I ordered an Ingine Mango wood console table and paid rs.5000 online on 10/4/2016.Order no. OD[protected]. I called more than 100 times to no response. I even sent them mails. This is height of disloyalty or inefficiency, whichever it might be, Mebelkart should stop their illegal business. Consumer forum needs to be reported for such irresponsible behaviour.

    The points to highlight about service are as below..

    1. I tried to reach your customer service desk[protected] about 100 times if not less, but RNA.
    2. I tried to chat online, there was a girl from the other side, who was really giving me some very good advice like, if you want to cancel your order, 5% - 10% money will be deducted. Instead of answering to my queries and doubts, she straight trying to push me out. Applause.
    3. The way you manage your tickets, the only reply "We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our team shall correct the issue and get back to you with an update soon. Your patience will be greatly appreciated." And one other time you gave me the delivery date, which I could see that already from the track order page.
    4.I even requested to give you people call back but...let's not talk about that.
    5. Last but not the least, In the track order page the current status is still in approval phase from the start, i.e the day I booked the order and made the payment ...
    6. i ordered the book rack from this site worth rupee 1690 from my credit cart but they deliver the open package and the parts are missing from the product.. they not even pick the call even not answer queries on the mail..

    They are worst. I had issue in my product. When I called for return, they said they don't have policy for return. I haven't received the product what I ordered. But they are so stupid, saying they checked with vendor and delivered the same product. They are not ready to listen who paid the money.

      Hello, I placed an order on 22nd April 2016 from mebelkart website (e-commerce site) with order no. [protected]. The delivery guy came on 26th April and asking for money I said I already paid in advance he called higher authority and said wrong parcel madam, but my name is written in the box. I asked when my order get delivered he said by tomorrow but till now I didn't get any delivery and tracking order is also not clear about exact order status. Later I write a query they said "With regards to your order, we would like to inform you that, we have forwarded your concern to relevant team to expedite the process and get the item delivered as soon as possible". Now it's more than a month and they are not replying for my emails they last replied on 2nd May 2016 after that they stop replyig. I already paid the money for the product in advance.Please look after this matter because I don't think so I'll get the product in future also. I have a really worst experience with mebelkart.

        I have ordered a Wood Kitchen Cabinet from Mebelkart on 23rd of April 2016. It has been 1 month and 9 days now. The status of the order is approved, but not processed since the date I made the order. I had already paid the amount of Rs. 3321/- .

        The delivery date has already crossed. I had been trying to get the customer support and after 2 weeks of followup someone replied today that the product will be shipped after 15 days, but the status of the order is not yet processed. This again looks like another bluff

        The site doesn't have an option to cancel the order, I requested customer support to cancel the order by nothing has happened. I don't want anymore deals with them, I just wish to get the order cancelled and get refund

          I placed an order for a sheesham wood queen size bed on 1st April 2016 with an order no. [protected] and I was given an estimated shipping date of 14th to 19th April, I waited but when it was not shipped I contacted the customer care and was told that there is some vendor issue but the product will definitely be shipped in 7 days time.
          On 5th May I wrote to customer support and was given a ticket no. 54950, and got a reply on 7th May promising shipping in a weeks time. On 17th May I again emailed customer support and on 18th I was again given an assurance that it will be shipped with in 7-8 days. But till today even after 2 months of placing the order the product has not been shipped to me.
          The product should be shipped immediately and if mebelkart is not able to fulfill it's commitment then my money should be refunded at the earliest.

            Had ordered a product under order # [protected].
            Product was not as per specifications, made a return request. Product was picked up in last week of April 2016.

            On 29th April 2016 I received an email asking for my bank account details which I shared with them on 2nd May 2016.

            After that no email/call/update from them.
            It has been almost a month, refund not received.

            I sent them an email on 28th May regarding status of the refund, I got an email that I will get an update within 8 working hours. No response from them as yet.
            (Ticket Number 60488)

            I need my refund (it is not a big amount, but policies and customer service is what matters, not the amount) and get rid of any communication with this company for good.

              Since 27.05.2016 I remind 3 times to the company and company says that our team will assist you to solve the issue. but since there is no response till this time. I think company is less bothered to solve consumer's complaints.

              I think this is a useless and a moral less company which supply the second hand goods to the on-line customers and cheat the consumers.

              I want company to take back the product and return my money back at earliest.

                As per there commitment and confirmation (Via chat attached) the ordered item is under manufacturing stage. Is it a fake commitment? If no, then why are they asked for cancel the order? They have asked for few more days to deliver the material, refer the attached chat with mebelkart. This is my 2'nd order for same material. They have already cancelled the previous order [protected] date 24/02/2016 after a long harassment and now they are taking same step. Html) is it the right way to deal with customer from mebelkart?

                  I have oreder an bookshelf on may 7th. My estimated delivery date has been stated in between june5-7.                     Do not ever buy from mebelkart. I am not even sure if it's an real company or a fraud one. No one from the customer service picks up calls. I don't get responses to emails. It has been 30 days since i placed an order. There is no update on it - neither on email, nor on website.
                    After all this, when i am trying to get my money back by cancelling the order, there is no option to cancel the order as well!! Stay away from such fraud companies. My money is now stuck with these scamsters as i cannot cancel the order and get it back. Worst ever. Go for trusted e-coms like amazon, pepperfry etc.

                    I don't think the order has been cancelled yet, don't lie here.

                    Moreover, I won't accept cancellation of order too as this has been almost a month I paid the money, and lying in your account.

                    As per your terms and condition also, you charged cancellation fee, so as customer we also want compensation if you are unable to deliver the product now.

