I want to cancel my order my order i want my refund back as soon as possible

I have order a back panel battery door for my coolpad note 3plus worth rs 389/- from maxbhi/ Elcotek telecom . I did not recive my order i did not need the order there is no reply from site maxbhi.com plzz help me i want my refund back to my bank account my order no is #427216

Order no. is #418068. Maxbhi.com is a fake website, their modus operandi is if an item is ordered from their website consumer needs to pay upfront (no COD option available). After confirming the payment they will send you an email stating that they are processing the order. But they will not send you the product 'cause they don't have any registered sellers nor any inventory. They will not ship the product and when you contact them they will cancel the order by themselves and will refund the money in your e-Wallet .
Now, you cannot buy other thing via your wallet as they do not have any products mentioned on their website. They will just keep your money with them and will credit your e-Wallet. At times they do send you the products (very rarely) the products sent will be defective. In this case they would claim that you mishandled the product hence it is not working.

They would not return you money to your bank account ever. Be ware of this scam and never ever buy any products from phony companies like maxabhi.com.

As i can check your Order #418068 with maxbhi.com. Your complete amount has been refunded from our-end by you sir and the refund bank reference number is 016972 . First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
"You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route." - seriously?? I registered the complain with ICICI bank's credit card dept. and the money was credited shortly after the complain. Thanks for the response and good luck for duping other customers.

    I have ordered mobile flex cable on Maxbhi.com. They have sent me a wrong product which is not compatible with my mobile and is different from what is shown on the website.

    I have logged a complaint at their customer care. Now they are saying to send the wrong product back to them at my own cost as they don't have a courier service available.

    I have told them they have sent me the wrong product so why should I pay the cost of courier for returning that product which is more than the cost of a product.

    They have clearly denied paying that cost.

    Please help, this is the way these online stores make a fool of customers.

    Sorry sir, your replacement team is helpless to provide any solution to me. They are talking about terms and conditions of Maxbhi, which says for exchange and warranty repairs customer have to pay the shipping cost of material.

    It's been more than two weeks I am trying to make them understand my case is not an exchange nor a warranty repair. But they are not able to understand this. I have been delivered a wrong product. Mr. Rajat from your customer support team misbehaved with me over the phone when I tried to make him understand.

    So I would request you to arrange a pick up from my place for the wrong product you have delivered to me and then send me a product I have ordered or refund my money, whatever is suitable for you.

    Can you update me with the status when you are arranging a pickup for the wrong product you have delivered to me?

    I have already updated your team that If I am sending a product, courier services (DTDC, Bluedart) are charging me 300 Rs shipping cost due to the fact that they consider me an individual, not as a corporate, So their charges vary from corporate to an individual.

    Mr. Rajat has updated on Maxbhi website that they will add 50Rs in my wallet once they receive the wrong product.

    I have replied to him I cannot arrange a courier at 50 Rs around me, so Please arrange a courier service to pick up the wrong product from my place.

    So far I have not received any update. Please update on priority.

    U all are cheaters... I buy xolo q1001's touch screen but u all accept the money and few days says me sorry there have no product. ...mera paisa b nahi lotaya or bolta ha ki aagya credit card me sala nahi aaya tha

After 5 days they told me that they don't have "touch screen touch screen digitizer for lenovo s850 - white" instead they are forcing me to buy some other touch screen. Then i asked them to cancel my order. Still under process. They are not willing to cancel my order...

        My order ID "Order #419139". I had ordered cancelled my order of VR box but did not get refund.

        I have cancelled my order and it shows as cancelled but i have not received the money into my bank account yet. Can you please help me here in getting my money back.

        This will be really helpful if somebody from the support reports here and resolves this issue.

        On 25.12.2016 I had ordered for 'full body housing for alkatel one touch idol x plus white'. Later on maxbhi said that that product is out of stock and told us to buy anothrr item. But I told them to refund my amount. I contacted them many times. So far amount is not credited to my bank account. I need the refund back. Pl help.

          On 23/01/17 I ordered (Order #419846) Full Body Housing for Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 - Black Rs. 1, 086.68/- via Maxbhi E-Wallet . But they cancelled order on 25/01/17 and credit the amount to their website E-wallet. I request for bank refund on 25/01/17 & they approved, but did not refund, .

