Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — sold defective lcd product of mi a1 from maxbhi.com

Hi there, recently i order lcd mi a1 digitizer via maxbhi.com, with help of local mobile store i removed old lcd which broken & replaced with order product from maxbhi.com. When its turned on 50% of screen was not working & pixelated, other half was working which is defective piece. I have sent the product back to maxbhi.com, here issues were raised. They were saying couldn't able to replace & refund as i removed one piece of plastic sheet on top of the lcd screen. Which i doesn't understand how that will effect the hardware of lcd?. As they were saying. They had own policy & unreasonable answers, were i got frustrated. I don't care whether i get the refund or not. But fraud company like maxbhi.com need to get punished, so that other people wont suffer. Seems like they were getting refurbished or scrap products from china & selling to customers in india.
