I have ordered a rocking chair from mebelkart for presenting my mother on mother's day but havent received yet.

The last information i had was that the order was shipped by gati logistics on 13th may.

My order id# [protected] and gati consignment no. Is #[protected]. (No activated till date)

There has been no action taken by the company representatives after repeated complaints but have been blaming it on gati.

I have paid approximately 8600/- and need my money back or the product delivered asap

        I have ordered Rest n Sleep XXL Bean Bag With Beans (Blue) (S104) bean bag quantity 1 on 6/05/2016 having order number [protected] and paid amount Rs.986 which came after discounting of 30% on actual amount of Rs. 1, 409. The site showed the product has been dispatched on 10/05/2016 by Gati courier with tracking ID[protected]. Product delivery timeline is shown as Sat, 14th May - Tue, 17th May. I tried to track the shipment and it always came up with pending status without any tracking information or details of shipment on Gati. I called Mebelkart 20 times out of which they cut the call without transferring to their customer care executive 15 times. Only 5 times I could get to their representative. 2 representative said for waiting for 24hrs and they will resolve the issue. Issue didn't resolve for more than 72hrs. I talked to their higher authority after begging in front of their representative one day. That higher authority ma'am told me that the Gati didn't ship the order and they will ship it in 2 days which she confirmed on 17/05/2016 and still I didn't get the status of anything about this matter. On 24/05/2016, I contacted to mebelkart again and their representative said they need 2 more days to resolve this issue. On 25/05/2016 also the mebelkart didnt transfer the call to their executive and continuously said that the representatives are busy. I had registered 2 tickets on mebelkart for this issue and I didn't get any answer or reply for the issue on mail or by call. Ticket numbers are 57000 and 59287. I didn't get any positive response or not even any kind of response from mebelkart for the product i ordered and i wasted more than 200 rs in calling them and asking them to send the object I purchased. The response from their executive was not good and the service of mebelkart i found is the worst. I did not get yet the product I purchased, any information about where it is and any information about my money whether they will refund or not.

              I have ordered deneb lyra ironing board from mebelkart and paid 968 throughnet banking with order no. Od[protected] ref no. Mk112621ib11-101 on 6th may 2016 and was given a assured dilivery tme of 18 may 2016 but didnt recive the product the order no. They provided is wrong and this was confirmwd with gati courier whome according to the company they handed for deliver yet i contacted thecoustumer care twice and they lodge complain twice 58124 and 57595 and a respont that they would becontacting in 24 hours but no repliesnow coustumer support not picking up phone thats the most irrating part i want my money back as this is, the worst site i have visited with worst coustomwr care.

                I had ordered one 'hindustan unilever pureit intella 14 litres water purifier (Blue)' having reference number 'mk166949wn1b100' from 'https://www.mebelkart.com'. Company had assured me that estimated delivery date of it is 'on or before thu, 25-feb-2016' but today is '19-mar-2016' and i am still waiting for delivery of my product.

                I had payed 1080 rs. Online payment during its order. I had sent many emails to company for knowing about my order but company has stopped replying of my emails now. Talked to its customer care, but there is no satisfactory response. Customer care had told me that they will call back to me but they did't make any call to me regarding this.

                I am facing the same issue with this cheater company . I purchase Rado King size bed worth 24929/-(upfront payments ) dated 09th May 2016 which was to be delivered by 31st may 2016 (Order Id.[protected]).
                The product has not been delivered till now but the Mebelkart (Their website and customer care ) is claiming to have already delivered the product to my address .

                I am just wondering how much fraud company is looting the innocent people.
                I has done several mail and called to their customer care but to satisfactorily response yet received from their side. I have finally come to the decision of filling an FIR against this company .

                You have crossed the limit of fraudulence. Each and every time you are saying that you have refunded my amount and each time I'm saying that I have not got any kind of refund from your side.

                As per bank, there is no such type of transaction being made for my account and you have send an incomplete NEFT detail.
                1. Can you tell me where is account number in which you have transferred money?
                2.Can you tell me where is bank's branch address has been mentioned in it?
                3.Can you tell me where is IFSC code of bank has been shown in it?
                4.Can you tell me where is payee bank's details(Account number, branch address, Bank name etc.) have been mentioned in it?

                Mebelkart, now it is over and it going beyond of my limit. How many times I'll go to bank for your such types of fraud verifications?
                I'm requesting you to resolve this issue within 1 week otherwise I'm going to complain to Delhi Police now and also I'll file case against you now.

                As you are saying "As informed you we have refunded the amount to the same from which you made the payment.", what is the mean of same? I'm saying that you have no details of my account. If you have my account number then why are you not sharing it. I'm again saying it that you have not transferred the amount because you have not necessary details of my account for transferring the refund amount.Without account number and IFSC code of bank, none can transfer amount, payment gateway also needs this basic details.My bank has also confirmed that you have not done any refund in my account. So, don't cheat with me.

                Please share account number and IFSC code for which you are saying that you have transferred money in my account.

