Online transaction done for Rs. 7666 with order no [protected]. After calling the company after 25 days of payment. They say that the order is cancelled due to procurement issues from the vendor. Now they have sent me a mail that they have cancelled order and done refund on 17th June. However I check my account on 18th June I see no money being transferred to my account. This company is fraud company and cheating people. I want my money back immediately with interest.

      I made an online purchase of wooden king size bed for inr 24929 dated 09th may 2016 at online website mebelkart.
      I made an upfront payment of the entire amount for the above product. Order id..[protected].
      The product was schedule to get home delivered by 31st may 2016.
      The product has not been delivered till now and i am getting harassed for the same. The astonishing fact is that their website is claiming of the product already been delivered on 31st may 2016.

      Pls take strict action against this fraud ecommerce company — mebelkart.

      The company (Mebelkart) has not taken a single step to resolve the complain . No Mail / No Phone / or any communication done form their side. Moreover they are claiming to have delivered the product on 1st of June as per their website . I had already put a complain on their website with Ticket no .#64860 dated 10th June and talked with the customer care no . 08067978888 for non delivery of product but no resolution taken from their employees. I am feeling cheated and lost 25K for shopping on this online company .
      MebelKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Very Disappointed with the response of the company . They are even not realizing their mistake of Non delivery of the product and have claimed to already delivered the product on 1st June .

      Going a lodge an FIR against this company for their unresponsive attitude to their customers .
      Just again talked to the customer care of this fraud Company which is again claiming to have already delivered the product .

      Pls let us know how to file an FIR and claim compensation against this Fraudster .

              This is a complaint against bad people from mouthshut. I placed an order in first week of may, and it stated that the order will be delivered by 6th june. I was surprised how will it take so long but still i went through as this was a new startup and i was ok with it.
              The problem started arising from 29th may, when the order was not still dispatched i mailed their customer care through their website to which they replied - "we are sorry for delay the order will be received by 6th of june." i was still ok controlling myself.
              Then on 8th june i again mailed them as i didnt received the product to which they replied - "due to seller issue the product will be dispatched in 15 days."
              By now i was furious i told them i will go to the consumer complaint forum.

              But to my surprise today that is on the 10th june i received a mail that the order has been cancelled due to seller issue.
              This cant be happening these cant play with the consumers & their money for 1 month and after that cancel the order.

              I hereby demand through your forum a compensation should be paid by the mebelkart.com for the agony, harassment and all the problems i had to face first for the delay of the product and then cancellation. If they had cancelled it at first i would have got the product from other site as i was in need of the product. And due to waiting for it i lost on numerous offers on the same product from other website portals.

              I need a strict action against these people who think they can play with the consumers at will and can do anything. If nothing is done from here, i will make sure i order cod on random addresses without accepting them.

                Dear Support Team

                As per the instruction below we have already opened the link and paid Rs.1 for installation of Mebel Kart furniture but unfortunately, I have not received any call so far on my mobile no [protected]. Initially the number mentioned was [protected] (incorrect) but it has been changed by me twice on your Call center number.Furniture is lying in our house from last 3 days but assembly has not been done so far.

                Today also I called up at call center but so far my number was not corrected, I finally got a number of some Manager ([protected]) of Mebel kart and assured me that he will confirm within 15 minutes but I am waiting for his 15 minutes to end from last 5 hours now.

                This is such a disappointing service which I have experienced from the Mebel Kart. I still have no clue about the assembly of my furniture.

                I tried for call center 10 times and experience is horrible as phone pick up time is almost 8 minutes and post discussion they never take any action. I feel that no one is trained enough at call center to respond to the customers responsibly.

                I request you to kindly send someone for assembly tomorrow otherwise please take back your furniture and refund the amount immediately.

                I would like to avoid legal action against Mebel kart so kindly take the action on time.

                    I ordered 2 products (Shoe rack and storage cabinet) on 15th may from mebelkart.com order number #[protected] and did partial payment of rs1544. I received the shoe rack on 31st may however its just pieces of board and i need to assemble it myself. Looking at the nuts, screws and groves its not self-explanatory or easy to install it, on top of that there is no manual or instruction guide supplied with the product.

                    Its been more than a week that those boards are sitting at home and i have sent multiple emails to mebelkart to arrange for someone to assemble the shoe rack for me. However there has been no reply. I tried calling mebelkart customer care for 2 weeks continuously but seems they are not receiving calls anymore. Every time i call them i get to hear the same message “all our customer support executives are busy and will attend your call shortly” for 2 minutes and then the phone disconnects. I have tried calling them every hour for 2 weeks and have lost my patience now.

                    With this kind of attitude i would not like to continue with my 2nd order and the irony is that i cannot even cancel it since no one is responding to email and nor picking up calls. This is the worst customer service experience i have ever received. If we see such kind of fraud in online marketing, trust me people will lose trust in online shopping and no one would make advance payment and order anything..

                    I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me get my money back and cancel 2nd order along with that its been quite an harassment to call them every hour for 2 weeks. To serve them right hey should be sued for this. I will not re-commend any of my friends to order from this site.

