As i can check your Order #409169 this has been completely refunded and received by you confirmed on call, and about the second Order #409499, there is not even a single confirmation of yours about the damaged product on mail or chat, as discussed with you sir you had already disposed the product and warranty is also void, we are unable to replace the product and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.

I had contacted Maxbhi on the 17th of January 2017 at 2:34:12pm regarding my order 409499.
Here I had received a damaged product and for that case their agent promised me the complete refund in my wallet and he told me that I can dispose of the item.
I have not yet received the refund and now they are reluctant in helping me out.
Now they are telling me that almost 30 days have passed and therefore they cannot help me out and indirectly they are signifying that I am lying. I am also helpless in this regards since I have already disposed off the product.
I want you all to take a strict action again this firm since I am not satisfied with the resolutions they provide.
I appreciate that you all helped me to get my money refunded in less than an hour's time.
Please try your level best to resolve this issue of mine also.
In the worst scenario I am ready to face a loss of 10% still.
But I want atleast 90% of my money back.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Updated by Roshan James Mathew I can't update this complaint as resolved since only 50% of my issue is resolved.
Till when you all don't provide refund for my second order, till then I will keep posting fresh complaints against you all.

According to our warranty terms and conditions, we are not able to replace your product if it has been damaged in transit by the courier company.
You can lodge a complaint in Blue Dart Express Limited by attaching broken product images regarding your transit damage at: - [protected]@bluedart.com
and keep CC this mail with us on [protected]@maxbhi.com so that we can also follow your case and if required (by Courier Company) than we provide him the relevant documents.
(Note :- Do not forget to mention your tracking number in the subject column)
Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (Courier Company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs. but he cancel my order get rs on e wallet so i refund to my bank but i will not my refund till now he say that he take 7-10 days.
