I ordered product (Mobilephone battery) on 30 june 2017 but they cancelled (On july 2/2017,) it citing that product is out of stock and now they are not refunding it in my wallet as i paid through mobiwik 441.91 rs for order i'd. 525920, but didn't receive my money back in mobiwik as per their promise. Wat kind of patience they expect from me, only they know, what kind of sincereness is in their sincere apologies is, only they can define, even a child knows how to keep a promise but they broke all records, now see their beautiful business record...
1. Booked order by showing inventory in stock and then after prepaying..30 june, 2017..
2. Cancelled it just after 1 day by citing reason that they cld not fulfil it as its out of stock... On 2 july 2017..
3. I requested them to refund, they said it will be paid back to you as the way you paid us, and reflect in your mobiwik wallet sooner than 7 days...
4. I called spent 87 rs but you never picked up, its always be on line we shortly will connect you to our customer care,,??!! That again you never did,,,,
5. I mailed them numerous times, and every time they gave me a new request id but they never solved any of it in their given deadline that is 48 to 72 hrs... Id are 174249, 176581, 176579, 17370...
6. Now after all this if someone doubts about their credibility and their so called business than they have no right to mind it.
Plz help me in getting my money back from maxabhi.com they are not refunding it. Plz do the needful to resolve the issue asap. Thanks in anticipation.
