to deliver my ordered item. The payment was made by paytm. Maxbhi keep my on their e-wallet. I want my money back. I was trying to contact them via phone but they don't take my phone call i'm very much afraid.
                                The payment was made to maxbhi is rs 399
                                Through paytm.

                                  Your company anaounce if customer order any mobile goods from you then the goods will be send cod mode but when i order a goods there is not opson
                                  Of cod mode. Why? Sir, i am shiraj sarkar. I had order lcd with touch screen for zte n919d - white. First upon your company said to me that your order is in process but after some days my order is cancelled. Although your company fully refund my money to bank account. Your company actually is truth. But i want to pay cod mode.

                                    My order no.526098 got cancelled on 02/07/2017. Requested refund of order amount rs.1738.36 from maxbhi wallet to my bank account on 02/07/2017. No amount was refunded till now. Also i contacted customer care no. [protected] on 14/07/2017 twice which was of no use, no one responded. Another cancelled order no.528017 for rs.1733.51 is also pending for refund. Please refund the amounts as soon as possible.

                                      They are making email gossips. Giving request i'd 17529/ #17600 date13 july 2017 for order no 535978 dated 8 july2017. For non availability of products. Asking their so called team to work upon. Giving waiting period of 48 to72 hrs. Time elapsed but no response for refund. Of money. Give n contact company no for customer care not responding after repeated calls. Product was lenovoa3000 dizitizer.
