    System got a error message from system hence I had made a 2 transactions with Medplus India on 31st Jan 2020, amounted 1174.02, since i have noticed that one transactions got duplicated i have cancelled the transactions. For this cancelled order i have not received the refund amount.

    However, have contacted and sent an email to Medplus team 15, time, no response from them. team is saying the have refund the amount to Phonepe, but i have made a payament from MobikiKWik i am unsure that why they have made the payment o Phonepe account.

    Have contacted phonepe customer care and they said that Merchant has to contact Phonepe team inorder to check the refund details but i have tried to communicate same to Medplus they are not ready to contact phonepe for refund.

    Please do let me know, how to get amount back from Medplus.?

      I am Regular Customer at Metplus CLC Works road, Chrompet, Chennai.
      Today 27/07/20 at about 6.10 PM I went medplus to purchase my regular medicine and I was waited outside of entrance for some time. After ensuring free in billing counter I just enter inside of your Store. but suddenly your Billing person shouted me in front of other customers such as bad manner. He has told that ‘are you blind how you enter inside the store when somebody is shopping? The way your employee behaved hurt me deeply. I advice you before deploying your sales person you should give proper Induction Training on customer approach.

        Today i asked for the given prescription.

        /data/user/0/com. Microsoft. Office. Word/files/tempoffice/pdfimport/a1750788-f507-41ad-9a3b-2f2b030d4a8f/[protected]... Docx

        They gave tabelet serial numner 1 only 15 but i need 30
        And number serial 2 and serail number 3 only weekly one needed for a month. But gave 20 tablets. Again asked them exchange. But refused money and not given the hcqs 200 mg another 15 for the month. Address of the pharmacy 7a city link road secretariate colony west vlachery chennai 42. Date 26th july 2020

          I’ve had the worst experience with medplus. First my money (Rs 745) get deducted from my gpay account (For which i have mailed you the receipt multiple times) and the order doesn’t get confirmed. After i pay from my debit card and my order does get confirmed, you guys cancel that order too. So now i’m waiting for two rs 745 refunds. Please look into this. I’m extremely led down by your online services. You can see the amount 745 has been deducted twice from my account. One of these orders didn’t get confirmed and the order cancelled.

            I placed an order on medplus and my money (745)
            was deducted from Google Pay but my order was not confirmed.

              I am sanjeeva reddy residing at the durga nagar colony, karmanghat where your store is located. I am purchasing monthly rs 4 to 5 thousand medicines for my family for the last 4 years, i entered your shop at 8.45 pm for the purchase of medicines.in the shop, 2 consumers are there 2 counter staff is there. After 3 minutes suddenly shouted to stand outside and to see the notice before entering the shop he should have politely asked me to wait outside. Inside the shop, 3 meters distance is there. I felt very embarrassed so left the shop and purchased the medicines in another shop and decided not to purchase from your shop. Previously i observed the two boys are arrogant and some times say no to medicines without verifying the stock so i decided to stop visiting your shop.

                I have purchased one novamix 30 penfiell it was slight broken whenever i take insulin it was come out from cap i noticed that and came to your patamata store at vijayawada they says we don't response for this and talking roughly to me. This is the kind of response given to your valuable xuatomer i am purchasing montly 20k medicine from med plus i have lot of respect on your store these type of franchise and employees your brand value is reducing

                  We asked for tablet( Glycomet GP-1 forte ) but they gave (Glycomet GP-1)45 tablets cost around 247 rupees ..but I asked for an exchange by that name but they took the tablets and retured us (Glycomet GP-1 forte )which they gave only 20 tablets in exchange and said we cut the offer of 20% and giving u only 20 tablets cost around 144 rupees it's almost 103 rupees fraud ..they give us other tablets as if they are doctors and they will only refer and consult the tablet names too then why we need big hospitals and doctors while medical store is almost acts like a doctor and neglects the doctor precibe and overwrite it ..take an action against this type of issues and they didn't give the exchange billing ..

                    I am a regular customer of medplus .i purchase nearly 50000rs of medicines every year for my father my medplus app id is 30299711..for my every order they used to give my some points and for that accrued points i can get some products through medplus app..i ordered some product of shampoo which were shown in that points redemption category ..the products arrived at the store and when i went to collect they said they cannot do that transaction because of some technical problem in retrieval of that product through that points..for which i called the customer care of medplus so many times but they wouldnt respond positively nor they continue the call...they just cut the call in the middle ..some executives i asked their names shabbir and hymavathi etc did the same..they do not attend my problem..a executive just hold the line for 10 min without speaking..so much of recklessness for being loyal to the same pharmacy all these years .. i felt very bad...neither my issue is solved nor they attend my calls..what should a customer care do i wonder why are they paid..why they cannot redeem my points for that order ..when exactly the same order placed one month before was solved and done at the backend ..very bad experience today on july 4, 2020..please solve my issue and do the needfull

