    I have received a call from company agent named Deepak ([protected]) saying he require my card details and not my account number to transfer the refund.


    Please take strict action on this man, as he has been quite rude and forcing me to provide my card (debit/credit) number details which ideally shouldn't be shared with any one as per RBI / Bank guidelines.

        I had ordered two bean bags on mebelkart three months back. However, one bean bag had been delivered till yesterday. Yesterday when sales person arrived with second bean bag I returned it . I request you to help me in getting the first bag (which was delivered long back to me) returned to mebelkart and getting my complete amount i.e. Rs.1998 /- back.Please help me at the earliest.

          i ordered two bean bags at mebelkart. Almost three months have passed but neither i have recieved full order nor my order is being cancelled with refund of amount. I tried contacting mebelkart but they do not recieve my calls .All numbers are incorrect and response is pathetic.

                      First of all, this is the order id #[protected] placed on 28/11/15. It was a prepaid order of Rs 405. Product : Kenstar Dry Iron Wonderlite KND75G1M (I received the product very late from the promised date of delivery.) Received on 14/12/2015 The parcel had a packing label of askmebazaar taped on it. I was wondering and asked the delivery boy why a package from mebelkart has a label of askmebazaar on it! He also started wondering! After opening the packaging it was a disaster inside. All I saw was pieces broken apart inside the box. I immediately took some pictures and mailed them to [protected]@mebelkart.com and claimed replacement or if not then refund. Today (15/12/15) I received a reply from mebelkart saying "please take to kenstar". "We kindly request you to take to kenstar for repair they will repair the product for free" I have attached few pictures of the broken product and a snap of the email conversation. Please go through them, the best resolution I would prefer is replacement or a refund.

                          Order details for #[protected] placed on[protected]:30:37. Waiting for know the status of my order.

                          I have called many times to customer care number and asking for update my prepaid ordered but not getting valid response from them. Only saying it has been shipped and this is the Shipment Details Carrier : Gati[protected].
                          This Shipment Details or Carrier tracking number was updated me before 15 days back and when I was checked in online that time it was not valid and when I checked today and found the status this Carrier tracking number[protected], it is updated but it’s belongs to different person not for me and this is CASH on Delivery. When I was already paid for this product.

                          This has been one month, when I was placed the ordered and stranger still I don’t know where my product is and when it will be delivered. Please help me to please returned back my money

They promised to ship my order on 14-NOV-2015, but till today - 30-NOV-2015 my order has not been shipped.                               This is in continuation to the complaint i have posted with the subject line "A very big noooo to buy products from Mebelkart...!!!", After numerous follow ups by looping their CEO & every one i finally got a product replacement for the defective product after struggling for more than 10days. Surprisingly this time also i have received a defective product. When i called the customer care they said they will refund my money & they will give me some coupons as well, but i denied that. As i have wasted two months of my time, phone bill & internet bill, i demanded money for all this as refund. Finally they said to keep me the damaged product.. Please never buy product from this site, they only sell damaged products...!!!

                                  I don't think these simple bulbs will be made to order.

I did that and sent the mail. There is no response from Mebelkart. I find this a fake company. They are not returning the money if they can't deliver. How do I raise it in consumer forum to get justice. Are these online thiefs.

                                      I have ordered a product on Mebelkart(Order number - [protected]) and they took nearly month time to deliver the same after doing numerous follow ups & escalations.

                                      The most worst thing is i received a defective product & now the mebelkart team is not at all showing interest in getting the replacement for the faulty product.

                                      Its better to skip this website for any kind of products.

                                        Hi, I have booked my order[protected] against mebelkart.com as online shopping and its been more than a month and i am not getting any responses from them when i send frequent request over mails seeks status updates. I get response only when i reach customer care executive and they too provide irregular and wrong informations. I have requested several times to cancel my order but still i dont find any response to fulfill cancellation request. It's very bad experience on mebelkart.com.
