I ordered flip case four times but they canceled my order and now they are not transferring my money back to paytm from their ewallet.
My order no is #489514 and three other please help me to get my money back. I am trying to recover my money from last 15 days but won't get any response from maxbhi.com.
I suggest you all to don't buy from maxbhi.com.

    Hi, I ordered full body panel of Lyf water 7 on 21st April 2017 but the order was canceled as the seller failed to ship the item and the amount was refunded to my e-wallet maxbhi account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and I received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of Invoice receipt, payment made through net banking and cancelation notice.

      as confirmed earlier regarding buyback as we don't have suc policy request you to place a new order for LCD this will solve you issue as both are same either you buy a folder or LCD + Touch seperately
      Sir that item is not in comb with lcd display + touch screen digilizer and it is not place only the touch screen digutilizer it is comb so the item is not fitted to my mobile exactly

        I am soundar Rajan, did multiple orders in Maxbhi and none of these products were delivered and cancelled by supplier. However, i didn't received my refund credited to my account. They have live chat, but i never received response in it.

        Initially they were in my ewallet, and i don't had an issue. But, when i asked to credit in my bank account that doesn't happened. Please send my refund ASAP.

          I placed order twice for Panasonic Eluga Arc2 back panel cover and both the time order was automatically canceled and my money was credited to e-wallet.

              I ordered back door for micromax, my order was declined, so i got my money in my maxbhi e-wallet as points and then i ordered again again my order was declined. So, i requested to refund the money to my bank account on 7/4/17. As soon as i requested my money was subtracted from the e-wallet. Almost one month over i didn't get my money back.                 Refund order #477477. I order takee 1 battery after available on maxbhi website. Who does after payment u said u cant find the product? My money has not been refunded. I have even send email to maxbhi referring to my refund complaint yet no reply. I tried calling to maxbhi customer service but what they did was to hold and my top up balance was deducted. Seriously, is this how you run the service?

                  I ordered (#473753) tab 3 10.1 charging flex cable and another order (#473543) for tab 3 10.1 digitizer & its body housing.
                  My order was cancelled for shipment delay from supplier and money was credited to e wallet.
                  I opted for refund to my bank account, but its around 10 days, yet money is not transferred. On calling first it took 12 mint for customer care executive to attend my call, then he just said it is already refunded on 26th april 2017, but i told them that on 26th april 2017 order was cancelled.
                  Then he said that he take them matter with accounting team and i will receive a update call from them.

                  Its my strongly opinion that they are cheating on customers.

                  Can somebody pls guide on how to tackle this issue.

                      My order was canceled by the seller due to no stock. Money initially refunded to e-wallet without my consent. I had to make a request for refund to source of payment. It has been 14 days that the money is not yet received in my bank account. The customer care person greets with yawning and grunting sounds, reverts by saying that the money is already credited to my bank account. When I asked for the transaction id, I was again put on hold and told that their accountant will call me in 24hours.
                      So finally no update on my money.

                            I have tried to place somany orders with maxbhi. The products were in stock when I place an order. But after few days the order is being cancelled saying that the "seller failed to confirm the shipment." and they keep the refund amount in their e wallet. As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. I had checked your all the Orders 325641, 325683, 337043, 344348, 469317 with maxbhi.com. Your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i had initiated your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I generally shop goods from online shopping website ie Flipkart.com, Amazone.in, Snapdeal, Paytm etc, I have purchased alot of things from these websites, I have really great and joyful experience will all of them.
                                  Sir, there is a system on online shopping website, that if the product is not in stock then we can not book that product, and no order will be placed. That is crystal clear and i thing you also know that very well.
                                  But i got very bad experience with one website. It made me so angry and helpless, so that i want to explain what actually happened with me.
                                  Sir, i have Gionee Phone L800, Mobile body was damaged, MAXBHI.COM is the website for online selling of specially mobile spear parts, i found that mobile body on that website, Price was Rs 467.00 and there was written that 2 items left in stock, They accepted my Order request and also asked advance payment, i paid them full amount from my paytm wallet.
                                  7 Days passed but no reply i got about that order, and ultimately they cancelled my order and they refunded that amount in my maxbhi account wallet, i ordered it again and make payment, but same thing happened, after 7 days it was cancelled.
                                  Sir, these thing happened 3 times, it took more than 1 month, finally i called to customer care of that website, they told me that item was not in stock, Sir, the question is that, if item was not in stock then why they accepted my order request, and why they asked advance payment, Even they had issued Invoice for that product, i am attaching that invoice copy.
                                  When i ask that question to the customer care officer then he started to fight with me. i am really tired of that. I ignore that matter, my Rs 467.00 was still in maxbhi wallet.
                                  Sir, 3 Days ago i Claimed that 467.00 rupees back in my bank account, they updated in my wallet statement that they have paid that amount in my bank on 5th April 2017 and they settled my maxbhi wallet Nil, but sir i Checked my bank statement and Paytm wallet, no refund received.
                                  Sir, This is my first and so bad experience, they kept my money for 6 months and they made lost my lot of time, even though i did not get product which i wanted.
                                  I request you to publish my complain and help me as possible as, i want to sue against that website as per Indian Contract Act.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. As i can check your Order #393683, Order #367906 with maxbhi.com. There is 2 times amount paid by you and also that has been completely refunded from our-end and the refund reference numbers are, Order #393683 - Bank reference - 114623, Order #367906- Paytm Refund ID[protected], Sir you can check your both the refunds with your bank and Paytm and also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
                                  Sir, i'm ordered lg optimus e970 display.but large than the original display.plzz accept my complaint my order no #470210, cost of display Rs900/-.and plzz refund my money in account.
