Sir,
I am b. Raja rajeshwari working in Bank of india. I have submitted a claim no: 20516972 on received on[protected] and claim updated on[protected]. My claim was rejected on[protected] but final denial letter and documents were not sent back till now. Since it has been one month crossed but still my claim not resolved. Is it the way to process a claim and even a rejected claim for sending back if it was taking long time how you are running a company fooling and making cry for their claims??

    Against my captioned claim, additional documents were called for by ma. Under cover of my letter dated 30.09.2019, i had attached the documents and sent to ma insurance tpa pvt ltd, 6b bishop lefroy road, paul mansion, ground floor, kolkata 700020, through speed post (Consignment no. : ew[protected]in) on 01.102019. For some strange reason, the consignment moved between various sos (You can also see in 'track the consignment' of the india post portal. The consignment is supposed to have been received by your kolkata office on 07.10.2019 and, presumably because of the puja holidays, will be sent to your bengaluru office tomorrow.
    I had spoken to mam puja of your bengaluru office/call centre at[protected] today and appraised her the situation. She was kind enough to confirm that she would contact me on 11.10.2019 and inform.

      Laproscopic operation.
      Asking for operation charge break up.

      As u all know operation charge that are fixed and decided by hospital. And for that break up does not exist.

      Delaying my claim for this query.
      Medi assist ahmedabad local office dont pick up the call.
      And call centre telling the same thing repeatedly.
      On asking through e mail same answer we got multiple times.
      I asked for contact number of officer for further clarification but same answer.
      They are unresponsive towards our claim. We dnt get any contact number nor email for the local office or the person handling our claim.
      Dnt harass customer by asking this kund of thing. You see your rating on google and play store as well. Both are below acceptable range.
      Improve ur customer service.

              My claim of rs 30636 claim no:[protected] has been rejected by this pathetic tpa due to name variation in policy and addhar card of patient although an affaidavit was already given but they said it is not acceptable even when they are clearing all the claims since 2017 on that same affaidavit. They have no protocols for rejection reasons. Thet are harassing me. My 5 claims amaounting to 2 lakhs are pending with them

                I was started my claim process on nov 2018 but still its not settled, i have submitted all docs whatever they asked since from jan 2019, now they trying to put corner on me, since they find difficult to process my claim, because i understand one of mediassist person visiting to our office said everyone left the your company, hence no is there to process my claim not only mine, many people 2018 claim are not processed. I will not accept it and i have provided whatever docs team asked as and when.

I am filing complain against you in consumer court.

                    We have been requesting our claim since 26th sept at 2 pm. We have been getting assurance that our claim will get settled in 2 hours. However, they have been requesting more clarification on the bills sent and increased the time to more 2 hours. This continued till 9pm at night. We have been asking atleast confirm if we will approval still their reply was wait till 11 pm we will complete the process.
                    In addition they are not even clarifying the issue of the delay even after sending the requested documents.
                    The patient and every relative staying with her has been suffering because of the false assurances at late evenings.
                    Atleast we should get a clear picture of the whole so that we can plan accordingly.

                      I have submitted an claim with claim no. 19903213 but the same has not been processed till now. The status is being shown as "documents requested". I have submitted the documents but the team has not looked upon the submitted documents since 2 months. I am really frustrated with the agony i am undergoing. The team has not even bothered to reply to my mails too. The customer care always say they have escalated the issue but nothing has been processed so far.

                        I have a policy for my in laws, they denied it, but i ask for documents, since one month, when i am raising the ticket they are closing it. When i calling them they putting me on hold and automatically disconnecting.

                        We can't give place for this kind of companies. If it usa they sue them for 10 mi dollars. I am helpless.

                        Now my demand is, since they are sending document, they have to pay my 2 lakhs claims.

                          I work in cognizant. My employee i'd is 769491. My baby was born on 10 sep 2019. I have added him in amc as an additional member from medibuddy portal and have mistakenly chosen 2 lakh cover instead of 3 lakhs and paid the premium for the same in my corporate group policy (Cognizant).

                          I asked or assistance from cts medibuddy helpline and they informed that my child didn't get added and it will take time to reflect him as added in the portal from their end.

                          The support personal suggested to send an email to [protected]@mediassistindia.com before my baby gets reflected in the portal and assured me that the needful will be done to update the amc policy cover to 3 lakhs if i sent the mail. I have the call recording for the same as well.

                          I have mailed for it yesterday itself immediately after the call with helpline and got the response mail that a ticket has been raised and i will get the response within next working day.

                          However, i didn't get any response from their end. Also when i called today on the helpline the support personal today said that my baby is now reflected in the portal as added and the policy cover cannot be changed now nor my child can be removed and re-added with appropriate medical cover.

                          Please help me get the policy cover extended to 3 lakhs.

                              This is with reference to a new born baby who was born on 9th july. First we approached the company to settle cashless. Medi assist took time to enroll the baby. By the time they enrolled the baby, we were discharged from the hospital. I paid the full amount to hospital and later claimed for the reimbursement.

                              Medi assist denies my claim stating it was settled cashless. While i was in the copy of the mail which hospital has sent to medi assist to cancel the cash less facility. Time and again i am forwarded the email of the hospital which they sent to cashless team in mediassist for cancellation, but they still did not take any action.

                              Below are the series events:-

                              Birth of a new born - 9th july
                              Discharge from hospital -12th july
                              Request for cancellation of cashless facility from hospital-12th july
                              Settlement of final bill by patient -12th july
                              Completion of enrolment of baby in mediassist-13th july
                              Reimbursement claim denied -3rd sept

                                Hi,
                                In 2018 i have submitted claim for cataract operation for my father for one eye. At that time, after few document submission and few follow ups, claim was settled easily.
                                I renewed the policy again that year with increased amount considering the credibility of mediassist, but this time it's really painful. I have submitted claim on 9th august 2019 and submitted all originals on 13th august 2019. After that real harassment occurs when they keep on asking document which are irrelevant. I provided hand written note from my father's doctor for details that are required by them, but still they ask for same things again and again. I called them almost everyday, each day they assure me that issue will be resolved in next 24 hours, i wait patiently for that period but no replies from them. My father is 65 years old and he can't go to doctor again and again for details which are not relevant or already provided in one format or another. I am not in same city due which he is suffering. I really want to file a court case against mediassist and my doctor is ready to come to court to witness and expose them for harrassment.
                                My claim id is 20223104. This is my last hope, after that i am filing a case against company.

                                  Hello

                                  We have renewed the policy this year considering the past claim of radiotherapy was successfully processed by medi assist (Claim id h[protected].

                                  Same set of documents like declaration of smoking in past is submitted this time but this is very unfair that they have rejected the ecashless this time.

                                  Need justice on this.

                                    I am suffering a rare disease crohn. The doctor advises me to take remicade injection for that. I was admitted to the hospital to take this injection s per doctor to advise. But got rejected two times from hospital. I have doctor clarification to take this injection. I have checked the policy paper. There is no mention for the disease crohn is excluded.
