Hi,
I had ordered spares from your web portal . After the confirmation of the payment transferred I got the reply regarding non availability of the spares .
I got the msg that the payment will be refunded in my bank account within 5-7 days .
Its been almost 20 days but I am still waiting for the refund of my money .
The Order No is 424605 .
Customer Care No is also kept on waiting mode .

    Worst website ever . i tried to buy a body kit for my phone from maxbhi they first took the order then they themselve canceled the order now when i am asking for my refund they are not giving me my money back instead they are telling that they have already sent my refund to my bank account . they dont even asked me about my bank details but they sent . they are think we aree fools out here . website is a fraud please avoid and this website should be banned so that no more peoples get into the trap of theirs.

      Dear sir
      I have ordered online touch screen digitizer for my old XOLO Q1000 OPUS from maxbhi.com i have placed order on 01/02/2017 order no 424961
      And product is delivered to me on 07/02/2017 but when i opened the box i found it physically damaged. on the same date i have intimated to maxbhi for the damage they asked me for the image i have sent that too but at last their reaction was "we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Warranty does not cover any physical damages. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs." Money is not the major reason buy the service if i have purchesed any new product from maxbhi.com so it will not give me any warreny cover if it is damaged during transportation kindly help me to keep me out from the situation.

      Thank you for your revert as you have told me that you gone through the images of the product before despatch also see the images here below which were taken after i opened the packing box but after it delivered always a delivery boy never wait for the opening of the box he just deliver and go away how can you say me to open the box at my door steps and if damage causes are because of courier company then why should i ask to courier company i know only the seller whomsoever deliver the product

        Hello sir, I order a screen and touch of intex aqua n15 white on 23 jan2017 and the order id was 419972 . After a weak they called me and asked me thst they can not deliver the orderd product, so thy cancel the order and generate new order (not in white color) and the order id is 423091 on 28 jan but they can't dispatch the product, so i called him to cancel my order on 4 feb snd generate a mail to support team for refund my amount to my bank . The amount is 1592 rs. I sm waiting for my amount but they didn't want to refund. Such a fraud company i have ever seen.
        Please, help me to return my amount to my bank account asap.

        please do take necessary action on them for their fraudulent activities like taking our money from our accounts and posting it to their ewallet. why do you need ewallet if the order is cancelled, why cant they put it in the originating bank account?
        so please take criminal action against them ?

        I have received call from maxbhi.com and they ask me that my amount will be back in my bank account or paytm wallet in 24-48 hrs., But i cant get the amount yet.

          We ordered an LCD Touch screen for Xiaomi Redmi 1S- black mobile Phone (complete assembly folder). Worth Rs. 1403.09 through online our order, no:424601 Dated :31/01/2017. When we received it after paying the amount it was found that it was not working. We tried to contact you through phone for the past one week. But there was no response. Kindly replace or refund the amount as earlier as possible.

            I have never seen such poor and pathetic service from any e commerce website .My Orders have been cancelled twice in the period of 15 days.The money has been refunded to ewallet but there is no visible option on the Order page to transfer the money from ewallet to the account.Whenever i open Order page it is coming as blank. I have sent several mails and messages through live chat but there was no response. I feel like i have been cheated and i am expecting an immediate refund to my account.

Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank.               Body: i ordered for a battery of lg p990 and paid rs.715/- but the product delivered on[protected] is a totally discharged battery which is totally useless as it does not confirm with the product represented to be supplied
              Your company has shamelessly and dishonestly snatched away my money.
              Send a genuine product again or return my money, lest action follows and the fact that your company is a fraudulent and a cheating company will be given wide publicity in net media in public interest.

                I am highly disappointed with Maxbhi.com's services.
                In the first place my order id is #409169.
                Here I had cancelled my order and hence the refund was initiated to my Maxbhi wallet. But I wanted my refund to my bank account so I request Maxbhi for the same.
                They claim that my refund has been processed from their side but I have not received my money yet (Already one month has passed).
                Secondly I had ordered for an another product at Maxbhi with the order id #409499. Here I had received a damaged product and upon contacting the customer care I was promised that I will receive my complete refund in my Maxbhi wallet and that I could dispose off the product.
                Now when I am contacting them, sometimes they are asking to return the item whereas sometimes I am asked to share the pics of the product.
                I have even informed them many times that I have already disposed off the product.
                Now these people are reluctant to help me out.
                I want a strict action to be taken against these fraudsters.
                I have already wasted about 1000 rupees of mine and my precious time.

