    From Maxbi my order # 513072. refund amount of Rs.676.44 has not been credited to my bank. 2 weeks back I complaint consumer complaint cell but this time no replay from their side.

      Auto cancelled date: 19th
      Money refunded to bank : 19th july (Process initiated as they said)

      I keep on sending mails to them but they are not responding.

      I called to their customer support numbers but no response.

      What the hell cyber crime department is doing when these type of fake websites cheating customers in the name of selling products online.

      Its very logical fraud it seems.

      They keep rare products on their websites even they dont have actual product with them.

      They will cancel the order after 2 days saying product not available.

      One thing to observe here is they dont have option for cod. Ball is in their court when we pay the money.

      Where is the # fake ceo of the maxbhi company.

      I have seen many complaints online regarding maxbhi.com frauds.

      I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court on this fraud guys.

      Anyone join with me to stop this fraud company frauds.

        I have ordered two orders in maxbhi in last 6 months. It looks they are not shipping products and cancel the order. But the refund in returned as wallet. I tried to return the wallet amount to bank but it is not working. I send the complaint email to support email. But still now no response from them. Is there any way to close/block these sites if this is fake site?

But they took the money in my account for that product and they didn't refund my money till date. There is no response for my refund request mail.             I am naresh sharma i ordered coolpad dazen 1 touch screen on maxbhi.com order no 552001 dated 19/07/17 but my order get auto canceled due to non-availibility of item and money refunded in my maxbhi account. Then i call and maxbhi care and request them to transfer my money 624 rs in bank and they said that i will take one week and today is 05 aug but i haven't get my money in bank
            Maxbhi provide very bad service. Why they took order when item was not available and now they are delaying refund. Will maxbhi provide me money with interest or this is only your job that take order without item and refund money after many days and earn money

                I ordered product (Mobilephone battery) on 30 june 2017 but they cancelled (On july 2/2017,) it citing that product is out of stock and now they are not refunding it in my wallet as i paid through mobiwik 441.91 rs for order i'd. 525920, but didn't receive my money back in mobiwik as per their promise. Wat kind of patience they expect from me, only they know, what kind of sincereness is in their sincere apologies is, only they can define, even a child knows how to keep a promise but they broke all records, now see their beautiful business record...
                1. Booked order by showing inventory in stock and then after prepaying..30 june, 2017..
                2. Cancelled it just after 1 day by citing reason that they cld not fulfil it as its out of stock... On 2 july 2017..
                3. I requested them to refund, they said it will be paid back to you as the way you paid us, and reflect in your mobiwik wallet sooner than 7 days...
                4. I called spent 87 rs but you never picked up, its always be on line we shortly will connect you to our customer care,,??!! That again you never did,,,,
                5. I mailed them numerous times, and every time they gave me a new request id but they never solved any of it in their given deadline that is 48 to 72 hrs... Id are 174249, 176581, 176579, 17370...
                6. Now after all this if someone doubts about their credibility and their so called business than they have no right to mind it.
                Plz help me in getting my money back from maxabhi.com they are not refunding it. Plz do the needful to resolve the issue asap. Thanks in anticipation.

                  I have ordered flip cover on maxbhi on july 16th 2017 (Order #547435). It was approved at that time but after 4 days the order was cancelled by them. They initiated the refund. But i didn't receive the refund till today (Aug 3rd). When i checked the order history on the site, it shows refund to bank — cancelled.

                  I don't understand why are they cancelling the order and then the refund. Please resolve the issue.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    I had order a mobile battery (Order id-561232 & 536390) both the order canceled by the company without giving any reason and the refund amount added to e-wallet but i want the refund in my bank account or in the same account from where i have done the payment.
                    For this i have email several times but there is no any respond given by the company i also tried to call several times but the same situation no any respond given by the company.

                    So i request you plz resolve the problem as stated above asap.

                      I ordered a product worth inr 917 and after 3 days i get a msg that my order has been cancelled as the product is not available in warehouse. Why take the order when the product is not available.
                      Now i have asked for a refund and it is more than 20 days and there is no refund. When the site says that refund will be done within 7-14 days.

                      Also a big issue is calling customer care, have to wait for atleast 5 mins to connect and they usually say sorry and the problem will be solved soon.

                        I am finding experience with shopping on your website a nightmare.
                        My order was cancelled by you. My refund is stuck on your maxbhi ewallet, which i do not need. I have dropped email and also tried to call. No response from either. From the reviews that i see now on various forums this is clearly a bad customer experience. Can you please process a refund to my original mode of payment at the earliest?

                        Unfortunately this is not a professional way to run a business. I want to proceed legally as well if you don't respond.

I called you many times before placing and customer care agent said that stock is available but the very next day order get cancelled.I know you guyz are sacmmers give my money back to my paytm wallet. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.                               I don't understand what is wrong with these seller online. When i am trying to call them no one responds. I have emailed them a number of times still there is no response. Is it a fraud website stealing peoples money.

                                  Sir. Previously i placed an order #533913. That was cancelled by the seller and the the money (Rs.1, 820/-) was added to my e-wallet in maxbhi.com. The same they increase the price of the product. On july 11th i placed an order #539753 (Rs.756/- paid from my e-wallet) by mistake instead of that product. That order also was cancelled based on my request. That amount automatically added to my e-wallet. Now i have rs.1, 820/- in my e-wallet. From the date of order cancellation i request to refund my money. But they never give proper response and they failed to move single to refund customer money. Please help to get my money back.

                                    Placed order for two pieces sony experia mobile back covers. Order no. 532917 placed on 05. Jul.2017 paid rs.964.02 via netbanking. I received the order confirmation email on the same day.

                                    After about 2 weeks, since i did not receive any shipping information, i logged into their website to discover they had cancelled my order and placed the amount into my ewallet. I sent them an email asking them why they cancelled my order and to refund my money. No response received (But i did receive an automated confirmation of receipt of my email)

                                    I sent another email on 24. Jul.2017 as a reminder to refund my money. Again no response.

                                    I tied to purchase something else so i could use the money in my ewallet... But it seems that ewallet is only a scam... Cannot be used to buy anything.

                                    After that i read many online complaints customers who have been cheated just like me.

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2 complain that you cannot use your amount from wallet, So you can easily use your amount from wallet in future purchases with your login in maxbhi.com.