                      I ordered for 4 furniture items worth more than rs.21000. Below is the letter that allowed to recover my money. Read, understand and you too follow

                      Kind attention – ceo, getit furniture private limited, 7th floor, tower d, diamond district, hal airport road, bangalore - 560008 and www. Mebelkart com

                      Sub : procedural formality for initiation of legal action for non refund resulted upon cancellation of order - reg
                      Ref : order no 1) #[protected] (Worth rs.7821/-), order no 2) #[protected] (Worth rs.7640/-) order no 3) #[protected] (Worth rs.1791/-) and order no 4) #[protected] (Worth rs.3866/-) placed through your online furniture market www. Mebelkart com on 28/04/2016

                      Kindly refer to the above four orders. On 28/04/2016, i had placed these four orders through your website in reference for a total amount of rs.21118/- (Rupees twenty one thousand one hundred and eighteen only). You had accepted the orders and accordingly the said amount was debited from my savings bank account no [protected] of sbt, neyyattinkara branch. Through net banking facility.
                      Since there were no updates on these orders from your side and the time limit for shipping has also crossed, i tried to contact your office in the number given in your website ([protected]) almost 20 times. The only response i got is “all our customer support executives are busy and they will be attending you shortly”. Many days i tried to contact, but the response was same. Fortunately there was a chat facility that time, which seems to be removed by now.In the chat facility one rimpsy, probably your staff responded that you have some vendor problems and hence the orders may get delayed and i can cancel my order if i wish. Since i didn’t wish to get delayed delivery, i asked them to cancel the order
                      Like wise i got a message dated 13/05/2016 19:44:15 which states that
                      “hi ragesh,
                      Greetings for the day,
                      With regards to your order, we would like to inform you that your order at mebelkart has been cancelled and refund against the same is initiated. The amount of rs 7821.00, rs 7640.00, rs 1791.00 and rs 3866.00 shall be credited back into your same account which was used at the time of placing the order. It shall reflect into your account within 7-10 working days. If you have further query on the matter please write to us at [protected]@mebelkart com or call us on +91-[protected] (10:30 a. M. - 8:00 p. M. Monday - saturday).

                      Since the said 7 to 10 working days were over, i raised many complaint tickets on different days at support. Mebelkart.com with ticket numbers 56192, 58928, 59619, 60328, 60386. All the reply i got is almost the same and is as follows
                      “hi raghesh,

                      Greetings from mebelkart.

                      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your details to the concerned team and will get back to you with further updates.”
                      There were no updates and now i have no other way except to initiate legal proceedings against your company for cheating. If you have any further clarifications in this matter, convey me with a reply mail within 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day. Else take necessary steps to credit rs. 21118/- (Rupees twenty one thousand one hundred and eighteen only) in my account with in 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day treat this mail as intimation before 2 reminders.

                      Treat this as a procedural formality before initiating legal proceedings. As this is my hard earned money, i don’t wish to get cheated in any way. Since i have no other way, i am sorry for the inconvenience that may occur to you from these procedures.

                        I have ordered a wardrobe from this site on 08-may-16 order no [protected]. As of today there is no update on my order. I have paid the full amount of 16500 in advance. Their call center no [protected] is fake as it is always busy. I have raised various tickets on their site and every time i have been told via there automated response that this is under way and it will take 10 to 15 days more.
                        I have checked their facebook page and every one is complains about the same thing i. E. Cheat they have been doing.
                        Therefore i am requesting you to please help me to get my hard earned money back and please get this company closed as they are cheating people with money.

                        Ref : Order No 1) #[protected] (worth Rs.7821/-), Order No 2) #[protected] (worth Rs.7640/-) Order No 3) #[protected] (worth Rs.1791/-) and Order No 4) #[protected] (worth Rs.3866/-) placed through your online furniture market www.mebelkart com on 28/04/2016

                        Kindly refer to the above four orders. On 28/04/2016, I had placed these four orders through your website in reference for a total amount of Rs.21118/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Eighteen Only). You had accepted the orders and accordingly the said amount was debited from my Savings Bank Account No [protected] of SBT, Neyyattinkara Branch. through net banking facility.
                        Since there were no updates on these orders from your side and the time limit for shipping has also crossed, I tried to contact your office in the number given in your website ([protected]) almost 20 times. The only response I got is “All our customer support executives are busy and they will be attending you shortly”. Many days I tried to contact, but the response was same. Fortunately there was a chat facility that time, which seems to be removed by now. In the chat facility one Rimpsy, probably your staff responded that you have some vendor problems and hence the orders may get delayed and I can cancel my order if I wish. Since I didn’t wish to get delayed delivery, I asked them to cancel the order
                        Like wise I got a message dated 13/05/2016 19:44:15 which states that
                        “Hi Ragesh,
                        Greetings for the day,
                        With regards to your order, we would like to inform you that your order at Mebelkart has been cancelled and refund against the same is initiated. The amount of Rs 7821.00, Rs 7640.00, Rs 1791.00 and Rs 3866.00 shall be credited back into your same account which was used at the time of placing the order. It shall reflect into your account within 7-10 working days. If you have further query on the matter please write to us at [protected]@mebelkart com or call us on +91-[protected] (10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday).

