I had ordered housefull jacob 3d wardrobe drawer with mirror oak to mebelkart through online order no. #[protected] on 26-feb-2016. The date of delivery was 18th march 2016. Ever since then i am chasing them. None is replying to the mails. In their char no concrete date of delivery is given. Every time they say that the product will be delivered next week. It is about 50 days and still there is no response from them. It seems that i have lost my money. Just approaching you for help in getting the product / money.

    I have place order on 23 feb..Bt not shipped after a month not infrom us about any delay in shipping...On 12 march i cancelled the order..But now on 11 april we r not recieved refund yet...We r call the costomer care regularlly.They told aaj-kal me ho jayega...Bt 1 mnth ho gaya abi tk nahi hua...Totally froud website..And totally froud costomer care services...

          I have ordered 3 items in mebelkart on 16th february 2016 and i have paid the full amount of rs. 16766/- through online. I was given order no [protected] for order tracking. As per the order tracking, items should have been shipped between 4th - 10th march and delivered between 15th - 17th march, but till now it was not delivered and there is no response from mebelkart team. When i try to call their customer care, there is no response from their side and till now the order has not yet been even shipped.I am afraid that they have taken my money and not responding. Hope it doesnt happen to other customers and when i say that i will give a complaint to consumer forum, they dont care about the complaints and they simply said that i can do that. They dont have any fear about consumer rights and indian consumer forum. Kindly take necessary action.

            I have ordered shoe rack on march 2nd 2016 with mebelkart order id [protected] . We got a message saying that it has been handed over to fedex on 25th march 2016. When we called fedex regarding delivery they said the product was not been handed over to them from mebelkart. Then we gave a call to mebelkart and they kept saying that the product will reach is by 4days or 8 days and if we ask anything further they say that they will give us a call back which they never did. This is the worst online shopping i had ever done .

              I ordered a Black wooden Bedside table (Order No. #[protected]).

              Few days later Mebelkart called me & said that since Product is not in Stock, they will be cancelling the Order. Next day i again got a call from Mebelkart stating that they have the table & will be sending it teh next day. This was teh Seller calling. (Ahmad- [protected]). I asked him at least 3 times if it the same product as in the picture and he confirmed as Yes. Still he sent me a different Brown colored table and a totally different look. I want this RETURNED. Shame on the Seller to have lied to the customer to make a sale of 2400rs. I
              I logged a complaint with Mebelkart &they said they have escalated the issue and will get back to me But they have not. Its been 10 days & their cust care call also drops off on its own.

              (1) I called the Cust care no.[protected] given on Mebelkart website multiple times. It keeps on saying-"All are Executives are currently Busy" and then disconnects automatically.

              (2) I called the +[protected]Customer Care) number given here & it says "This number is not accepting any calls"

              This is so frustrating. I didnt expect Mebelkart to be such an un-professional site. Iam neevr buying from them again.

                I have ordered for a wooden TV cabinet from MEBELKART website and paid the full amount of Rs.12600.00 using CitiBank credit card.I still not get the product and for my repeated calls to the customer care failed to get my refund too.I under stand through FaceBook lots of people have lost their money by ordering products which are posted in MEBELKART website.I would like to stop immediately the fraudulence activity of this company and bring awareness to public.Kindly guide me what should I do to block this company as soon as possible.

                Have placed multiple orders with Mebelcart but looking at their luring discounts but let me tell you it s the strategy to cheat customers. My product order no [protected] was ordered on 24th may and after two three days the product status automatically got changed and it was saying, it got delivered. I call them asking that i have not received the product how can it be delivered, neither did i receive any calls from Delivery delivery guy. At first there response was we will not give you any product or money because as per us it is delivered. After fighting they said we will look in to it. I lodged tickets, called customer care nth times, sent mails and with every mails they are saying mam we are looking in to it. It's been 15 days. No action. I asked them give me the contact details of the guy who was out for delivery and they are not providing it. And they are still so shameless that i am getting mail response to my complains after 15 days which says we are looking in to it. My another product order [protected] was supposed to get delivered before 13th May and it's still not shipped and they are also not ready to cancel as they will charge 5% of amount for cancellation. Bloody money suckers and cheaters. They already have one case going on for 150 cr for selling fake furniture from one of vendors.

                I have decided to file a complaint in consumers court, my product value must be very less but the pain i have gone through in my busy life because of these thugs i worth taking the efforts. Complaint in process, notice will be received by them in 2-3 days.

                Never delivered my product for which i paid online

                  I ordered 1 item order id : [protected]/32715 from their mebelkart website on18/02/2016.Order dispatching date is sat, 20th feb - mon, 22nd feb.And delivery date is delivery fri, 26th feb - mon, 29th feb but after followups they dispatch it on dispatched | 6th, mar 2016 04:15:07 service provider : delhivery - way bill no[protected].According to them they delivered it to 17th, mar 2016 04:16:11 to someone called rama rao who is not the concerned person whom it should be delivered. After complaining so many times mebelkart are bother to give reply to the matter no pay any money back.They just know how to waste someone's time and money.I request you to take an action against mebelkart.

                    forget delivery, the moment our transaction was made as in terms of payment, there has nt been a single call from the company's side and despite us calling them a zillion times nobody from the team answers..

                      My Order Id [protected] Date 17th February, 2016 05:32:19 PM was supposed to shipped by 11 March and delivered as per given timeline by 18 March.. On contacting for this on 9 March I was told it will be shipped by next week. Again on contacting on 15 March I was told the same thing. Now again on contacting on 22 March I am told it will be shipped by this week.