                      Ordered Sprout maker in mebelkart and the provided product is Masala rack.
                      Raised a complaint in their website and did not get any response till now. Have raised so many complaints and also contacted their contact no. Attached complaint details. Raised tickets are closed by saying that our support person will contact you. Contacted person requested images and i had sent. After that no response. Each and every time they are sending a mail to be patient and wait. Worst customer care and its always busy(Charges apply) or out of service. Action should be taken against this. Guess its a big fraud company.

                        I am so seriously disappointed with the service from Mebelkart. First of all my product {Lexus Compressed Wood Storage Cabinet (Black)}that was ordered on 16th April got delivered on May 14th and that too the packaging was opened. No one has come to assemble the product after so many follow ups and phone calls. I want the mebelkart team to take back the product as soon as possible otherwise i am going to escalate this and file a complaint with the consumer court. Never again i am going to order something from this portal. Thoroughly disappointed

                          I had ordered wood shoe rack (Black) by bfurn (Bf-j3) order no [protected], reference no - mk66817bf-j3 on the 1 april 2016. I have alrwady paid an amount of rs.4000/-. It has been 2 months and there has been no deliver of the ordered. I have sent mails to follow up to mebelkart with no avail. I tried calling up several times on their customer service number[protected], but their customer service support is always busy. I have raised on their website another ticket no - 53685 but to no avail.
                          I do not where to turn to resolve this issue. This is definitely the last time i will ever book anything on mebelkart. Such harassment after payment is uncalled for. And to say that this fraud company called mebelkart has a ceo who is from iit kanpur. It's ridiculous that such a person from such a reputed institute heads such a fraud company.

                              I placed an order for a wood book case with an order number [protected] on 11th April 2016 but since then the order has not been delivered though I have made the payment to the company.
                              I have been following up with these guys but no response, either the customer care ppl are not available to pick up the call or have no response to my queries, merely dumb people hired to pick up the phone greet people who have had their money stuck with some order or the other.

                              U guys cheating d public, well gud idea to earn interest money from ur customers money n then cancel d order
                              Govt shud impose a regulation on such fraud companies, everytime a order is cancelld they shud pay fine of 5-10% of the amount of customer..

                                Its been more than a month and i still haven't received my product.
                                Order: #[protected], the worst part is there is no tel. number to call - where i can check the status.
                                On the order page it states the product will be delivered by May14th (order date: 14/04/2016) and its May27th and now they are saying via email that it will take 2 more weeks.
                                Additionally to cancel the order i will have to pay cancellation fee... but this is not my fault- i waited more than 10 days of delivery date.


                                ... i need to cancel my order and get a complete refund.

                                highly disappointed...

                                  I am prakash shah from mumbai. My order no.[protected],
                                  I placed one wall clock for my living room which was displayed on the site was very impressive and beautiful.
                                  I have received the delivery of wall clock today,
                                  I have opened it and i felt like i am cheated b'coz the product is a used piece and in very bad condition.
                                  Now i want to return the same and want money back.
                                  I don't recommend mebelkart as a good online shop.

                                  Please be careful or avoid not to deal with mebelkart.

                                    Respected sir., myself raghvendra singh ordered online aquagrand plus water purifier (14 stage (Ro+uv+uf+tds) adjuster + mineral cartridge) from mebelkart and based on their information the item should have been reached to me by 19th may 2016. The total amount is 4242 rs. And order id is [protected]. As per portal they have to provide me shipment service provider : gati and shipment racking number[protected] but till now not my product deliver and when we contact with courier partner they don't give me positive response. I am trying to contact them on their customer number [protected], but is all time busy. I am submiting online complaint by this portal (Complaint no:58552, 59969) but still not get any positive response. I checked the online reviews of this site. Seems like this company is fooling so many people and then no response. It would be appreciated if you an please help us so that we may get our hard earn money back and block this fraud company so that in future they should

                                        I have placed 3 orders at mebelkart as mentioned below:

                                        Order order date payment made
                                        #[protected] 26/04/2016 rs. 545 - chairs
                                        #[protected] 16/04/2016 rs. 20, 290 - 5 door wardrobe
                                        #[protected] 16/04/2016 rs. 20, 290 - 5 dorr wardrobe

                                        The first order is part delivered (Only 1 chair was delivered instead of 2) and the others are delayed big-time. Its impossible to get through the customer care team of mebelkart as the ivr keeps saying that they are agents are busy and gets disconnected after a couple of minutes. I have tried reaching the customer care team for hours but no respite. If you email them or put a comment on facebook all they say is that their team is looking into the issue but there is no concrete response.


                                        The wardrobes were supposed to be delivered between 14th and 17th may, but were delayed. There was no formal communication from mebelkart for the delay, i came to know about the issue once i called them up and followed up on my own and kept trying to reach their numbers (Luckily i got through once).

                                        I had a word with someone called mr. Amar from the operations team on 19th may 2016 (Got his contact from mr. Shantanu who had assisted me during my purchase and given me his personal number, which is not reachable anymore) and he said that he will ensure that my products will be delivered in next 15 days or so and he was supposed to confirm the same on email, but i never received an email from him. After that i cannot get through his phone as its always switched off.

                                        I am going to send a legal notice to mebelkart soon, however, i wanted to also ensure that consumer complaints take up this issue with the company as well. Hope to get some seriousness in mebelkart's management team once they start receiving legal notices.

                                        The orders were finally cancelled by the team and the money was refunded. However, it has been a terrible experience dealing with Mebelkart and for sure I would never purchase a product from this company.
