Hi Team the shipment was due on 5th september, could you please share the status. And incase you are not in position to deliver, kindly intimate me the same, if I should buy the same from someone else. Also share how you shall refund my money.     I have placed Order Id: [protected](1 item) comprising of Compressed Solid Wood Ultra 3 Door Shoe Rack (Brown) - 1 No and Holo 2 Sheesham Wood (Rosewood) TV Cabinet (Brown) -1 No.
    Although I have received Holo 2 Sheesham Wood (Rosewood) TV Cabinet (Brown) -1 No., the other item Compressed Solid Wood Ultra 3 Door Shoe Rack (Brown) - 1 No has not been received till date, Shiping was due scheduled on 3-9 May and delivery by 13-19 May 2016.
    I have send many emails and contacted hour after hours to their Customer Care regarding thi, but nothing happened.
    Today, while opening the Portal with my ID / Password I came to know that my account has been suspended.
    No one is also picking Customer Care since last 2-3 weeks.
    Quality of the products are very poor.
    It seems company is cheating on us.

      I have been trying to track my order at Mebelkart and each time it shows me an error saying that the account has been suspended. My order number is [protected].

      The processing of the products should have happened by happened by the 2nd of September, and today, on the 3rd, there is still no movement on it. Not only that, the customer helpline number mentioned on the website doesn't work. I haven't received a single email from Mebelkart informing that there will be a delay in processing the order, nor an explanation from their team as to why the delay. The product is supposed to reach me by the 7th of September.

      This is despite them taking a full 100% advance on the order.

        I placed an order [protected] in www.mebelkart.com on 12th August 2016
        I have not received the order yet.
        I have not got any communication from mebelkart.
        Mebelkart customer care number +91 [protected], does NOT exist.
        Mebelkart support portal http://support.mebelkart.com doesn't allow me to login.
        Mebelkart order status is always displayed as "Processing".
        I was shocked to know from their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mebelkart/ that mebelkart is a FRAUD company.

        Kindly help me in getting my money back

          Mebelkart is a looting company and there is no contact number for customer queries. I have purchased a product and after 5 months delivered the same with damaged condition. No phone number is lifting to register the complaint. Low quality product delivered with 4 times higher price. Many mails sent and no reply from them. Pathetically bad experience.
          MebelKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I purchased one Mosquito Net (Rs.1009/-) from their site. The delivery order was expected to be on 1st sept. But still they have not confirmed and shipped order. I wrote mail to their customer care but there is no response.
          I need my money back from this site.

            I had fully paid up for this consignment which was supposed to be delivered per your tracker latest by august 26, 2016. Not yet received consignment and none of the customer care nos. Are available. Lodging complaint since i am a frustrated customer who feels she has been taken for a ride. Someone needs to investigate why customer service nos. Are unavailable.

            I had ordered a dining set from Mebekart. They took a partial payment ~9K. It's been 3 months and they are yet to deliver it.

            This is 2 months past the delivery date they had promised.

            Their numbers no longer work and there was no response to my emails.

            So, I just want my money back, or the dining table delivered.

              Dear sir,
              On 24th of may i had ordered for a aluminum 66 inch wood tv bench (Brown) by cactus - color : dark brown mahogany, from mebelkart.

              After months of following up on their land line and raising complaints i receive a mail on 23rd of july that the bench is ready to be shipped.

              On 8th of august, after repeated follow ups i receive a mail stating that the order has been cancelled and refund will be credited in the next 7-10 working days.

              I am still awaiting for my refund

                I ordered prelaminated low hight tv unit. Order id [protected] dt 2nd august 2016.
                Till date i not received my order. I am following numbers[protected]:30 a. M. – 8:00 p. M., monday – saturday).

                I am very much irritated and feel i have been cheated.

                  I have ordered TV cabinet from Mebelkart.com, an online furniture website I have ordered on 11aug 2016, but later on 12 aug I have cancelled the order, My order number is [protected]/103542 and the amount is Rs 13895/- I have received their reply of cancellation confirmation and the amount will be deposit in my account in 7-10 working days, but the money is not been deposited yet, I have tried to contact them several times but the phone is off or closed. I have mailed them regarding the refund but getting no replies, at last I am asking help from consumer complaint, Please look into matter and help to resolve this

                    It has been a month (13 August 2016) since I ordered this customised nameplate from this website! The day I ordered I called the customer care number to which the person picked up and said you'll receive a customisation call on tuesday (16 August 2016). Since then I haven't received a single call nor the contact number has been reachable after that.

                    There is never COD option available in this site! I did the complete payment! I do not want the product I want a complete refund of the amount!

                    Completely unprofessional behaviour!

                        Order id : [protected] this is my order on "prelaminated brooke tv cabinet (black)", i ordered on may 4th 2016, and they promised the shipment before 27th may of 2016, and today is 2nd September, i'm still waiting for the shipment itself. i called customer care many times for several times and everyone from there saying me to wait for another 15 days. i lost my patience. and i have ticket id for my complaints and still they are asking me to wait for an month. please do action for this.

                          Can you please help me to get my money back.

                          My name is Amit Raul, I ordered had (Medium Density Fiber (Mdf) Corrola Entertainment Unit (Wenge) ) furniture from Mebelkart.com on 11th Aug 2016 around 8.21 am IST on behalf of friend Ajay Sawant and wanted to deliver furniture at Ajays home in Boisar, India. Ajay is based in London. My Order nos. is #OD[protected].

                          On further communication with my friend, He decided to cancelled the order as furniture may not suit his home. So I called MebelKart Customer support no.[protected] and cancelled my order OD[protected] on same day 11th Aug 2016 around 11.06 am

                          As mentioned in screenshot, Mebelkart assured refund money in 7-8 working of 13, 895 rupee which paid by me by my hdfc credit card.

                          But till date money is not refunded to my hdfc credit card, Mebelkart customer care is not reachable even after repeating try to reach over MebelKart customer care so many days

                          Mebelkart.com also suspended my account, so i'm not able to reach there online support team

                            On July 25th I had booked a storage cabinet( [protected]) which was supposed to be delivered by 25 august. As there was no delivery, I raised a ticket (71045) which too did not get any response and shows only as pending. I am trying to call there customer care number but the call doesn't get through. Now I feel I am going to lose my money (Rs 6839). I definitely did a blunder by trying a new company like Mebelkart. They are here to only hoodwink customers. I should have stuck with trusted companies like Flip kart and Amazon. All I need now is a refund.

                              I have ordered Rocking Teak Cushion Chair on 24th July that supposed to be delivered by 10th Aug 2016. I called/emailed multiple times to customer care but not getting connected, could not track and manage this order.