            On 07/01/17 I ordered (Order #412082) ‘Full Body Housing for Micromax Unite 2 A106 Dual Sim - Red’ Rs. 641/- via Paytm Wallet money (Rs.595/-) and HDFC credit card (Rs.46/-). But they cancelled order on 12/01/17 and credit the amount to their website my a/c e-wallet. I request for bank refund on 14/01/17 & they approved, but did not refund, whereas on 19/01/17 they send a mail that order#412082 is reconfirmed, without my consent whether I wish to order again or not.
            Right now I don’t want to place the order again and want my money back to my paytm a/c or bank a/c. I mailed them 3 times through their support mail. Phoned their customer care no.( [protected], [protected]) but didn’t respond.
            Please help to get my money back, this is purely a fraud company

                My order number is 405818. I placed an order which was canceled due to non availability of spares & this is not the 1st time that happened it happened earlier also so i applied for refund of my money to my bank account. Now it has been a long time but still i have not received my money. If you people don't want to sell spare parts then why do you take orders from us. I don't know what your intension's are but all i know is i want my money back and this time i will not hear any excuse.

                My money has been refunded but this company is not as good as I thought and I won't be dealing with this company any more I would suggest others also not to make an deals with this company. This company receives order but at the last moment doesn't deliver the ordered items and puts the paid money in their wallet without informing you and later on when you try to contact them they don't respond to your calls or emails and don't even take any initiative to deliver the items you ordered or even refund your money until you take a strong step. So I strongly suggest not to deal with this company.

                I am asking them for 1 month to refund my money back but they are not giveing money back till now.they are not replaying anything to us .i invest my 2790Rs for buying a product i did get my money back and the product i order

                    I have ordered Digitizer for Xolo X910 but order was cancelled after 2 days and I received message from Maxbhi that your refund has been credited to Maxbhi e-wallet. I am not a regular customer and not intend to buy anything from the site so I need my refund to be transferred to my Paytm no. [protected].
                    This is very unfair practice by the website.

                    Order No. is #416229 and I paid using Paytm wallet. Maxbhi cancelled the order due to their own issue but refund not debited to the source account.                       Just came to know about frauds done by Maxbhi. Please take action against them and help me get my money back.

                        I had ordered these from Maxbhi on 07/12/2016
                        (1) - 1 Battery for Nokia Lumia 1520 [order no #392501] - Rs 2, 562.30/-
                        (2) - 1 Touch Screen Digitizer for Nokia Lumia 1520 - White [order no #392501] - Rs. 927.66/-

                        (3) - Opening Tool Kit Screwdriver Repair Set for Nokia Lumia 1520 [order no #392560] - Rs. 253.46/-

                        on placing these orders on 07/12/2016, which was sucessful and when the product arrived (13/12/2016) at DTDC Potheri, Chennai, I was at Kerala. DTDC guys called me to collect the items urgently and they keep items only for three days!, unfortunately i reached Chennai by only (16/12/2017) they said that they returned the products!.
                        The Refund Money still aint Got Credited to Maxbhi Wallet. Even I tried to contact them over phone, email and webchat. I am not getting connected at all.
                        i have money which is in Maxbhi wallet to be refunded too!, I might not be considering to buy anything from Maxbhi in future. Please help me recover my hard earned money.

Order #[protected]/01/2017, 02:42 pm) for rs. 575/-, which got cancelled after receipt of money at their end. The money got credited to maxbhi wallet. Just to recover my money i ordered touch screen digitizer for lg lucid 3 vs876 - white, which also got cancelled. Both the time item was showing in stock and both the time it got cancelled. Now i tried to contact them over phone, email and webchat. I am not getting connected at all.

I received call from +91 95991 97750 informing about refund and a following email from [email protected] "Dear Rajesh Unarkat Greetings from Maxbhi.com, We are writing to confirm that your refund for Rs. 0.13 has been processed for your Order # 410653. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in sometime via the payment gateway which was used to make the payments at the time of ordering. If you paid for your order using credit/debit card or net banking, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account. For any further query or information, please email us at [email protected] Thank you for choosing Maxbhi.com."

                                      After a long search I found my mobile spare on maxbhi.com.My mobile model is Samsung note 3 neo. I ordered a lcd touch digitiser and a rear camera for the above said model on 16/12/2016. I made my payment via cc Avenue using net banking. After 3 days (20/12/2016) the order(order no: #397765) got cancelled automatically and money got refunded to wallet. On the same day I have requested for refund to bank. Soon I recieved mail showing the following:

                                      "As per your request we have now initiated the refund of amount from Maxbhi eWallet to your bank via the CCAvenue payment gateway which was used for making the payments. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 12-15 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end".

                                      It has been more than 15 days and I have not recieved any refund. Kindly help me regarding this refund issue. Hope this will reach maxbhi.
