I ordered this product (Automatic blood pressure monitor) in around april. I have been observing high fluctuations in bp readings since then. Intitially i ignored but the difference in readings increased.
Also now the battery is drained up within 4-5 days. I have used 3 new sets of 4 cells each over last 3-4 weeks.
I have already complained on customer care and didn’t get any further response. It is in one year warranty. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

    The issue is regarding refund on order #or2122gy-006a which was cancelled by the company due to reasons best known to them. I made a payment of rs 295/- by debit card. Even after about 10 days of cancellation of my order, my bank has not received any refund amount from medlife. When i contacted medlife, they said that the refund has already been made and gave me a transaction number. However, my bank confirmed that no such transaction was made to my bank account. I just need my refund at earliest.

      Very very bad experience. These people are fraud. Their customer service is the worst customer service i have seen. They do not work on customers complaints.
      I have ordered medicines on 19th of october 2019 oder # or7891lua-002a and i paid rs. 509.77 instantly online through citibank debit card ×××9309 and the expected delivery which was shown in their website and the medlife app was on 22nd of october 2019. But when it was not delivered, on 23rd october i called asked about delivery then i came to know that they are sending package by external courier ecom express awb # [protected] and it will be delivered by 26th of october but ecom express came to deliver it on 01st november so i have refused to take the delivery. Called the medlife cancellation department told them that i haved returned the package they told they have cancelled it. I will get money with 5 days to the source account that is citibank also got a message about it but till now i haven't got the refund. Medlife customer service is telling that they refunded my money which is so not true because everyday i check my citibank account and the amount has not been credited. I can provide by citibank statement if required. Please help.

                I am nanna das. I stay in bhubaneswar odisha, i more often order medicine from medlife. I ordered recently medicines from this website and paid for that. Earlier i used to order by cash on delivery. When i was ordering as cash on delivery the medicines got deliver on time. When i did prepaid i cannot tell how horrible it was. Please guys do not trust to this website. My brother is an asthma patient and my biggest mistake is i rely on this website. My order id is #or7379bra-004a. They took the money but they did not deliver me. I ordered these medicines in previous month and guess what till date they did not deliver my medicines. And till date every day i am calling to their customer care and they are saying by today evening for sure we will deliver.

                How crap is their service is, they lie all the time i have all the phone recordings of the customer care. And of course i will put it on a public forum to show how irresponsible they could be. I waited for them every day they wasted my time so much
                Customer care used to tell me today evening you will get your package and i waited for them everyday literally.

                After all we are ordering medicines not aloo and gobi. These are for patients.
                So guys instead of this website order it from any other website there are several other platforms are available and they quite good at these and the customer service is also quite good

                  I am a regular customer for medlife on line medicines and since my doctor changed one medicine "sulisent 100 mg". I have initiated return in the return app of the medlife, but the same is under process for more than one month.
                  The amount of refund of rs.878.40 has not been credited to cash wallet so far and i am unable to get the amount adjusted in the orders nos.
                  Or6905lsa-007a and' for rs.1875.91
                  Or6905lsa-008a for rs 4066.35
                  Since both the orders have been shipped please inform when i will be able to get the refund of the medicine.
                  Please refund the amount immediately and ask the courier to take back the medicine lying unused with me.
                  Your toll free number[protected] does not connect and when i talk to your representative over phone when received from them i tell them the problem and they always say that i am connecting to the dealing person please hold on. But the call is never connected to the redirected person and it is disoinnected.

                      I have made the payment on 16th oct for amount 3527.22 total 7 medicine ..only 6 deliver and 1 medicine value 1416.48 amount medicine not delivered, now saying they will not refund the amount bcz in their cctv footage they have packed material..

                      we are customer our hard money are with them now they are not ready to refund..

                      i called 10 times every time new query and no solution.. only equerry...

                      i suggest do not buy you all my dear friends do not buy medicine from medlife..

                      they are fraud and do not have value of others money...

                        After complaining for more than 20 times amd emails they are still sending intentional promotional spam SMS which I never subscribed
                        Please provide the option of deleting the medlife account. Every day I gots irritating calls and massages.

                        I am receiving many promotional ads and the app is automatically booking orders which i have cancelled once.. I have cancell it again and again whenever i receive a notification of the dispatch of the order.. This is so so irritating.. I have uninstalled the app once.. Stilli get notification of orders which i havent done.. Pls do something.. This app is so irrelevant and torture.

