I have ordered mobile flex cable on Maxbhi.com. They have sent me a wrong product which is not compatible with my mobile and is different from what is shown on the website.
I have logged a complaint at their customer care. Now they are saying to send the wrong product back to them at my own cost as they don't have a courier service available.
I have told them they have sent me the wrong product so why should I pay the cost of courier for returning that product which is more than the cost of a product.
They have clearly denied paying that cost.
Please help, this is the way these online stores make a fool of customers.

Updated by Sandeep Kalla Sorry sir, your replacement team is helpless to provide any solution to me. They are talking about terms and conditions of Maxbhi, which says for exchange and warranty repairs customer have to pay the shipping cost of material.
It's been more than two weeks I am trying to make them understand my case is not an exchange nor a warranty repair. But they are not able to understand this. I have been delivered a wrong product. Mr. Rajat from your customer support team misbehaved with me over the phone when I tried to make him understand.
So I would request you to arrange a pick up from my place for the wrong product you have delivered to me and then send me a product I have ordered or refund my money, whatever is suitable for you.

I have already updated your team that If I am sending a product, courier services (DTDC, Bluedart) are charging me 300 Rs shipping cost due to the fact that they consider me an individual, not as a corporate, So their charges vary from corporate to an individual.
Mr. Rajat has updated on Maxbhi website that they will add 50Rs in my wallet once they receive the wrong product.
I have replied to him I cannot arrange a courier at 50 Rs around me, so Please arrange a courier service to pick up the wrong product from my place.
So far I have not received any update. Please update on priority.