                        Since the said 7 to 10 working days were over, I raised many complaint tickets on different days at support.mebelkart.com with ticket numbers 56192, 58928, 59619, 60328, 60386. All the reply I got is almost the same and is as follows
                        “Hi Raghesh,

                        Greetings from Mebelkart.

                        We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your details to the concerned team and will get back to you with further updates.”
                        There were no updates and now I have no other way except to initiate legal proceedings against your company for cheating. If you have any further clarifications in this matter, convey me with a reply mail within 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day. Else take necessary steps to credit Rs. 21118/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Eighteen Only) in my account with in 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day Treat this mail as Intimation before 2 reminders.

                        Treat this as a procedural formality before initiating legal proceedings. As this is my hard earned money, I don’t wish to get cheated in any way. Since I have no other way, I am sorry for the inconvenience that may occur to you from these procedures.

                          I made order ([protected]) on 22 april 2015 and recieved a shipping mail from 26th.. But no updates on the shipping tracker there after. Today is june 7th and still no clue about my order. No one ever picks their customer care number for order status option.. Finally found that only their option 1 works (Atleast someone picks). I could speak to their representative 3 time over past 1 month but every time they promised call back or delivery of the product.. Now no one picks for option 1 as well.. Send few mails to their customer care number and no response to the emails as well.. Its one of the fraud company in india. Dont ever place order with them.

                            We received a courier from mebelkart with this order id [protected]/37728 and we found the product totally broken. Its the vintage wall clock with glass over the top and the glass was totally broken.

                            We didn't unpack it fully and from the transparent sheet with which the clock is covered we found that the glass was broken.

                            Please ask the company to refund my money or replace this product.

                            Please help me. It i more than 3 months that they are not returning my money.

                              Hello all,
                              I hv purchased 3 products (2 bedsheets, 1 bed runner) with order i'd [protected] i got bed runner on 4/06/2016 but as its width was not that much which i was thinking so i want to return it but according to website return policy they hv refused the return becoz product is not damaged. That product is not useful for me at all i requested them to replace it with table runner but they refused that also.
                              I m a frequent online buyer n all sites are having hassel free returns only mebelkart is having the worst policy this is not customer friendly at all.
                              I request you to please take a action against them by which they can replace that bedrunner with table runner.

                                I had placed an order#[protected] for kids bed on 5th may 2016. At the time of order, the timeline given to me was shipment between 23rd-28th May. But after several attempts of reaching out to them(over email and phone), the product has not been shipped and nobody has even responded regarding the status of the product.Now even for the cancellation/refund, there is no online option of cancelling the order and the customer care is not picking up the calls.
                                This is by far the worst online shopping experience i've had. i don't even know whether i'm going to get the product or atleast get my money back(Rs. 17672), it's not a trivial amount that i just forget about it.

                                  This is fraud company dont buy anything. They cheated me by delivering wrong product and after that no one responding to ticket i created and not ready to change or refund. Dont waste your money.
                                  They dont have any customer support. You are lucky if they pick call after dailing 100 times. You cant put ant comments on the product. No review column. Be carefull they are really fraud.

                                  I ordered single bed with storage. But I received without storage, when I complain for that. First time they agree and said they will check with the concern team. After that they change the description on their website that product is without storage. And top of that this is made with bad quality top. Now they are not listing this case. Simply taking money and cheating their customer. I put that bed outside of my house, if I sleep it is going to break. Worst product, worst website, worst customer support. This websit should be banned. First time I ordered from this website and got cheated. If anyone planning to buy anything better check the review first. Now I can see many people already complained for that website, If I could have read earlier, I could save some of my money.

                                    I had made an oder for an apollo l shaped sofa with right sided chaise on mebel kart #od[protected] placed on 1/05/2016 19:51:24. I received the item on 28th may.Instead of a right sided chaise as ordered, i got a left sided chaise!. Within hours after the product was delivered on 28th may, i have asked for a replacement. I was given a ticket number 60685 and nothing else. I got no intimation about the progress of this. Their customer line is always busy. And when i finally got through, the girl promised me she would replace the product and would ask another department to look into this an call back. There has been no call back even after 5 days. Mebel kart doenot keep customers informed by email or sms anout the status of this ticket. Also none of the so called links on their emails work!. Please help and make sure this replacement is delivered at the earliest!!!..

                                      Order id #[protected] dated 28/05/2016 payment via hdfc net banking rs. 13, 439.. The customer care number is absolutely no use it keeps saying the representative still busy (Repeating) no one attends the call even after 100+ attempts. Sent email - got auto response and then nothing how many ever times you write its the same story.

                                      This is the worst possible experience i have ever gone through with any online vendor. Horrible, please stop this company from continuing to cheat people or rob the money.
