I had ordered 1 no. Touch screen digitizer for lg lucid 3 vs876 - black through order no. Order #[protected]/01/2017, 02:42 pm) for rs. 575/-, which got cancelled after receipt of money at their end. The money got credited to maxbhi wallet. Just to recover my money i ordered touch screen digitizer for lg lucid 3 vs876 - white, which also got cancelled. Both the time item was showing in stock and both the time it got cancelled. Now i tried to contact them over phone, email and webchat. I am not getting connected at all.
The money they have refunded is in maxbhi wallter which is of no use to me. I am not going to buy anything from maxbhi in future. Please help me recover my hard earned money.

You guys are doing a great job. within 3 days of complaint the money got credited to my paytm account. Thank you very much. I received call from +91 95991 97750 informing about refund and a following email from [email protected] "Dear Rajesh Unarkat Greetings from Maxbhi.com, We are writing to confirm that your refund for Rs. 0.13 has been processed for your Order # 410653. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in sometime via the payment gateway which was used to make the payments at the time of ordering. If you paid for your order using credit/debit card or net banking, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account. For any further query or information, please email us at [email protected] Thank you for choosing Maxbhi.com."

Dear Mr. Rajesh Unarkat Sir...First of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com. As i can check your Order ID#407609 with maxbhi.com. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.You can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
I dont want xolo omega 5.5 touch beacause motherboard is not working

And refund the mony

    My order no #410847 is cancelled due to unknown reasons and i dont want to listen it. kindly refund my money to pay tm account from where you got it. first you show that the product is in stock and after you cancel it . Then you should transfer my money to my paytm . But you transfer it to e wallet .what is this!!!. without asking how you can do this. now i am so struck that my repairing process cannot proceed . if you cant deliver why you take cash in advance.

            After a long search I found my mobile spare on maxbhi.com.My mobile model is Samsung note 3 neo. I ordered a lcd touch digitiser and a rear camera for the above said model on 16/12/2016. I made my payment via cc Avenue using net banking. After 3 days (20/12/2016) the order(order no: #397765) got cancelled automatically and money got refunded to wallet. On the same day I have requested for refund to bank. Soon I recieved mail showing the following:

            "As per your request we have now initiated the refund of amount from Maxbhi eWallet to your bank via the CCAvenue payment gateway which was used for making the payments. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 12-15 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end".

            It has been more than 15 days and I have not recieved any refund. Kindly help me regarding this refund issue. Hope this will reach maxbhi.

            I have been waiting for refund to be done by itself. As it is taking long time I posted a complaint here. I just attempted to call Maxbhi for the first time. They responded well and money refunded within 48hrs.what I Want To Say Is MaXbhi Is Not A Fraud Site. TheY R Doing Their Best But Their Implementation And Web FeatureS Can Be Improved .

My order was cancelled and the site promised for refund and they send me a mail regarding refund in 7-10 days, but I have not received the refund in my bank account.                       My order no. is 403490. First you kept waiting me for 3-4 days for order status. Then my order was cancelled as you were unable to provide my product. till then it was ok. But now you refunded my money to your e wallet. I know companies refund to their wallet many times but they have an option to refund to bank or any other e wallet where payment came from.                       It will be Good if You keep Cash on Delivery Option as N Number of Times Product is Out of Stock.If the product is out of Stock then Customer an click on another Product of same range as simple as that.But firstly the money get stuck and then there is no trust factor and it is Time-consuming as well for instance take an example of my order: #733021.The Product when I order is in stock and not order canceled due to out of stock neither i was able to use the same money to Buy another product so i have to wait till money come back in my account and reorder anything else.So take this comment as feedback. As there is no Competitor in market till yet start improving rather then cancelling order :(

                          I was regularly in touch with them to ask about my money back to bank as they cancelled my order. Finally today, after 25days, they said money transfered to my bank. But i did not received any money back, even cross check with bank parson.

                            I ordered Full Body Housing for Sony Xperia L C2104 - White on nov/30/16 on amount of 1300 rupess. my order id is #387676, i paid in via debit card, after some days they cancelled the purchace as full part was not available. but they did't refund my money to my bank account. I called customer care and they told that it will be refunded today, but it was not done. They didn't attend the customer care number also, now they totally cancel the full purchace details they totally cheated me, pls take action aganist the fraud company and return my money. pls!

                              I have placed an order for a product Touch screen for Wileyfox storm many times but could not get it .
                              After many attempts i could not get the product delivered then i found another advertisement of Wileyfox storm LCD with touch screen I placed an order for this and made a payment through my bank account. Many times the order has been cancelled and the amount is only showed in E-wallet but not refunded to my bank account even after many request with customer care i am not able to get back my amount.

                              Every time the order is placed it gets approved and cancelled after some days but the amount is only showed up in E-wallet and never returned to my bank account and does not give any option to get it refund.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.2. as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.                                 Maxbhi is the worst online shopping company who wants to steal the customers money saying that the product is not available. Wouldn't they know the product is unavailable while posting the ad. I had placed on order for karbonn k62 battery 15 days ago and my order no. is 393898. They said they would refund in 5 to 7 days which didn't happen. If you don't do it now I will write to the consumer court.

                                I have bought Touch Screen Digitizer for Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime - Black, with order number Order #392615.

                                this product is not working when we installed it on phone and when i went to raise replacement request is it not working on site. i have sent email couple of times but they are not helping on this.

                                    H i ordered(order no 393258 )Micromax screen touch screen for 480 rs but order got cancelled amount is in maxbhi wallet but I want my money to refund to my bank account but there no option to do that and also no response for maxbhi customer service and they are not responding the call also I am pissed off with behaviour of maxbhi and I strongly feel like this is a fraud company and they will cheat the people intentionally, so I am leaving this message to maxbhi to refund my money and also I want to add one more thing 143857 this is reference no given from maxbhi regarding this issue to be solve within 3 days but there is no response from there end after 4 days also...

                                      Dear Sir, In reference to above, you were to supply, 02 items, which I received on 19.12.2016. First item was battery for Karbonn titanium octane plus and second was battery for Spice m 940 n.
                                      First product is not compatible with the Karbonn titanium octane plus mobile. You supplied the wrong battery. It is not being fitted with mobile.

                                      Second supplied product was battery for Spice m 940 n, which is not working. It is dead and not being charged.
                                      Please take back these wrong and defective supplied products against referred order. Refund my money against the order.

                                      In reference to above, vide order no. under reference, I had ordered 02 items. Both the items are wrong. The material supplied by you is not as per my order placed at your site “maxbhi”.
                                      As you are aware our honourable Prime Minister is running digital India campaign. Your firm is producing hindrance in this campaign. As per our contract, it is your duty to supply the correct/ working product as per my order. If you have supplied the wrong/defective item, why should I bear the courier charge? It is online cheating. Be clear about the definition of warranty/ guarantee. Warranty starts after commissioning of the product. Product couldn’t be commissioned due to supply of wrong/ defective product. It is the case of failing to supply the correct product up to the buyer.
                                      I request you again, please refund my money.
