I generally shop goods from online shopping website ie Flipkart.com, Amazone.in, Snapdeal, Paytm etc, I have purchased alot of things from these websites, I have really great and joyful experience will all of them.
Sir, there is a system on online shopping website, that if the product is not in stock then we can not book that product, and no order will be placed. That is crystal clear and i thing you also know that very well.
But i got very bad experience with one website. It made me so angry and helpless, so that i want to explain what actually happened with me.
Sir, i have Gionee Phone L800, Mobile body was damaged, MAXBHI.COM is the website for online selling of specially mobile spear parts, i found that mobile body on that website, Price was Rs 467.00 and there was written that 2 items left in stock, They accepted my Order request and also asked advance payment, i paid them full amount from my paytm wallet.
7 Days passed but no reply i got about that order, and ultimately they cancelled my order and they refunded that amount in my maxbhi account wallet, i ordered it again and make payment, but same thing happened, after 7 days it was cancelled.
Sir, these thing happened 3 times, it took more than 1 month, finally i called to customer care of that website, they told me that item was not in stock, Sir, the question is that, if item was not in stock then why they accepted my order request, and why they asked advance payment, Even they had issued Invoice for that product, i am attaching that invoice copy.
When i ask that question to the customer care officer then he started to fight with me. i am really tired of that. I ignore that matter, my Rs 467.00 was still in maxbhi wallet.
Sir, 3 Days ago i Claimed that 467.00 rupees back in my bank account, they updated in my wallet statement that they have paid that amount in my bank on 5th April 2017 and they settled my maxbhi wallet Nil, but sir i Checked my bank statement and Paytm wallet, no refund received.
Sir, This is my first and so bad experience, they kept my money for 6 months and they made lost my lot of time, even though i did not get product which i wanted.
I request you to publish my complain and help me as possible as, i want to sue against that website as per Indian Contract Act.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. As i can check your Order #393683, Order #367906 with maxbhi.com. There is 2 times amount paid by you and also that has been completely refunded from our-end and the refund reference numbers are, Order #393683 - Bank reference - 114623, Order #367906- Paytm Refund ID[protected], Sir you can check your both the refunds with your bank and Paytm and also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
