My order ID is 444379, while ordering they told me product is available and i booked the order now they are telling the product is not available. they told me partially they are going to dispatch today, but that also not done, i want to cancel the product, their portal cancel option is not there. their customer care people are not lifting the call, live chat they are not available please i want cancel the product and i want the refund same

    I ordered a product from the website maxbhi.com.
    I made all the necessary payment, but after 10 hours the seller cancelled my order. They refunded the amount to my e-wallet which can be used for buying another product.every time I order something seller cancel my order and my money get stuck in e-wallet. Then 20 days ago I requested to transfer the amount in my bank account. In response i received this "Dear Kamal Dasila
    Greetings from Maxbhi.com,

    We are writing to confirm that your refund for Rs. 545.20 has been processed for your Order # 429191".
    I was being told that It will be refunded to your account in a week and it's been 20 days still no refund has been done to my account.

      From the day 1 long time ago i registered with them, almost 99.99% of the orders i placed with them, they failed to provide and cancelled the orders and refunded to my e-wallet.at that time when i asked them to transfer the amount to my original mode of payment that is bank, they delayed long and then transferred it to bank.now with a few recent orders, again they failed to provide the item and cancelled my order and when i constantly kept on asking them to transfer the full amount to my bank a/c, they didn't even bother a reply.i was bound and forced by the cheaters to again place useless items sold at 10 times the price in local market and what they did, they even send me a different item and when i asked them, they didn't bother again.now to utilize the remaining balance in my wallet, i again ordered an item 2 days back but its showing under process and no reply from them.i have a horrible experience and i went to delhi to their place even and requested them in their office to provide me an item i badly needed but they refused.i dont want to name the place where they operate and buy from there these items and sell at 10 times to customers all over india.i never thought of putting this up to consumer complaint forum, but i m really disgusted with their activities and i just googled and found 100z of complaints registered against them.don't buy anything from these frauds.they r operating from delhi and their bad behave when i went personally there was like they are the owner of the nation.i strongly protest against this type of activities and will request delhi higher authorities to scan these people.i went to our local wholesale mobile spares market and found the price at which these frauds are selling items can make u get 5 pieces of the same item.they even sell back covers and front covers etc.separately and check their price, u will come to know everything.beware of these scammers.if my money is not refunded within 48 hrs in full, i ll go to social networks and all other places against these people.they were just about to say me just get out and get lost when i went to their office few months back.don't u guys forget mouth advertisement is the biggest advertisement so be careful before doing all illegal stuffs cheating and fooling people.

      all my dear friends, main sabse bada sufferer hoon maxbhi ka.still i m suffering.they don't reply to mails, don't pickup phone calls.enough of u people.why u people r based in delhi dat means u r the owner of the nation??u want me to spread the words through fb and whatsapp now??it will spread like wild fire.u people r forcing me to do so.i m stunned to see even after 1000z of complaints against this maxbhi, neither the govt.nor the higher authorities take any action against dem.they r openly cheating people.i even paid courier charges coz they send wrong housing panle to me.i request kindly dont buy anything from these bloody bunch of cheaters and frauds.they show they have items in stock which they don't have.they don't have 99.99% of the items they display.they will not refund your money to bank, will harass u meaninglessly, still harassing me with a couple orders, not even adding the money to the e wallet.if u dont want to suffer, i request again, please avoid this cheaters.i have visited their office personally.there also they look doubtful completely.frauds, cheaters.kehte hain maxbhi, nehi hai kuch bhi.       don't buy from this website ever i[censored] don't want your hard earned money to get looted by gangsters.even they send me a wrong housing they admitted and for replacement, they were asking me to send it to them investing again for courier of my own.they don't have any items...whatever u will order, the order will be cancelled after a few days.they buy from local market and sell.they are frauds.even u won't get any reply from them.they sell a rs.50 item sold in footpaths and streets at rs.500.they even don't trasnfer your money after order cancellation from wallet to bank.will never reply u and u will be bound to make a useless purchase with your money again from them.its a great trick.just...off...i have cheated, i m warning others, avoid maxbhi, u will get 1000 z of registered complaints against them.

      and after requesting almost for 2 months to transfer my wallet money to bank, u guys didn't do it, not even replied once, but insisted and forced me to buy useless items with the wallet money.great way of selling and marketing., sending wrong items selling them at 5 times market price, when asked for replacement asking to send the item back by paying almost rs.150-200 courier cost...doing anything of your wish.don't cheat people like this.u can see the reviews and complaints against your website.shame on u people.

        I have placed an order for Karbonn titanium mach five screen digitizer. While making payment I chose paytm and paid the amount through it. After successfully making the payment, the page did not come back to maxbhi to show the order confirmation. I have got message from paytm with Order# 444238. The find the message below.

        "You have made a payment of Rs. 405.47 at Elcotek India Pvt Limited for Order Id 444238. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues."

        Since the page did not come back to maxbhi and the order was not showing there, I have attempted the checkout again with CCAVENUE and made the payment for the same. This time it was came back to maxbhi with order confirmation with the same Order# 444238.

        This how the payment happened twice for the same order.

        I have contacted paytm in this regard. They have suggested me to contact you.

        So I request you to kindly look into this and please revert the amount paid through paytm transaction.