                      I am sure now that Mebelkart is not able to deliver this product, I have asked them to cancel this order immediately and refund my amount. But they are not refunding my money.

                          I have asked for the refund of amount on cancellation of delivery of furniture goods from Mebelkart due to sub quality. They have accepted the return of goods and reported to have effected the transfer through TPSL. For your ready reference I have given the details. The amount reported to have transferred to my account on 3rd March 2016 did not arrive yet. The details provided by the company is given below. Any normal transaction through online should have come in the same day, say maximum of 3 working days. Despite our repeated reminders, phone calls etc. there does not seem to be any effort on the part of Mebelkart to settle the issue. We are seriously worried and have mental agony because it is our hard earned money.

                            Hi, I have placed an order with Mebelkart, Order ID [protected]. Since last so many days, I have been trying to contact their customer care number but no response, have sent thousands of emails but no response. I need my money to be refunded or need the information on the product/delivery date etc.

                            Also, if you can not keep your customer care number functioning and its always busy, no matter what time you call, better close your website, else people would be forced to lodge in a complaint against you.

They promised me to deliver & have pay online Rs. 1, 750/-, and they give me delivery timeline 12th Feb. to 15th Feb, 2016. But in 12th Feb. they refused me to deliver the Shipment for technical problem. And till now, I have not found my amount.                                 Ordered for a bookshelf on Jan 9th 2016. Delivery was supposed to happen by Feb 9th 2016. Nothing has happened till date. I have made numerous calls, sent several emails to their customer care and I always get a standard response of it will be shipped within 2-3 working days after which it will take 7 working days to be delivered. This response doesn't even make sense! I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and their response was they will correct the issue and get back with an update. They haven't even acknowledged cancellation request. They have obviously taken the money up front and now there is no sign of the product or any communication of a definitive date for delivery. There also seems no proper point of contact like a Manager at the customer care, just some back end losers who have no clue of what is happening or you get some automated email responses if you try to mail them. This is a bogus company and they are just cheating ppl.

                                i thought i was alone, but we are not alone in the trap.
                                the guys at mebelkart, are absolutely unprofessional. wonder if its a genuine company.
                                they'd cancel the orders at their whims and fancies. Thank god for i have always chosen COD.

                                  I had worst experience with Mebelkart...They are cheaters, Product I received is not the same and bit damage during handling...Call center number is not active mostly...Since last 12 days I have called and send them 12 emails and talk almost 6 times but no response...Looks they are sleeping...I made mistake paying them in advance...

                                  They asked me to pay Octroi amount 442/RS which they not refunded...

                                    I have sent an e-mail with photographs of the unit at [protected]@mebelkart.com

                                    I had ordered 2 book units for 14, 092/-. I paid the entire sum of money to the fedex courier people who delivered 2 packages. I assumed the packages contained both the units. But when I opened the package i was shocked to find:

                                    (1) Material for only one 7 shel[censored]nit was given

                                    (2) One vertical panel was broken in half

                                    (3) There was no user manual

                                    (4) There is no paper/ document mentioning as to how many parts should one unit contain

                                    I wish to let you know that I am an advocate practicing in the Supreme Court of India with seven years experience in dealing with consumer complaints over various district and state forums. I am not the sort of customer who will let this issue go. I will pursue the litigation to the very end.

                                    I have retained all the packing of the material. You can collect the items from my home address. I don't want a replacement or a new unit/ product. I want a refund of my money.

                                      I ordered some some table sets (arra hibiscus oval table and labra stool) from mebelkart on 9/11/15 which took a lot of time to get shipped (Order no-[protected]). I was given a tracking number for the arra hibiscus oval table but it was invalid (GATI[protected], it was shipped a second time on 11th dec, 2015) and as for the labra stool, it was returned to the shipper as per the tracking number provided (FedEx[protected], shipped on 12th Dec, 2015) . I waited for over a month to get the products but finally requested them for a refund. I was assured that they'll look into the matter but its february now and I still did not gt a refund. Today, I received a message from mebelkart saying the arra table got delivered but it's just not true. Please help.

How ever we shall process Refund & the same shall be brought to the notice of the Accounts team to process Refund & you shall receive the money back within 7 Business Working days. With reference to Order id No-[protected]/20552, it was marked in error as Delivered, we have brought to the notice of the concerned team to investigate the matter to figure out where the consignment is or either we are not able to locate where the Consignment is?                                       Its been 7days now and I still have not received the refund. I think you are not doing anything from your end to give a refund. I usually get a refund within 3 to 5 days from other online syores but your's is just too unreliable. Please do your job and really mean it. Its been over two monhs since you dispatched the Order id No-[protected]/20552 but can you not track it. Please do a full refund. I doubt you'll do a full refund with other excuses in the future.
                                      I ordered bean bag from Mebelkart paying Rs 900. It is not yet been shipped. After reading all negative reviews, I'm scared, that my money is gone now and I wont be able to give gift to my dad on this coming father's day. Please help!! I want confirmation that it will be shipped or else my refund money. I'd appreciate your reply. Thank you

                                        I still haven't got my money back, in-spite of repeatedly requesting them over email.

                                        It has been over 2 weeks now, and I'm really frustrated now.

                                        Request you to kindly make this company "blacklisted" because they have been duping people of their hard earned money.
