    Not maching in the display combo
    Hello Maxbhi,
    On your 28th March 2017 mail, you said that i got my refund within 7-10 days. And I am still waiting for my refund to back in paytm wallet for order #449883
    As the refund processed on 30 March 2017 and today is 13 April 2017... How much more days i wait for refund ..??
    I booked motorla ex-119 lcd and display 3 times will be cancelled what is the reason tell me, amount refund in e-wallet u refund my bank account whate is procedure tell me quick reply or else i will go to consumer court

      Respected Sir,

      I generally shop goods from online shopping website ie Flipkart.com, Amazone.in, Snapdeal, Paytm etc, I have purchased alot of things from these websites, I have really great and joyful experience will all of them.
      Sir, there is a system on online shopping website, that if the product is not in stock then we can not book that product, and no order will be placed. That is crystal clear and i thing you also know that very well.
      But i got very bad experience with one website. It made me so angry and helpless, so that i want to explain what actually happened with me.
      Sir, i have Gionee Phone L800, Mobile body was damaged, MAXBHI.COM is the website for online selling of specially mobile spear parts, i found that mobile body on that website, Price was Rs 467.00 and there was written that 2 items left in stock, They accepted my Order request and also asked advance payment, i paid them full amount from my paytm wallet.
      7 Days passed but no reply i got about that order, and ultimately they cancelled my order and they refunded that amount in my maxbhi account wallet, i ordered it again and make payment, but same thing happened, after 7 days it was cancelled.
      Sir, these thing happened 3 times, it took more than 1 month, finally i called to customer care of that website, they told me that item was not in stock, Sir, the question is that, if item was not in stock then why they accepted my order request, and why they asked advance payment, Even they had issued Invoice for that product, i am attaching that invoice copy.
      When i ask that question to the customer care officer then he started to fight with me. i am really tired of that. I ignore that matter, my Rs 467.00 was still in maxbhi wallet.
      Sir, 3 Days ago i Claimed that 467.00 rupees back in my bank account, they updated in my wallet statement that they have paid that amount in my bank on 5th April 2017 and they settled my maxbhi wallet Nil, but sir i Checked my bank statement and Paytm wallet, no refund received.
      Sir, This is my first and so bad experience, they kept my money for 6 months and they made lost my lot of time, even though i did not get product which i wanted.
      I request you to publish my complain and help me as possible as, i want to sue against that website as per Indian Contract Act.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. As i can check your Order #393683, Order #367906 with maxbhi.com. There is 2 times amount paid by you and also that has been completely refunded from our-end and the refund reference numbers are, Order #393683 - Bank reference - 114623, Order #367906- Paytm Refund ID[protected], Sir you can check your both the refunds with your bank and Paytm and also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
      Sir, i'm ordered lg optimus e970 display.but large than the original display.plzz accept my complaint my order no #470210, cost of display Rs900/-.and plzz refund my money in account.

        I have book an order u have approved that after 2days u will cancel the order but my money is credited in maxbhi e wallet i want my money in the paytm acc which i have payed through paytm num is[protected] i want it pls send it to my paytm wallet. Because in your site the product which i want is not available so i want my money back within 2 days urgent requirement for mee so pls respond ur arecistomer care are not responding they arent connecting the phone to the members to solve the problem

          I purchased a touch screen dizitizer for intex aqua power plus, but when i want replace my touch screen with that touch digitizer, then i knew my touch screen is totally stick with internal screen and cannot be extracted.so, i purchased another new screen folder with touch screen and replace whole my broken phone's screen folder.

              Hi,

              I have order a digitizer for my phone and due to some reason the order haven't got fulfilled and I cancelled the order. Post cancelling I asked them to refund it to my bank. Its been 10 days and refund is still pending to my bank. On their website they say they have refunded to my bank(freecharge), but by checking with my bank(freecharge) I haven't yet received it.
              Kindly do the needful.

              Today i took my parcel from the office and went home. When i opened the pack it has 2 items but the other was a glass panel of iphone 4 was broken.the glass was completely damaged . I believe that it is damaged by the postal service or the maxbhi company giving me a defective item. I need refund or replacement of the product.

                      I ordered a product from the website maxbhi.com.
                      I made all the necessary payment, but after 10 hours the seller cancelled my order. They refunded the amount to my e-wallet which can be used for buying another product. every time I order something seller cancel my order and my money get stuck in e-wallet.

                      My order number is 448973 and My amount is 387.00/- and I want money refund in my bank account / Pay Tm E-wallet, I was sending you so many messages, but till date my money is not in my bank account so I request all o[censored] please refund my money, otherwise I m going to consumer court, please take seriously .

                        I ordered one product and my order was cancelled. so i request to refund my money, they initiate the refund (order id #441800) on march 6, 2017 but there is no refund my money to bank account, they don't response it, please help me to recover my money, belows are they sent me via mail on march 6

                            Hi there, I ordered for a full body housing case for my Huawei G525 on Mar 6 2017, order ID 445529 the order was placed using my Paytm Account. Unfortunately the order was cancelled by the seller.I think the seller ran out of stock.now my is in eWallet .Ever since I have been trying to contact Maxbhi for getting a refund but they are not responding to my request I called them once and the customer Care executive gave me a refund request, the ID is 6953
                            They promised me that it would be done within 24 to 48hours but it's been a week now.

                                I've ordered a panel and battery for my Motorola v70 for Rs.869 on jan 28th even after few weeks no response from them then after a month they say order cancelled and the money is in their e-wallet which I need to apply to get it back in my account which I did and they say it will be credited in ten fifteen days time but till now I didn't received anything moreover my money got dedected from the ewallet also.. Been trying their customer care no.s and things but no response.. I want my money back imm.

                                      Its pending for long time the total amount is Rs 632. Kindly transfer the account to my bank account at the earliest.

After 3 days maxbhi.com informed that the LED is not available and order is cancelled. So, I applied for refund of the amount but it is not yet refunded.                                         Fed up with this maxabhi.com.if I file a complaint they will call for convincing.then make some fake promises and then afterwards no reply.they are making fun of people.if I order anything, first they will say the purchase is in process, then after one day, they will say that the item is not in stock .so your money will be refunded successfully to your e-wallet and you know you can purchase in future.then I should argue with them to transfer it to my bank account.then will send a confirmation request id for refund.then afterwards, no reply.

                                        I had ordered LCD screen of samsubg chat 3353 on 3:08pm dated 13/11/16 on maxbhi.Com. Order no. #380735. But i didn't received my product. And Money refunded on Maxbhi e wallet on 3:49pm dated on 22/11/16. Now i didn't received my display and cant use my e wallet money on any other way. Plz help. Either return money or give display.
