I ordered a micromax a44 touch screen and payment by paytm. Today i received from courier. And opened it, but its surprised me, a scratches touch screen. I was waiting 6 days for that product. The maxbhi.com sent me damage, scratches touch screen. I want to return it and refund my money.

After submitted complaint against maxbhi.com, someone call me from [protected] number, and ask me how they refund money. And ask me to tell my bank atm card number, I said it's not possible and he can't ask me atm card number. He cut the phone. Few minutes after another person call me from another no. and cut off.
I have seen a mail today from maxbhi.com, the company said they have no return policy and no replacemen, so they can cheat anyone by sending damaged, used, defective products. I want to refund my money. maxbhi.com sent me scratches, defective touch screen. I want to refund money otherwise I take hard step.

    Hi, I ordered full body panel of samsang back panel on 12/05/17 but the order was canceled as the seller failed to ship the item and the amount was refunded to my e-wallet maxbhi account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and I received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of Invoice receipt, payment made through net banking and cancelation notice.

          On[protected] i made a phone call to customer care and they replied that the product will be shipped by evening.

          But they didn't shipped my product.

          And today when i tried to make them call they are rejecting my call. Why

            Please find the details of the complaint against the elcotek telecom company, where i am ordered a sumsung g-5 display online transaction id

Pls help us and resolve the matter at the earliest i have to force to reach consumer forum to close the matter.                   as confirmed earlier regarding buyback as we don't have suc policy request you to place a new order for LCD this will solve you issue as both are same either you buy a folder or LCD + Touch seperately

                    I am soundar Rajan, did multiple orders in Maxbhi and none of these products were delivered and cancelled by supplier. However, i didn't received my refund credited to my account. They have live chat, but i never received response in it.

                    2.#475375 - Cancelled - 26/04/2017 - 482.89 Rs.
                    3.#475374 - Cancelled - 26/04/2017 - 276.60 Rs.

                    Initially they were in my ewallet, and i don't had an issue. But, when i asked to credit in my bank account that doesn't happened. Please send my refund ASAP.

                      I placed order twice for Panasonic Eluga Arc2 back panel cover and both the time order was automatically canceled and my money was credited to e-wallet.

                            Refund order #477477. I order takee 1 battery after available on maxbhi website. Who does after payment u said u cant find the product? My money has not been refunded. I have even send email to maxbhi referring to my refund complaint yet no reply. I tried calling to maxbhi customer service but what they did was to hold and my top up balance was deducted. Seriously, is this how you run the service?

                              I ordered (#473753) tab 3 10.1 charging flex cable and another order (#473543) for tab 3 10.1 digitizer & its body housing.
                              My order was cancelled for shipment delay from supplier and money was credited to e wallet.
                              I opted for refund to my bank account, but its around 10 days, yet money is not transferred. On calling first it took 12 mint for customer care executive to attend my call, then he just said it is already refunded on 26th april 2017, but i told them that on 26th april 2017 order was cancelled.
                              Then he said that he take them matter with accounting team and i will receive a update call from them.

                              Its my strongly opinion that they are cheating on customers.

                              Can somebody pls guide on how to tackle this issue.

                                Hello sir, I order Nexus 5 LCD . My order is successfully placed but after 1day it s showing order cancelled & amt refunded to e-wallet but I want to refund my money in my bank account.                                   My order was canceled by the seller due to no stock. Money initially refunded to e-wallet without my consent. I had to make a request for refund to source of payment. It has been 14 days that the money is not yet received in my bank account. The customer care person greets with yawning and grunting sounds, reverts by saying that the money is already credited to my bank account. When I asked for the transaction id, I was again put on hold and told that their accountant will call me in 24hours.
                                  So finally no update on my money.

                                      I have ordered a mobile battery for intex gold 7 on dated[protected]. Order number but ordered was cancelled by maxbhi afer two days. I have also maked a call to maxbhi and they told me that your money will be credited in your paytm wallet afer 3 days. But my money is still not refunded not in account nor in paytm wallet. Now i'm continue trying to contact with customer care but no one is picking my phone.

                                        I have tried to place somany orders with maxbhi. The products were in stock when I place an order. But after few days the order is being cancelled saying that the "seller failed to confirm the shipment." and they keep the refund amount in their e wallet. They never ship the product what ever I ordered till now.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. I had checked your all the Orders 325641, 325683, 337043, 344348, 469317 with maxbhi.com. Your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i had initiated your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