                  I ordered furniture first time from mebelkart and had the worst experience shopping here.
                  My first order [protected] for sofa was cancelled by mebelkart after ~20 days of order placement citing seller and procurement issue. The sofa ordered was from comfort couch and i see sofa from comfort couch are still available for sale from your site. Moreover people from mebelkart itself give varying response to issue. I had dropped a mail to customer care about [protected] and the response i had received just 2 days before order cancellaion was that everything is fine from mebelkart and order will be delivered on time.
                  Still i thought that this could have been a one time issue, i made another order [protected]. After waiting for several days and seeing no progress on order status when i contacted mebelkart on chat, they say that this order delivery will be delayed because of seller issue. And now when even delivery timeline of product is over as per mebelkart chat my 2nd order [protected] will be cancelled as well because of "seller issue". This cancellation has been confirmed to me twice but this is not yet cancelled by mebelkart and order status is still showing processing. Now i just want this order cancelled and my money refunded asap. I am not interested in shopping with mebelkart anymore because of pathetic service.
                  Also i need to understand what this seller issue is that is prevalent across sellers in mebelkart site and which they cite often to cancel/delay order. Why should a customer be always suffering for issues withing mebelkart?

                      My order number is [protected]...it's almost a month of placing the order neither u guys worried on shipping the product or calling me back...I have almost filed 3 token since the day of purchase n called you 21 times since the day of ordering...I have taken photo shots of all the time of calls and all your false promises...all useless mails that you Guys send but don't ever turn back to call us...aft seeing this I wish you guys call me back or else m lodging a complaint against you in consumer court with subject of no progress in delivery status and not responding...

                        Have ordered Hawkins Futura Non-Stick Cookware, 7 Pieces Set (Qs5) (Black) on 12th may ([protected]) and it shows dispatched to GATI[protected] .But when called GATI they say its invalid and they have not received any order from Mebelkart.
                        No customer care number available for MebelKart to validate.
                        Its more than 15 days, still no update on order.Even tracking displays its shipped to Gati but they say its not available with them to deliver.
                        It looks like fraud. I have already paid 4500 online.

                          I have ordered a product without having any idea about mebelkart.
                          There are no actions on my product for almost 2 weeks. Then i started calling customer care and sending emails. Every time they say problem with the logistic concern. Every week they used to say the product will be delivered within that week. It cost 30 - 40 rs during each call.
                          Now a days they are not even picking up the call.
                          I am so worried and frustrated by this company.
                          Need to take action on this asap.

                            I had ordered kaiser glass wall clock 7181 brown from this site. I received the product on 18/5/16. After opening the pack i found the clock badly damaged. I immediately lodged a return request and submitted a photo of damaged product as asked by the site. A ticket number 57488 was issued followed by another number58216. Except this there is no communication from them regarding my complain even after 72 hours. Talking to them on phone is also not possible as only one reply comes and that is "our customer care executives busy in another call". The phone number provided is [protected]. I feel cheated and have lost mental peace. I have not got this type of response from any other online site. Please intervene so that they take back their product and refund my money at the earliest without any dillidally.

                            Last response from Mebelkart.com was about 17 hours ago.But hey are yet to inform me about replacement of the damaged product that was delivered to me.I wonder how long you need to process a request even after receiving the photograph of the damaged product.It is more than a week that I received this product.

                              I purchased a mango wood wardrobe from mebelkart on may 16 2016. Since i paid the amount and received a confirmation email, there has been no communication forthcoming from their end. I try calling on their customer care number. No one ever received the call except once when i was told they are awaiting for confirmation from the vendor and will get back to me. After that no communication. I even made an online request for info on may 17, 2016: inquiry on status of my order of mango wood wardrobe order no od[protected]. When will it be dispatched, is there a ready piece or will it have to be built first. I received a computerised apology with docket no. 57201 and assurance they will get back. Still no call or email. Today i called them thrice, i'm put in hold for 2 mins and then call gets cut. How will i know if the merchant can actually supply the product? I'm losing precious time, my old wardobe has been discarded and i have no place to keep my clothes. They need to get back to me asap on when and if the production process will start, otherwise they should refund the money and allow me to make alternative arrangements.

                                Sir, I have complain about online shopping site mebelkart.com (furniture shopping site) from which I ordered a shoe rack under discounted price and COD (cash on delivery), on 7/5/2016. My order was approved n order number is [protected]. Site showed that it was supposed to get delivered by 18/5/16. It has not yet shipped n customer care don't pick any call.
                                These days it's becoming a norm giving huge discounts on special days to lure customers to visit these sites n when we book something they don't simply deliver assuming that after few failed calls customer will get fed up and forget about it.                                     Purchase#[protected], made on 26th March.

                                    Around 10th April received a call saying there was a "procurement issue" and it would get sorted out soon.
                                    Around 15 April received another call, saying the item would be delivered within the next 7 days. Asked about a refund and was told that it would take at least 9 working days (!!!), so decided to wait for delivery instead. After that, have had not heard from them at all.

                                    The shipping does not even show as completed!

                                      I have ordered a dinning table set order id [protected] as on 17.04.2016 online form mebelkart.com. But the product is still not received even showing not dispatched on company site. However i have paid the full amount of product online.
                                      I have tried to contact mebelkart customer care no.[protected] but the no got engaged every time. No body responded the phone.

                                      There is no any contact no or email address at company site by which i can contact them.

                                      I am very disappointed by this company mebelkat. Feeling being cheated. Never use such type of little known companies.
