My order no is 385482 on 26/11/2016 and it was cancelled from your side due to seller failed to confirm the shipment and full return added to my e-wallet account on 1st december 2016 and i confirmed for the payments of rs.239.55 (Ref no.[protected] reverse back to my bank account on 2nd december 2016 but after 18 days it will not credited to my bank account.

The customer care representative said over cell phone yesterday (21/12/2016), that refund amount credited to my bank account on 8:00 P.M. on 21/12/2016 but nothing happen positively for my complain till I update my complain.

Today afternoon (1:43pm) I receive a call from a lady representative from Maxbhi (Mob no. [protected]) she told that Company try to deliver the product between 07 to 10 days if I agree, and I also agree for same and she or Maxbhi hold my payment for 07 to 10 days also she said that if Maxbhi can not give the said product to my said address the said amount reverse back to my bank account .
In this circumstances I wait for 07 to 10 days for said product or my paid amount. so I update my complain.

many time I mail customer care of Maxbhi and also one time talk to your representative but my said product not delivered to me. From Maxbhi`s side take 7 to 10 days for delivery the product and said to me that if not possible from your side then amount will be reverse to my bank a/c. but Maxbhi just harass me, So I further request that if not possible to deliver product then please reverse my amount to my bank of Rs.239.55(Ref No.[protected].

    I have ordered product from above mentioned website maxbhi, order # is #381802, they said product stock are not available, amount are refund to wallet maxbhi wallet, i said please transfer amount to (Original payment method) My bank account they said we have transfer amount it take 12 days i waited from last month 21/11/2016 to till date money not transferred to my account, regarding this i have sent several mails no replay from there, kindly resolve the problem plz

      I had ordered s7 edge digitizer on 25 november 2016 and paid through netbanking. Next day seller canceled order and refunded amount to ewallet. So i requested to refund to original payment method on 28 november 2016. But amount is not received yet. On maxbhi account page, its showing refunded to bank. But its not come in my bank account yet.

      If my issue is not solved within this month, ill take serious action against your company. I have good lawyer friends, and you will get court notice if my issue is not solved.

            And after 3 days cancelled my order. And credit maxbhi.com ewallet rs 568.
            And second my order no #382078 housing body order and debit my bank account 107rs. total 107+568=675 and total credit my maxbhi e wallet call us customer services send my bank account only 107rs and 568 rs not send.

              I bought the component from maxbhi.com and when I received it, I maintained everything I received, including packing materials. (Order #385052)

              While I took the component to the service engineer, he expressed the doubt that it may be a used item. He attached the component to my tablet, without removing the seals, fearing that the warranty may become void. The component was not working.

              I requested the maxbhi for a replacement, they say this after seeing the photos I sent them:

              * The warranty seals has been removed from the product
              * The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
              * The gumming has been removed / used.

              None of these are true. Had I known that maxbhi is a potential cheat, I would have made a video while unpacking the parcel I received.

              Their online customer service doesn't answer any queries.

              Maxbi wants me to bear the expenses of returning the defective product they supplied to me. It seems their terms and conditions specify so.

              My question is: if Flipkart and Snapdeal can pick up the defective products from the buyer, why Maxbhi alone needs to have a different set of rules? Did I ask them to supply me a defective product? If something has gone wrong from my side, there is a point in my being penalized. Why I should be at the losing side for the fault of the supplier?

              For a product worth Rs.320, why should I bear Rs 100 or more for returning? The person who spoke me over phone could not assure me that the replacement product that they supply would be thoroughly tested and proved to be free of defects. What if the process is repeated? Do I have to bear the loss every time the supplier makes a mistake?

              The whole affair is not fair!

              I have purchased lg k10 touch glass that was canceled by maxbhi because of out of stock .again i ordered white glass that is also out of stock. Am afraid of it please send back my money to my account. They have send it to maxbhi walet there is no use.

                Worst experience, fraud company, used products.

                order was cancelled, and the money was sent to e-wallet. now i am unable to use that e-wallet money. there is no product cancellation option.

                i am putting police complaint on this Fraud company.

                Hi, if you would like to scold the company, please mention the correct domain name. You have mentioned the wrong web domain for https://www.maxibi.com and this affected our reputation. For the record, people who bought things and have bad experience at maxbhi.com shouldn't direct this problem at maxibi.com because in brief:

                maxibi and maxbhi is not the same domain. we have never sold anything online to customers online as for today.

                we received a lot of complaints on our emails regarding to this matter.

                This due to our domain name is similar to maxbhi.com.

                  I ordered asus zenfone selfie supported Earphone from maxbhi site. But this earphone is not supported to my asus zenfone selfie mobile. I am trying to return this product . So i fill up the replace request form, but when i try to save this form i'm getting error. It is not saved. I tried several times. Could you please accept my return request. Deposit my money to my account. Also I contact to your support person, But they not provide me the proper information.

                      I am unable to return/replace my product "touch screen digitizer for htc desire 626g plus - white". Have tried many times to reach the support team, and they gave me a solution to select the order & raise the return request from website. However, after uploading all the details (Product images, describing the problem, and clicking on replace request) there is no prompt appearing for successful request being raised and neither do i get the email confirmation for the request been raised. I am trying to contact the support through phone, sending chats, but no one seems to give me a solution for this.

                        I have order in maxbhi.com. everyday i see order status. after three day they update order status yet not dispatch order. after 6 days of order at time of customer order receive they cancelled order without call us and mailed that your order cancelled.

                        i call customer care they rudly talk and cut call. no have any option to transfer my money back to my bank a/c.

                        after talking with chat support they said after 15 days you will get your money back and also added that after your request receive and we examin in a week your countdown start to refund in 15 days. also added every holidays not inculding in countdown. so finally i will get my money after 30 days as per their chat.

                        so every one who trying to purchase cheap rate electronic. i personally request no one buy in this site. maxbhi.com is fraud company.

                        still i have not got my refund. order cancelled and e wallet refund dt. 27/11/2016 and today date 12/12/2016.

                        i am not understanding what is matter for delay refund by electronically. today electronically payment is so much fast. but maxbhi not refunding me after15 days. and still say 1 week more. what's the problem to refund customer money.

                                Maxbhi is an fraud company they never deliver the product even they will not refund the money also. I have ordered a samsung galaxy's touch digitizer. First they have cancelled after ordere they told me that in out of stock. I have contacted the customer care (Its not a customer care...) for my refund, but again they place a new order but that too suggested by them. Again im getting same issue the order cancelled due to out of stock. I dont understand what are they doing in etrading... They even know whether they have the stock or not, but they accept order again and again also they will not refund our money. Maxbhi is the pakka fraud. Once you ordered in maxbhi, you have to re-order again and again until you die but you will not get product also your money...

                                        I had purchased battery for Samsung Star II S5263 from Maxbhi.com and while placing the order i had also mention the note "my mobile is samsung star 2 GT-5263 and purchasing this battery for that. Please check if its suitable for it only."

                                        I had got the battery after 5 days and its different battery as its battery of Samsung Star-2 G130E which is written on battery also. I raised the complain about that and they ask to send the photos of difference in size of the battery which even does not make any sense but i had sent them the pictures of my old battery which is of Samsung star 2 S5263 and their battery but now i get the below response where they are asking to send back the product and mentioning their terms and conditions. But if you are sending wrong product then how its my responsibility to send back you product and why i should bear that cost. They had taken around one month in communication so i again purchased the new battery from market but don't go to them. For their mistake they will charge to you. I had also attached the photos of both the batteries to show how different they are so even blind person can easily differentiate and after sending them these pics they had sent below mail. Its ridiculous.
