I had earlier placed an order for lenovo k4 full body housing but my order got cancelled. Later i again placed a order using the e-wallet money that i had paid earlier.. Once again the order got cancelled. I had called the customer support and asked for my money refund they sent a mail saying it'll be refunded within 7 to 10days but it's been roughly 15 days still i haven't got my money. The review about this is company on google was same that i had experienced here.. Please take a look at this company.. Are they trying to cheat me? I want my cash back.. They're not replying to my emails..

    On 8th july'17 i have placed an order for the touch screen glass. At the time of booking it shows it will be delivered on 11th july but it was not delivered and after the continuous followup there was no reply from them. When i told them i am going to file a complaint they replied on 14th july stating that the product is available and shortly it will be shipped.

    But they have shipped the wrong product the touch is not working with my micromax tab and i have raised the complaint for the replacement of the the product on 17th july. From 17th i am following with them hardly they reply and customer care number is waste, many times i have waited for 1 hour but no luck.
    Now they are saying you have opened the product and we cannot replace it. Without connecting how i can find out whether it is working or not.

    Please help to get my money back.

      My order no 544269 was cancelled by maxbhi.com. It was confirmed to be refund to my bank account rs. 343 for order of vox kick k3 battery. But yet now i was not refunded my money back. 1 st complaint was write by me on 28 july 2017 to support @ maxbhi.com. Then they called me through phone that refund will be done 5 to 7 days. But no refund yet now made to me. And no response to my further complaints.

        I had ordered Vivo Y31L battery from Maxbhi.com whose order number is 572451. After order this product they informed me that product is out of stock and refund my amount in their e-wallet. I requested for refund the amount in bank account because I don't want to buy any other product. The amount is Rs. 716.

        I want my amount in my bank account. Kindly do the needful

          My order Id #562971 a touch screen digitizer of Letv Le1s. I ordered it for 1450. They cancelled my order and send the money to ewallet. I'm requesting them to put my money back into my bank account. It's been more than 15 days they cancelled my order. But no customer care is responding. They contact number a big crap. It never connects. I don't understand how these companies cheat people and are still not noticed. Please solve my issue.

            Ordered a touch screen digitizer for samsung note 2 which they cancelled after 2 days and put the money in their ewallet. I tried to contact them to request for transferring the money to my bank account but i was not able to connect to their customer care even after waiting for more than 15 min.

            Sent numerous emails but there was no response. Only after i wrote a strong email that i will launch a police complaint they responded saying that they will transfer the money to my bank account but that never happened. Its been more than 8 days now but no reply for any emails.

                  I keep on sending mails to them but they are not responding.

                  I called to their customer support numbers but no response.

                  What the hell cyber crime department is doing when these type of fake websites cheating customers in the name of selling products online.

                  Its very logical fraud it seems.

                  They keep rare products on their websites even they dont have actual product with them.

                  They will cancel the order after 2 days saying product not available.

                  One thing to observe here is they dont have option for cod. Ball is in their court when we pay the money.

                  Where is the # fake ceo of the maxbhi company.

                  I have seen many complaints online regarding maxbhi.com frauds.

                  I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court on this fraud guys.

                  Anyone join with me to stop this fraud company frauds.

                    I have ordered two orders in maxbhi in last 6 months. It looks they are not shipping products and cancel the order. But the refund in returned as wallet. I tried to return the wallet amount to bank but it is not working. I send the complaint email to support email. But still now no response from them. Is there any way to close/block these sites if this is fake site?

                      I was placed the order for htc 828 swlfie cam before one month ago. But they cancelled my order due non availability of the product. But they took the money in my account for that product and they didn't refund my money till date. There is no response for my refund request mail. And couldn't connect the customer service number also. How much till take to refund or whats the plan of maxbhi. They will doing like this lot more customers i think

                        I am naresh sharma i ordered coolpad dazen 1 touch screen on maxbhi.com order no 552001 dated 19/07/17 but my order get auto canceled due to non-availibility of item and money refunded in my maxbhi account. Then i call and maxbhi care and request them to transfer my money 624 rs in bank and they said that i will take one week and today is 05 aug but i haven't get my money in bank
                        Maxbhi provide very bad service. Why they took order when item was not available and now they are delaying refund. Will maxbhi provide me money with interest or this is only your job that take order without item and refund money after many days and earn money

                            I ordered product (Mobilephone battery) on 30 june 2017 but they cancelled (On july 2/2017,) it citing that product is out of stock and now they are not refunding it in my wallet as i paid through mobiwik 441.91 rs for order i'd. 525920, but didn't receive my money back in mobiwik as per their promise. Wat kind of patience they expect from me, only they know, what kind of sincereness is in their sincere apologies is, only they can define, even a child knows how to keep a promise but they broke all records, now see their beautiful business record...
                            1. Booked order by showing inventory in stock and then after prepaying..30 june, 2017..
                            2. Cancelled it just after 1 day by citing reason that they cld not fulfil it as its out of stock... On 2 july 2017..
                            3. I requested them to refund, they said it will be paid back to you as the way you paid us, and reflect in your mobiwik wallet sooner than 7 days...
                            4. I called spent 87 rs but you never picked up, its always be on line we shortly will connect you to our customer care,,??!! That again you never did,,,,
                            5. I mailed them numerous times, and every time they gave me a new request id but they never solved any of it in their given deadline that is 48 to 72 hrs... Id are 174249, 176581, 176579, 17370...
                            6. Now after all this if someone doubts about their credibility and their so called business than they have no right to mind it.
                            Plz help me in getting my money back from maxabhi.com they are not refunding it. Plz do the needful to resolve the issue asap. Thanks in anticipation.

                              I have ordered flip cover on maxbhi on july 16th 2017 (Order #547435). It was approved at that time but after 4 days the order was cancelled by them. They initiated the refund. But i didn't receive the refund till today (Aug 3rd). When i checked the order history on the site, it shows refund to bank — cancelled.

                              I don't understand why are they cancelling the order and then the refund. Please resolve the issue.

                              I have ordered lenovo charging port. But there is no stock even though they accepted the order and i asked refund. payment is made on 12th May 17. Since 3 months over i didn't received the refund from them. I mailed so many times but no response. Amount is 380.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                I had order a mobile battery (Order id-561232 & 536390) both the order canceled by the company without giving any reason and the refund amount added to e-wallet but i want the refund in my bank account or in the same account from where i have done the payment.
                                For this i have email several times but there is no any respond given by the company i also tried to call several times but the same situation no any respond given by the company.

                                So i request you plz resolve the problem as stated above asap.

                                  I ordered a product worth inr 917 and after 3 days i get a msg that my order has been cancelled as the product is not available in warehouse. Why take the order when the product is not available.
                                  Now i have asked for a refund and it is more than 20 days and there is no refund. When the site says that refund will be done within 7-14 days.

                                  Also a big issue is calling customer care, have to wait for atleast 5 mins to connect and they usually say sorry and the problem will be solved soon.

In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.
