I had ordered a kitchen cabinet for which a few parts were missing. For eg: The drawer handle for the cabinet is missing. The company has still not resolved the issue. I have been mailing to their customer support regularly.I received responses to a few of them initially. Later, they stopped responding to my mails and the issue is still unresolved. I have attached the pictures of the cabinet in which the missing handle can be seen.Please find the same attached.

I have warned all my family and friends to not buy from Mebelkart, nor will I ever purchase.
Whether any response from mebelkart . Even I order queen size bed but many parts were missing . Please guide me how to go ahead . I have paid rs.13000 approx for this product .

I am facing same problem I am not getting the product yet after passing 1 month. I found their is lots people facing same problem with this company. I am going to take a step of sending legal notice i need to approval of more and more people for wake up consumer court, wake up government for shut down this company. here is my mail ID - [protected]@gmail.com Join Hands

    I have ordered some furniture products from mebelkart after taking their approval for shipping to my pin code on 04.02.15. As the order does not have COD facility for my pin code I paid the amount in full. The products are shipped on 17.02.15 and the shipment was kept in the BAHARAGORA IN local fedex facility due to some improper paperworks since 21.02.15 . I got a mail from mebelkart on 23.02.15 asking for my ID proof which was given back through mail by 24.02.15. But till now no significant development is observed and the shipment is still in the same location as on today.
