I had placed an order on March 23, 2016 for a King size bed, #[protected].

Followed up with customer care, social channels even reached out to so called IITian CEO on twitter.

No use as these frauds are not even responding to any communication, CCare Executives have a single reply .. products is about to be shipped.

PS : don't risk your money with this company. They may be making headlines with VC funds but thats just hola - huh... there is no customer first vsion with this org.

Order not delivered on time and not sure about the order status

I have placed an order [protected] on April 19th 2016 and my product not delivered yet and customer support keep on telling issues with Vendor.Not sure when my product arrives.Please make sure deliver my product on time.

    I have ordered above item on 8th may 2016 but product is not delivered till now.
    Customer care is not picking up the call also.In status it is showing dipatch for some items & for other item it is not processed at all. I have paid all amount. Please refund my full money. This type of e - commerce company should ban permanently.

      This is for your kind information that the company mebelkart has taken an order of wardrobe whose order no [protected] on 1st April 2016 amounting 16461 but till date the product has been not delivered .the customer service number has been regularly busy and one time we talk to them they said the merchant has been changed so it will take 15 days more but until now there is no response from there side so I lodge a complaint to deliver my product or return my money.

        I have brought a shoe rack under order # [protected] (Audry wood three door shoe rack with drawer (White) by nesta furniture from century ply of mebelkart order number #[protected]). I am unable to reach customer service for installation. Everytime the ivr in their phone says "all customer service agents are busy" and disconnects the call. This is the worst place to buy anything since they don't have any support infrastructure in place.
        MebelKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I logged a ticket and they are ready to refund. I got the reply saying the refund is initiated but it never happens.

            In fact, this is the third time they have initiated the refund. Again this time also it doesn't happen. And now they have closed the ticket without replying the reason.

            This regarding a fan purchased from the website. They charged more than what they offered in their website.

              I have ordered the product on 12th may, however the current status of the product since 5 days is still, approval. As a new customer for mebelkart i am bit sceptic and disappointed now seeing the current speed of the delivery process, which in other sites are definitely much faster. I have registered my complaint with them but unfortunately i haven't received any feedback or positive response from them. Now i want to cancel my order as i am very sceptic and disappointed.                 I bought sofa cum bed fabric malina wooden sofa cum bed dark (Blue) by fabhomedecor, on 10/05/16 from mebelkart site as it was showing that this discount is only for 13 hour, but when i visited site on 11/05/16, it was showing more discount, i bought it at the price of 16, 199 but on 11th of may it is showing price of 14, 399, so i want to refund my extra money, or cancel my order if possible

                  I have booked a xxxl bean bag with filled beans on 31st march (Order no [protected]), i received the product on 7th april which was incomplete (I received only beans but not the bag), hence i have sent numerous mails with images of the product which i have received to the concerned support team and i have spent around 300rs for speaking to costumer care, but till date i haven't received any proper help. So i request you to help me with this.

                  i had received a mail from a member of support team by name mrunalini negi on 27th April, saying we will deliver your product with in 2-3 working days and with simultaneously pick up the wrong product. for this above mail i had replied her on 29th may but till date they didn't replied to my mail nor delivery of product has happened.

                  every time i speak to customer care i never got a satisfactory response and simultaneously i am losing my phone balance just like that as the customer care number is into a toll free number. please help me out with this by either mebelkart delivering a correct product or by refunding me. i request consumer court complaint forum to look after this and help me in resolving this.

                        Do not ever buy from mebelkart. I am not even sure if it's an actual company. No one from the customer service picks up calls. I don't get responses to emails. It has been 15 days since i placed an order. There is no update on it - neither on email, nor on website. After all this, when i am trying to get my money back by cancelling the order, there is no option to cancel the order as well!! Stay away from such fraud companies. My money is now stuck with these scamsters as i cannot cancel the order and get it back. Worst ever. Go for trusted e-coms like amazon, pepperfry etc.

                          Order was placed on 2nd april 2016 and received a tracking number which said it will be delivered by 11th april. Then on april 18th send a complaint that product still not delivered. Received another tracking number saying product will be delivered with 5-7 days. Both the time fedex informed that only label was created but product was not provided to them.
                          When i asked for a cancellation, they are saying amount will refund you but today is 08th may, still now i did'nt get product or amount,
                          Also if i call customer service order inquiry, nobody picks up. I have to call their customer service product information for someone to pickup the phone and then they told me its already delivered but its very shocking, this is 4th time i am complainting but no use. what is this mebelkart.

                            Hi,

                            I placed 2 orders numbering od[protected] and od[protected] totaling around 20, 000 rupees. Order numbering od[protected] was cancelled by mebelkart stating supplier issue around 2 weeks ago. The refund amount has not been credited to my account despite repeated calls to the call center.