          I ordered back panel order id of #433039, after two days of my order was cancelled. so i request to refund my money, but they didn't do it.that product shows in stock, after few days they increase the product cost and i order that product (order id #441800) but they cancelled my order and added in e-wallet, so i send request(request no :#155064) to refund my money to bank account, they don't response it, please help me to recover my money

            I had paid extra 80/- for bluedart charges to get the order by 3rd march, as show by there system. i informed they about product details(colour) i wanted, because after payment the invoice shows diffrent colour, which i didnt selected, might be there system error and i also informed them that on 4th i am leaving for abroad. but they are not responding. hopless they are.
            if they didnt had the item, why did they put on sale on their website.

            told them altleast make part dilivery by tomorrow but the dont have that required product also.
            they are just cheating and taking peoples money.

                I ordered spare parts for my HTC handset third time with this company. I was being fooled again by saying we have the spare parts but this fraud company never sent any parts till date. The money was deducted already from my bank account at the time of placement of the order. They itself cancelled the order and put back my money in the wallet. I cant access that wallet. There customer care numbers are of no use and their chat software never works.
                I request all new users that never place any order to this company as this is a cheat and fraud company. I also request to the authority that please take strict action against this company and refund our money asap.

                    Its been almost 20 days but I am still waiting for the refund of my money .

                      Worst website ever . i tried to buy a body kit for my phone from maxbhi they first took the order then they themselve canceled the order now when i am asking for my refund they are not giving me my money back instead they are telling that they have already sent my refund to my bank account . they dont even asked me about my bank details but they sent . they are think we aree fools out here . website is a fraud please avoid and this website should be banned so that no more peoples get into the trap of theirs.

                        I have ordered online touch screen digitizer for my old XOLO Q1000 OPUS from maxbhi.com i have placed order on 01/02/2017 order no 424961
                        And product is delivered to me on 07/02/2017 but when i opened the box i found it physically damaged. on the same date i have intimated to maxbhi for the damage they asked me for the image i have sent that too but at last their reaction was "we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Warranty does not cover any physical damages. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs." Money is not the major reason buy the service if i have purchesed any new product from maxbhi.com so it will not give me any warreny cover if it is damaged during transportation kindly help me to keep me out from the situation.

                          Hello sir, I order a screen and touch of intex aqua n15 white on 23 jan2017 and the order id was 419972 . After a weak they called me and asked me thst they can not deliver the orderd product, so thy cancel the order and generate new order (not in white color) and the order id is 423091 on 28 jan but they can't dispatch the product, so i called him to cancel my order on 4 feb snd generate a mail to support team for refund my amount to my bank . The amount is 1592 rs. I sm waiting for my amount but they didn't want to refund. Such a fraud company i have ever seen.
                          Please, help me to return my amount to my bank account asap.

                              I have never seen such poor and pathetic service from any e commerce website .My Orders have been cancelled twice in the period of 15 days.The money has been refunded to ewallet but there is no visible option on the Order page to transfer the money from ewallet to the account.Whenever i open Order page it is coming as blank. I have sent several mails and messages through live chat but there was no response. I feel like i have been cheated and i am expecting an immediate refund to my account.

                                  I am highly disappointed with Maxbhi.com's services.
                                  In the first place my order id is #409169.
                                  Here I had cancelled my order and hence the refund was initiated to my Maxbhi wallet. But I wanted my refund to my bank account so I request Maxbhi for the same.
                                  They claim that my refund has been processed from their side but I have not received my money yet (Already one month has passed).
                                  Secondly I had ordered for an another product at Maxbhi with the order id #409499. Here I had received a damaged product and upon contacting the customer care I was promised that I will receive my complete refund in my Maxbhi wallet and that I could dispose off the product.
                                  Now when I am contacting them, sometimes they are asking to return the item whereas sometimes I am asked to share the pics of the product.
                                  I have even informed them many times that I have already disposed off the product.
                                  Now these people are reluctant to help me out.
                                  I want a strict action to be taken against these fraudsters.
                                  I have already wasted about 1000 rupees of mine and my precious time.

                                  I had contacted Maxbhi on the 17th of January 2017 at 2:34:12pm regarding my order 409499.
                                  Here I had received a damaged product and for that case their agent promised me the complete refund in my wallet and he told me that I can dispose of the item.
                                  I have not yet received the refund and now they are reluctant in helping me out.
                                  Now they are telling me that almost 30 days have passed and therefore they cannot help me out and indirectly they are signifying that I am lying. I am also helpless in this regards since I have already disposed off the product.
                                  I want you all to take a strict action again this firm since I am not satisfied with the resolutions they provide.
                                  I appreciate that you all helped me to get my money refunded in less than an hour's time.
                                  Please try your level best to resolve this issue of mine also.
                                  In the worst scenario I am ready to face a loss of 10% still.
                                  But I want atleast 90% of my money back.

                                    Hello sir, I order maxbhi.com a back panel BlackBerry leap 4G phone. My order is successful place Later on it was cancelled. That is not a 1st time I have tried 3 to 4 times but the order has cancelled automaticaly . So I decided I have to refund my money in my bank account. My order no is #430349 #431981 #431978 The total amount to be refund is Rs.411

                                      I have placed one prepaid order on this maxbhi.com on 1feb2017, but due to no return police i have cancel this order at same time, but they haven't not issued my return amount 241rs till now.

                                        I order an panel for micromax x2050 it cost of rs 204. They took money from my bank account but they now telling that they had cancelled my order due to the seller didn't gave any shipment date. I trusted them but they betrayed me. Please help me in this. They are not responding to me. As they telling that they had moved my money to e-wallet. I can't get access that. Then they are telling that my order is out of stock. Please help me in this.
