refund not done even after one month

I ordered product (Mobilephone battery) on 30 june 2017 but they cancelled (On july 2/2017,) it citing that product is out of stock and now they are not refunding it in my wallet as i paid through mobiwik 441.91 rs for order i'd. 525920, but didn't receive my money back in mobiwik as per their promise. Wat kind of patience they expect from me, only they know, what kind of sincereness is in their sincere apologies is, only they can define,...

refund was cancelled and not yet received

I have ordered flip cover on maxbhi on july 16th 2017 (Order #547435). It was approved at that time but after 4 days the order was cancelled by them. They initiated the refund. But i didn't receive the refund till today (Aug 3rd). When i checked the order history on the site, it shows refund to bank — cancelled.

I don't understand why are they cancelling the order and then the refund. Please resolve the issue....

regarding transfer amount from ewallet to bank account

Dear sir/madam
I had order a mobile battery (Order id-561232 & 536390) both the order canceled by the company without giving any reason and the refund amount added to e-wallet but i want the refund in my bank account or in the same account from where i have done the payment.
For this i have email several times but there is no any respond given by the company i also tried to call several times but the same situation no any...

took my order when the product in not available and now the money is not being refunded.

I ordered a product worth inr 917 and after 3 days i get a msg that my order has been cancelled as the product is not available in warehouse. Why take the order when the product is not available.
Now i have asked for a refund and it is more than 20 days and there is no refund. When the site says that refund will be done within 7-14 days.

Also a big issue is calling customer care, have to wait for atleast 5 mins to connect...

I don't understand what is wrong with these seller online. When i am trying to call them no one responds. I have emailed them a number of times still there is no response. Is it a fraud website stealing peoples money.

Sir. Previously i placed an order #533913. That was cancelled by the seller and the the money (Rs.1, 820/-) was added to my e-wallet in maxbhi.com. The same they increase the price of the product. On july 11th i placed an order #539753 (Rs.756/- paid from my e-wallet) by mistake instead of that product. That order also was cancelled based on my request. That amount automatically added to my e-wallet. Now i have rs.1, 820/- in my e-wallet....

Placed order for two pieces sony experia mobile back covers. Order no. 532917 placed on 05. Jul.2017 paid rs.964.02 via netbanking. I received the order confirmation email on the same day.

After about 2 weeks, since i did not receive any shipping information, i logged into their website to discover they had cancelled my order and placed the amount into my ewallet. I sent them an email asking them why they cancelled my order...

Order number #540287

After the cancellation of the order, i initiated refund to bank on 14/07/2017. They said it will refund within 7-10 days. Today, after 13 days i didn't get the money on my bank account.

I sent so many emails. Your customer support is very poor. Especially via email.

I can't wait anymore. So plz immediately resolve this issue.....

First of i want to suggest all that this is a fraud company because all promises made by this company is just fake.
When my order cancelled they said that refund credited to my account after 7-10 days but now after 11 days i cant get back my money.
I am waiting for my money and feeling fool my self.
It is my another request that please provide my money back immidiately otherwise legal...

I have ordered a battery on 2 july, which was cancelled by you on 8 july. I requested for bank refund. Since then its been a month but no amount has been refunded to my bank account. Even after complaining almost 10 times. They are not even replying to my constant mails and not even picking up my call. If you dont have a customer support, why you have given the number on your site. This is not done. Never expected this cheating from you....

What i saw in the box it was a broken back panel they send me. Maxbhi sir whatever do you think that we're fool huh.. I want my full refund right away. I want my money back. I purchased a backcase for xperia z order #531082 on 04/07/2017. Since the shipment didn't start i called the customer care and cancelled. The amount of rs200.29 got credited to maxbhi wallet which i never wanted. So ordered to return the amount to bank, which now shows as cancelled in their order history page. Pls. My order# 530259 on the website www.maxbhi.com was not fulfilled by the supplier so i asked them to refund to money. They said within 10-12 days they will refund but as on date i didn't receive my money.

I also dropped a mail to customer care but they said that they will reply in 48-72 hrs time. Also i called on their customer care no. [protected], but no one is picking up the phone.
