Hi,
I had ordered spares from your web portal . After the confirmation of the payment transferred I got the reply regarding non availability of the spares .
I got the msg that the payment will be refunded in my bank account within 5-7 days .
Its been almost 20 days but I am still waiting for the refund of my money .
The Order No is 424605 .
Customer Care No is also kept on waiting mode ....

Worst website ever . i tried to buy a body kit for my phone from maxbhi they first took the order then they themselve canceled the order now when i am asking for my refund they are not giving me my money back instead they are telling that they have already sent my refund to my bank account . they dont even asked me about my bank details but they sent . they are think we aree fools out here . website is a fraud please avoid and this website...

In the first place my order id is #409169.
Here I had cancelled my order and hence the refund was initiated to my Maxbhi wallet. But I wanted my refund to my bank account so I request Maxbhi for the same.