                        Block the SMS from Medlife in your phone and report those messages as spam, in this way you will prevent yourself from receiving messages from Medlife, other no option is available because there is neither option to deactivate Medlife account available on Medlife's website nor customer care is going to help you. As well as whenever opening Medlife account on any browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome don't allow notifications from them.

                        I receive 5-10 promotional & intentional messages from them. If i mail them they send me canned replies. If you call them they'll say mail is different & it's IT's problem. Why do I suffer for you'r stupid IT's Problem?

                        This needs to stop, I'm not alone there are many irritated people out there. Delete my account & stop your irritating spams

                          I have ordered my medicine and i got a message that medicine will be delivered on 22nd but it wasn't delivered. I called medlife, they are now telling me that medicines are not available so i have to cancel the order. They should have told me this before the delivery date at least. I also got a message of link for online payment and i did online payment also. This is unfair. I feel cheated. I needed the medicine urgently.

                            We ordered one bottle (Pack of 10 capsules) of ecoflora medicines, but without asking/confirming with us medlife sent a message that as the pack of 10 was not available they are sending pack of 30 capsules which has a difference of more than rs 1000/-. This is an unethical practise, before dispatching a pack of 30 capsules they should ask from customer that whether they need it or not

                              T4, tsh, anti tpo). I compare the report which i received that report was totally different from other labs report. Their was huge variation between medlife lab report and other lab report.

                              Why this kind of variations are coming and why medlife lab is playing with our health. I need justification on that.

                                My order id is - or9288as-010a. I have ordered my medicines on 7th of october, 2019. The issue is they are running out of stock for 1 medicine from the 3. The total order amount is 796 rs. This order is prepaid order, payment done online on olamoney. So, for that medicine they have refunded the amount of 303 rs.in my olamoney wallet. But for the another 2 medicines they have modified the order from their side.in which i am facing the issue is medlife is showing that the amount of 492 rs. For that two medicines is due. But i have already done my payment. For this issue i am contacting the customer care, but they are not resolving the issue. They are only wasting customer's time and money. The delivery date is 14th of october. The delivery boy is asking for the total amount which i have already paid. With the company's technical issue that delivery boy went without delivering any medicine. I am suffering for this issue from last 4 days. The people from customer care are not solving the issue. This is such a harassment for the permenant customer and a patient. For that issue customer care is informed for 3-4 times before the delivery of the medicine also. But after 7 days also, they are failed to deliver the medicines and services.

                                  I have one order is on 3rd of october, 2019. On the day medlife is giving 25% discount on every medicine. I have order of around 2000 rs. Order id-or2050ofa-001a. The payment is done in advance via amazon pay online. But after 2 days on 5th of october without informing me they have cancelled my order. I have ordered this medicines for my father who is a sugar patient, he has to take medicines on a daily basis. Medlife hasn't informed me about cancelling the order. So, for that i have ordered the medicines again after 1 day with only 20% discount. For the further order the company hasn't refunded my money yet. There are 12 days were gone. I am raising this complain on 15th of october. From last 5 days i am calling the customer care for this issue, they told that they have raised the complaint and they will solve the same within 24-28 hours. But, every time they failed to solve the issue. This is 3rd time, the same issue i am facing from the same company. They are just harrasing the customer like us.

                                    I have returned product on 19th september with the order id or8625lj-008a. Its been more than 1 month. Everyday i am following up with customer care and raised compliant still no response. While delivery boy collecting the product it was in good condition but now customer care is telling like product is damaged. I am not responsible for that because while returning it was in good condition and taken by delivery boy. Don't cheat customers by giving invalid reasons we are not fraud to return the product which are damaged by us.

                                    I have spent 200 rs currency for customer care call. I need refund amount or else product. Its not good service by taking profit from customers without refund and returning product. Its worst service. I used to recommend my friends to use this app but now on wards i will not suggest any one.

                                      Received medicine for my order id: or0956oi-003a, but in invoice doctor's name is wrongly mentioned. For this i have also raised complaint through customer care on 10-oct-19. But there is no resolution to my complaint since then. I repetitively follow up for 3 days and finally fade up to calling customer care no. But no resolution made. I had to apply mediclaim for this but because of their mistake i lost my almost 9000 rs.

                                        I cannot purchase any medicine from my refund money in e cash wallet account and i returned the medicine which i purchased,

                                        Very disappointed from this app. I am requesting you to improve your policies and your mind set. Plz don't download this app it is waste of money
                                        Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        On 10 october delivered few medicine out of this one medicine esiflow 250 is damaged. I open its sill today morning. Place replace it.