                            The status of the other order od[protected] has not changed since i ordered it on 15th april. I am fearing that this one will also be ending up in a similar situation.

                            No body at mebelkart seems to take interest in my complaints. I have wriiten several emails and several calls to them but i have not got any satisfactory response.

                            Not sure how to move forward. I am planning to wait for another week and if i don't see get my refund and the product, i am thinking of lodging a police complaint and also bring this matter with consumer rights forum.

                              I bought a mosquito net for covering my king size bed, but unfortunately the net I bought did not conveniently settle over my bed. Also the product is a very poor quality one which does not even stretch.
                              Immediately I raised a ticket following their procedures but even after 48 hrs did not receive any email or follow up from the site.
                              Finally I ended up calling them and to my shock they say that no refund is possible for such a reason as mine.
                              What is the point in keeping a net which is of no use at all...not even fit as a show piece to stock in the glass case...
                              My repeated request for refund is neglected and always been responded with an automated mail.
                              Very very very pathetic nd fraudulant people who have a very poor moral quality. Doesnt know how to treat their first time customers with real time issues.
                              I just don't need this mosquito net and would want my money refunded with any lame silly excuses of their inhumane return/refund policies.

                                  I had ordered one sofa from mebelkart.com on 8th of april 2016 for which the payment has already been done in advance.
                                  The delivery timeline for shipping was somewhere between 25-29th of april
                                  And delivery timeline is between 4th/6th of may .
                                  As per the information on my account on the website my order has not yet been shipped.
                                  After making several attempts to talk to their customer support i got to know the product has not been dispatched yet but is ready at the manufacturers end.
                                  Everytime they reply the same without informing how much it will actually be delayed. They dont give anytimeline.
                                  I am tired to following up. As they never take any initiative to inform the customer when i asked them a 1000 times then only they sent me one msg as a reply saying ut will be delayed .
                                  I want my product to be delivered now.
                                  I am tired and can see my hard earned money going waste. I want a proper reply and and product delivery .

                                    My order id [protected] called customer care for tracking details but they said your area is not serviceable so i told to cancel the order and mail the cancellation reference i mailed customer care also called they told you will received today but after 3days still mail not received regarding cancellation..They told wait for refund around 8 days...I want refund earliest approximately amount rs.944 for classic mosquito net..Kindly help

                                    Book case assembly

                                    Im calling customer care number for past 7 days...the product have been delivered after 35 days and not yet assembled.They have requested us to call customer care for assembly, but no response and none attended the call..

                                    I would have called more than 100 times.

                                    Horrible Experience with mebelKart!!!

                                      Order number [protected] was placed on 4th of April. The shipment was due on the 27th of April. This has still not happened. I am unable to reach anyone from customer care. The number mentioned on this site as a customer service number is switched off. The landline number is disconnected after being kept on queue for a while.
                                      The response for my email was irresponsible as it gave the same details that I could read on the website
                                      Looks like a dodgy site. I would like a cancellation and a full refund. Not sure why should I part with 5% of the amount when I did not get any benefit of ordering. I would be looking at a compensation instead.
                                      I am contemplating legal action.

                                      Hi Mahesh,

                                      I have had a similar experience with Mebelkart and currently I am awaiting a refund of a cancelled order and for another one delivery is still pending.

                                      This looks like a fraud company, the way they are making money is by keeping the order amount for specific number of days where in they earn bank interest and then cancelling orders stating issues at supplier end.

                                      As I see there are more and more complaints, I think we all should get together and initiate some legal action against this company.

                                      My orders are worth 20k and have not idea if I will ever be receiving my refund or the product.

                                        Ordered Cody Compressed Wood Book Case (Black) from Mebel Kart on 11 April 2016 with order ID [protected]. There were showing shipping date between 13 April to 14 April and delivery date as 19 April to 21 April. But till today (03/05/2016) didn't receive the product. Every week I am calling to their customer care and I am getting different answers in each call. When I am telling them that I want to talk to your superior, they are not patching my call.
                                        Now the final answer I got is that, product is not available that's why we are not able to deliver the product. But they are not telling any specific delivery date. Now they are asking me to cancel the order. So I am having some questions for which I am seeking.
                                        1 - With out checking product availability how can you take order. If product is not available then don't any orders.
                                        2 - If you are not able to provide discounts then why are you displaying those offers on your website.For me it looks like you are not able to provide that product at this price, that's why you are not delivering the product.
                                        3 - If you want 1 month for delivering the product, then clearly mention this on your website.
