The points to highlight about service are as below..
1. I tried to reach your customer service desk[protected] about 100 times if not less, but RNA.
2. I tried to chat online, there was a girl from the other side, who was really giving me some very good advice like, if you want to cancel your order, 5% - 10% money will be deducted. Instead of answering to my queries and doubts, she straight trying to push me out. Applause.
3. The way you manage your tickets, the only reply "We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our team shall correct the issue and get back to you with an update soon. Your patience will be greatly appreciated." And one other time you gave me the delivery date, which I could see that already from the track order page.
4.I even requested to give you people call back but...let's not talk about that.
5. Last but not the least, In the track order page the current status is still in approval phase from the start, i.e the day I booked the order and made the payment ...
6. i ordered the book rack from this site worth rupee 1690 from my credit cart but they deliver the open package and the parts are missing from the product.. they not even pick the call even not answer queries on the mail..