                        Sir, on 28/06/20, i had purchased medicine worth rs2100/- from medplus (Cts no 58, shop no 01, savanur complex, keshwapur, 580023. But on 01/7/20, when i went to exchange pioz7. 5mg with pioz 15 mg, the staff arrogantly refused saying no stock. He further added to come next month and then would be adjusted with new medicines. If i was in urgent need, u need to pay in advance for pioz 15 mg. He had no id card and refused to disclose his name., and when i insistted he told shridhar, which was false i suppose.                           Today morning i am and my wife (Hemalatha) purchased avadi checkpost medplus medicine rs.1733/ and mask not included the bill meantime billing the employee my medicine suddenly stop my bill and bill next person i told first finish my bill after take it another the shop employee told me that is important to online purchase i question about that i also pay cash what happened the shop employees misbehaving me and my wife so please take action and advice to have to handle the customers for ur kind information

                            Dear sir, i am an asthma patient and a regular customer of the medplus store at tankapani road, bhubaneswar. Date 19.06.2020 at 10.26 a. Ml bought a budamate 400 inhaler from that store. Due to office timing delay, l was not seen as mfg and expire date on inhaler. When i came home from office in the evening, inoticed that the date of mfg is 04/19 and its date is ending 03/21 and pack not proper sealed with plastic cover.
                            Immediately l went to the store and explained everything, wherein the store salesman checked his compute rand said that we have no an alternatively stock, i requested to bring from other shops in bhubaneswar, but they said that the same stock is available in all the shops in bhubaneswar. He said that you will pay in advance. He will order from the warehouse. Money is not refunded. You take some other medicines or products at that amount.
                            After 2 days, due to lockdown in bhubaneswar, l visited thevivekananda merge medplus store and verified the exhaust inhaler in its stockwith the date 12/21then i went to thetankpani road store again and explained everything but at that time the store incharge said that the inhaler pack is already open and the dosage is used by me. I said, sir, youlooked at your cctv footage on 19.06.2020 and verified everything, if you found that the pack is sealed and pack seal open by me then i will carry it but he said that their cctv is not working in store. one of the reputed medicine store in bhubaneswar and cctv cameras are not working, is it very dangerous matter? Sir lt is not matter for rs.349/- l am complain for harassment and old stock (More than 1 year) sell by store in charge at the time of covid-19. It is bad image in markets against medplus. I am an asthma patient and corona is a big issue for asthma patients, who would be responsible for my health if l used too old products? Your tankapani road store salesman was very rude and abused with me inside store on 25.06.2020. So that l request to you take action against store in charge and sell boy and replace the medicine as early as possible

                              I am an asthma patient and a regular customer of the medplus store at tankapani road, bhubaneswar. Date 19.06.2020 at 10.26 a.                                 Dear medplus team,

                                On 20-jun-2020 time 12:16, when i buy medicines on medplus palavakkam pharmacy.

                                I have received bill invoice no.[protected] with vapoz cough drops 300s (2 nos) provided without my notice, for the reason of no change (Or no balance) of 4 rs. It is continuously happened in this medplus palavakkam pharamacy.

                                Immediately i have returned the vapoz cough drops to them. But they did not return the amout to me. At that same time, the staff said "they already put bill".

                                I have left from that place without my money. "no ethics, no policy and no customer value" is continuously happened in this med plus palavakkam pharamacy.

                                In that bill said "exchange not accepted after 72 hrs of purchase".

                                Please take an solution for customer's balance rupee, already we are suffer for corona and all products are higher price value.

                                  Myself kavitha a regular cuatomer of med plus. Today on 12.06.20 i went to jumbusavari branch bangalore and purchased medicine. First of all the lady staff dint wear mask, no sanitiser before giving and taking money and more over she delivered wrong amount of medicine and again billed with less discount. I asked her to make a single bill. She refused to do. And with anger she took away all medicine and threw away the money. This was a rude behaviour and careless ness of the staff. With no proper service i m really disappointed to go that store again. That lady at the store is always rude mostly. Pls take strict action on such people. At this covid emergency i had to go to many other stores in search of the medicine. I would like to to please revert me back.

                                    Yesterday i am buying a medicine from medplus store. A liv52 tablets which mrp is 100 including all taxes but this medicine charges extra amount after mrp. I need proper reasoning about this. Why store extra charges after medicine. Other wise iam file a consumer case against this. Please revart. The store is near niladri vihar atm square bhubaneswar.

                                      Hi, i have bought medicines in medplus worth 2000/- in march mid, the seal of medicines are not yet opened, is there any chance of returning them back and i have a bill from store and they are not yet expired.

                                        Very very very irresponsible people working in your branch(edamalaipattipudur, trichy, tamilnadu).I tried to talk customer care in tamil lots of time.but they are only in english or telugu.but i know only tamil.medplus is one of the best reputed medical company in tamilnadu.but who are all working in med plus that they are uneducated in the pharma field and customer handling.please make every one to wear id card.and please take necessary action and make sure go deliver my medicine on order today.thank you
