I have placed an order by online purchase with mebelkart on cash on delivery basis with an advance online transfer of rs.750 on 08 aug 2016 with a promised delivery of 14-18 days. The order was confirmed and acknowledged by mebelkart on their website. Today is 13 oct 2016. So far i have not received the item delivery or any communication from mebelkart. When i try to track the order on their website with the order id, the website says 'id number not found' or ' you are not authorised for this function'.

It seems i have lost my advance money of rs.750. Please take action to ban this company and punish the culprits who are openly cheating the general public in the name of online trade

    I had ordered a sofa set three months back but not yet received it and the payment is also made. Can't send any mails cos as soon as I open company's website it shows a danger for privacy. Can't call the customer care as the call is never completed n it only beeps through out. What should I do. Please contact me [protected]. I'm newly married n with hopes to make this new house my home I had ordered many things online. But out of all this company has done this fraud n I don't know how to get this solved.

        I have ordered for bed in the month of may, 2016 and also partly paid for my order, the expected deliver date given by the mebelkart was 20.06.2016 and now its been three months i didnt receive my order yet, tried to contact them many times but their number was not working or not reachable god knows, i have sent them mail asked for my partly paid refund but they didnt give me any reply of my mail... I am an advocate and i surely do something what they have done to the people... Please do contact me [protected]

          Purchased a tv cabinet for rs7759 on 3rd july, for which the delivery is expected on 1st august. Till now 29th september, its been 3months of purchase, the product wasn't delivered, and no updates on the process. If trying to call the registered mobile nos [protected] and [protected], the phone nos r not available. If they can't deliver the product atleast they have to refund the amount paid. The consumer complaint council has to take action against these fraud websites.

          I placed Cadillac Teak chairs on order in May 2016 (order ##[protected]). I received the shipment almost 1 month later and one of the chairs was chipped. I called for picking up the broken one and I even told then I was traveling for 1 month and they never came on time. Finally 2 months later on August 20th or so they picked up the broken chair and has been received by the people, Honest retail. I have no intimation from them if my money will be refunded. I have tried to call all available multiple times and there does not seem to be an existing phone number. More over, I have been locked out of my account, hence even unable to log in. The reverse pick up order number is [protected]. I am disgusted.

            Ordered a teak (sagun) big legs coffee table - (brown) on 28-may-2016 and paid rs.6474.
            Received the damaged product on 09-jul-2016 and also not as per specification. it was notmade with teak, but with mdf and particle board.

            Raised a ticket on the same day with ticket number 68814.
            After lot of follow ups... customer care opened few tickets (69184, 69173, 70678) and promised that within 24 hours my amount will be credited back on aug 08th.

            After that there are not answering phones.

              I had placed an order for garden pots on 23rd May 2016 video order [protected]. I was assured 10days as delivery time. On not getting the product within the promised time I called their call centre. I was informed that since their supplier did not have it on stock it would take another 7 to 10 days to which I agreed.
              Even after 20days of waiting I did not get the product as it was still out of stock. Hence I requested for a refund. This has not been credited till now. Would be thankful if they can provide me the details of refund if done. All their numbers too are not reachable.

                I purchased Prestige omega non stick cookware in Mebelkart online shopping website, and I received damaged product. immediately i raised a complaint and asked for replacement. I contacted Mebelkart customer care they asked for damaged product pics, After seeing pics they accepted for refund/replacement. They collected the product but money not refunded yet.
                Every time when we raise a complaint an auto reply will come with in 7 hours problem will be resolved still there is no response from the Mebelkart.

                Just now I received a call from [protected] asking for debit card number for refund, But any refund can be done for the original payment method only, why again they are asking for debit card number?. I searched this number in internet and came to know its a fraud number.

                  I ordered a center table cost Rs. 5200, Order ID: [protected] and a completely damaged product was delivered to me. I requested a return of the product on the same day. Followed all the steps provided by MebelKart to get it couriered to the Vendor and it is now successfully delivered to the vendor. But now MebelKart is not refunding my money(Rs 5200). They are not responding back to my mail and there customer care numbers are not working. Please help or suggest a way to get back the money.

                    I had placed an order for 4 bedside tables on #Mebelkart on Aug 12th and paid for the order. The order was supposed to delivered in the first week of September but there has been no response from the company and their email and phone numbers given on their site are not operational. Request you to respond immediately on the order. [MebelKart] Order confirmation - Order No. #[protected]

                    If I do not receive a response I will have to understand that you have taken my money and are unwilling to process the order or give me an opportunity to cancel the order and get my money back.

                      I ordered a tv cabinet online with mebelkart but it's been over three months and they didn't deliver my product and now i am calling everyday on their customer care number which says not in work. They are not even refunding my money. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible as i am totally frustrated with this company. They even not replying my emails also and it seems that there email is also not working

                        I had ordered for a multi-functional unit solid wood (brown) on 26th june, 2016 and the product has not been delivered to me yet. a payment of rs. 15, 000 has already been made for the product. the employees are neither willing to cancel the order nor providing any reason for the delay in delivery of the product. the order id is: #od[protected].

                        None of their phone nos. are being connected to. also, when i am trying to trying my order on their website, it repeatedly says: 'please enter a valid order id'. if they cannot make the product, you should be atleast professional enough to accept a cancellation request and refund the customer's money on time.

                        Also, their website is not accepting my login credentials anymore. Even when I am trying to reset my password, it is throwing me an error that: 'Your account has been suspended. Please contact your account administrator'.

                          A coffee table worth 5500 inr (Approx) which was ordered from the concerned company (Mebelkart) was delivered in a broken condition. Though they assured to return the same but now approx 3 months has passed but no response from their side. Above all they have blocked my account and rejected my calls.
                          I have attached product bill and mail relevant to return request, also attached image of the damaged product.

                          Kindly guide for the same and help.

                                  I am disappointed to see how your firm is behaving and has stopped all its customer complaint systems.

                                  You act like thieves, you did not bother to settle the dues of at least your customers, let alone your sellers.

                                  I had n number of issues with some products I received but this is unacceptable. After having paid and after having the order approved by seller in July. I have not only not received my product but there has not even been an apology or any refund. At least out of some conscience, and for all your names above, least you can do is refund my money.

                                  This is ridiculous