                I had contacted Maxbhi on the 17th of January 2017 at 2:34:12pm regarding my order 409499.
                Here I had received a damaged product and for that case their agent promised me the complete refund in my wallet and he told me that I can dispose of the item.
                I have not yet received the refund and now they are reluctant in helping me out.
                Now they are telling me that almost 30 days have passed and therefore they cannot help me out and indirectly they are signifying that I am lying. I am also helpless in this regards since I have already disposed off the product.
                I want you all to take a strict action again this firm since I am not satisfied with the resolutions they provide.
                I appreciate that you all helped me to get my money refunded in less than an hour's time.
                Please try your level best to resolve this issue of mine also.
                In the worst scenario I am ready to face a loss of 10% still.
                But I want atleast 90% of my money back.

                        Order no. is #418068. Maxbhi.com is a fake website, their modus operandi is if an item is ordered from their website consumer needs to pay upfront (no COD option available). After confirming the payment they will send you an email stating that they are processing the order. But they will not send you the product 'cause they don't have any registered sellers nor any inventory. They will not ship the product and when you contact them they will cancel the order by themselves and will refund the money in your e-Wallet .
                        Now, you cannot buy other thing via your wallet as they do not have any products mentioned on their website. They will just keep your money with them and will credit your e-Wallet. At times they do send you the products (very rarely) the products sent will be defective. In this case they would claim that you mishandled the product hence it is not working.

                        They would not return you money to your bank account ever. Be ware of this scam and never ever buy any products from phony companies like maxabhi.com.

                          I have ordered mobile flex cable on Maxbhi.com. They have sent me a wrong product which is not compatible with my mobile and is different from what is shown on the website.

                          I have logged a complaint at their customer care. Now they are saying to send the wrong product back to them at my own cost as they don't have a courier service available.

                          I have told them they have sent me the wrong product so why should I pay the cost of courier for returning that product which is more than the cost of a product.

                          They have clearly denied paying that cost.

                          Please help, this is the way these online stores make a fool of customers.

                          Sorry sir, your replacement team is helpless to provide any solution to me. They are talking about terms and conditions of Maxbhi, which says for exchange and warranty repairs customer have to pay the shipping cost of material.

                          It's been more than two weeks I am trying to make them understand my case is not an exchange nor a warranty repair. But they are not able to understand this. I have been delivered a wrong product. Mr. Rajat from your customer support team misbehaved with me over the phone when I tried to make him understand.

                          So I would request you to arrange a pick up from my place for the wrong product you have delivered to me and then send me a product I have ordered or refund my money, whatever is suitable for you.

                          I have already updated your team that If I am sending a product, courier services (DTDC, Bluedart) are charging me 300 Rs shipping cost due to the fact that they consider me an individual, not as a corporate, So their charges vary from corporate to an individual.

                          Mr. Rajat has updated on Maxbhi website that they will add 50Rs in my wallet once they receive the wrong product.

                          I have replied to him I cannot arrange a courier at 50 Rs around me, so Please arrange a courier service to pick up the wrong product from my place.

                          So far I have not received any update. Please update on priority.

                                  On 07/01/17 I ordered (Order #412082) ‘Full Body Housing for Micromax Unite 2 A106 Dual Sim - Red’ Rs. 641/- via Paytm Wallet money (Rs.595/-) and HDFC credit card (Rs.46/-). But they cancelled order on 12/01/17 and credit the amount to their website my a/c e-wallet. I request for bank refund on 14/01/17 & they approved, but did not refund, whereas on 19/01/17 they send a mail that order#412082 is reconfirmed, without my consent whether I wish to order again or not.
                                  Right now I don’t want to place the order again and want my money back to my paytm a/c or bank a/c. I mailed them 3 times through their support mail. Phoned their customer care no.( [protected], [protected]) but didn’t respond.

                                      My order number is 405818. I placed an order which was canceled due to non availability of spares & this is not the 1st time that happened it happened earlier also so i applied for refund of my money to my bank account. Now it has been a long time but still i have not received my money. If you people don't want to sell spare parts then why do you take orders from us. I don't know what your intension's are but all i know is i want my money back and this time i will not hear any excuse.

                                      My money has been refunded but this company is not as good as I thought and I won't be dealing with this company any more I would suggest others also not to make an deals with this company. This company receives order but at the last moment doesn't deliver the ordered items and puts the paid money in their wallet without informing you and later on when you try to contact them they don't respond to your calls or emails and don't even take any initiative to deliver the items you ordered or even refund your money until you take a strong step. So I strongly suggest not to deal with this company.

Sir you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. As i can check i can check your order with maxbhi.com, I found that its has been completely refunded from our-end by you sir and your refund reference number - 100000000000000000000228551467, Kindly contact your bank so that they will update your refund status and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

                                      I am asking them for 1 month to refund my money back but they are not giveing money back till now.they are not replaying anything to us .i invest my 2790Rs for buying a product i did get my money back and the product i order

                                        Myself vivek Tripathi please provide me information about my order my order number - 412501 date 10/01/17 and status is approved but still order didn't received me what is the problem please help me out I called many times customer care but didn't provide me information of my order hence l also mail to customer care many times. Please give me reply as soon as possible I shall be evergartefull of yours
