Please refer to my letter Dt 12th Aug, 2019 and arrange to reimburse Rs 61, 213/- without further loss of time. Please note that, the delay in reimbursing my claim is amounting to breach of contractual obligation and against the terms of the policy.
I am also enclosing bill for Rs 6020/ being the charges paid to Manipal Hospital on 22.8.2019 for the removal of DJ stent under general anaesthesia.

Medi Assist India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Are they so dumb that they can't understand what is the problem????
Its settled I know, I also know you/Insurance co. have done NEFT, but the money is not received in my account.
You need to follow-up with the NEFT originating bank, whether NEFT was successful. If not what was issue, rectify it and again do the NEFT.
Cant they understand such a simple thing.
