I purchased momate xl 40gm cream from medplus store the amt on the invoice was 301 on that i got 10% discount which all the medplus stores give so the total amt came to 271.50 but they charged me 295 i told them to return back my money but they refused to return it instead they told me buy other products which i dint wanted to so just wanted to complain about this i think they r taking commission

    One new female staff joined at (Sodepur, south panshila) medplus. We purchased all the medicine for 1 month (30 tabs) but due to cut of the upper portion of the prescription she rejected to give sleeping pills. I am ok with the action cause doctor name is cutted by child.

    But after visiting doctor i bring new prescription and i just want to purchase sleeping pills. She again denied to provide the medicine. And she said "if i don't purchase all the medicine she will not provide sleeping one".

    When i purchased other medicine with cutted prescription why she don't told me the factor.

    Now i called med plus they told it's new drug rule for sleeping pill i have to purchase other pills as well. But they provide other pills for 30 days already, why should i have to buy all the medicine.

      Today i purchased a medicine of one brand as per prescription. When i asked for that. Brand the sales person said there is also an alternative available, but we told him that we want medicine as per prescription. He then searched and got. The medicine.
      Hence without checking he tries to sell different brand and it is not correct.
      I spent almost 45 min to buy a single medicine since only one sales person was attending and other were busy internal works.

          Defective catridge - leaking foundin one catridge delivered to me vide sch. H batch no. Js68l26, hsn 3004 purchased online and delivered at your ramakrishna nagar, bagh amberpet, hyderabad - 13, vide serial invoice no.[protected], receipt voucher no. Otgmm[protected] dated 17.10.2919. Insuline medicine is not injected to body but coming out from
          The catridge while injecting.
          02. The same was reported and shown to your manager of outlet and gave the defective catridge with purchase documents to him. On 03.12.2019, i was advised that company is not accepting for replacement of catridge.
          I request you to use good offices for its replacement at the earliest.

            Iam a heart patient having undergone operation recently. Around 4 pm today i placed order for some emergency medicines for door delivery. The salesman took order and assured to send them by 6 pm. I waited till 9.20pm. Medicines were not delivered. I made calls more than 7 times from my mobile [protected]. Although ringing, phone was not answered. Finally just now they answered and told that medicines will be delivered tomorrow. I have been your customer and my monthly average bill will be ₹8, 000.

            What shall you do. I am now to take these medicines before going to bed.

              My doctor has prescribed myopris tablet and the staffs have given the myospaz tablet on 18th november. I didn't check the tablet believing the staffs capacity but unfortunately it turned upside down. I took two tablets and got severe jaw pain since morning and when checked the tablet i found it to be different. I was very startled and we took it to the shop and found there was no manager. The staffs asked us to come in the evening. I checked with my doctor on the pain and she helped me to get relieved from it. Evening i went back to the shop and asked for the reason, the so called manager said the person who gave the tablet is on leave. And he counted the tablet and he didn't even apologize for the happening. I don't know whether the employees are qualified enough. This is not at all acceptable.

              Hi, I bought medicines from near by shop, I paid through payTM, money deducted from my account but shop keeper told money not credited. They told money will be refunded back.So I paid again. BUT I did not get any refund.

                I order the medicines and they told that they are not going to deliver to the given address and i asked them to cancel the order on 22-cot-2019. And still the refundhas not happened yet. When i call to the customer care they are saying refund has initiated and it got cancelled. Please let me know when can i expect the refund.

                The above i have sent on 26th they refunded only 2000 and the remains 1833 rs they are saying unbelievable reasons like no funds in the account and if i call to the customer care they never connect to accounts team and we cont talk to them directly. They irritating from past 20 days.

                    I myself a consultant anaesthesiologist working at district hospital chikmagalur. I went to buy the prescription medicine injection accuzone 1.25gms at around 7.30pm on 28th october 2019. Instead of givng the medicine, they blindly said there is no such medicine and when i asked them to see properly they all misbehaved and we’re also very rude. I recommend you to take them out of your establishment.

                      On[protected] from 4/a sambhunath das lane, kol-50, my cousin buy few medicine for with doctors valid prescription,.in that particular prescription doctor was write augmentin 625 and other products, but the concern person who was available at the moment in pharmacy he willingly alter the brand which doctor prescribe and give other brand named augmed 625 instead of augmentin 625.                       But in next morning when i visit the shop and ask the available person in which ground they alter the prescription, and who is te pharmacist, they have no any proper answer, moreover the shop displayed drug licence and trade licence was expired more than couple of year.
                      After several discussion thy give the same which was prescribed by the doctor. (Invoice no.[protected] and make a credit note ([protected]).

                      Now my questions are as bellow.
                      1. Who gives authority tho change/alter the prescribed medicine?
                      2. Without presence of pharmacist how they serve prescription
                      3. Pharmacist valid certificate not displayed the chemist/shop.
                      4. Displayed drug licence was expired
                      5. Are medplus above the drug and cosmetics rule?
                      6. If pharmacist on leave why that notice not diplayed on that shop?

                          Medplus n. R. Colony branch had collected extra amount than the printed mrp priced on the proscription naprosyn 250 mg for 10 tablets. The amount mentioned is rs 27.10 where has the employee collected 30 rs mentioning that the price has been revised, when i have shown the price and questioned him he collected the product back and said if you want the product you have pay the amount else return the same. I don't know why such kind of attitude persons are employed here.

                            I purchased 4 packets of nicotex 4 mg and one amrutanjan rollon yesterday from your outlet located near ramanashree california resorts, doddaballapur road, yelahanka at around 7.45 pm.

                            I have paid inr 374.
                            Noticed that rollon was billed at 57 rupees and the mrp printed on the product was rs 50. I'm a registered customer and it should have been billed only rs 45 considering 10 % discount.

                              Sir i m a doctor i bought cap pregaba 75mg from chennai medplus alapakkam near meenakshi dental college... I used buy only from here and this medicine for past 2 months... But last time i got cap pregaba 20 tablets... I noticed different color change written on capsule which usually has black printed...
                              I got and went home and gave to my mother...
                              She had severe side effects which she never had before when she was taking pregaba with black printing on capsule...

                                  I buy amurthanjan rollon rs 100/-+ calpal 500mg one strip rs 14/-+ itone eye drop rs 48/-= total cost is rs162/- but bill generated is rs 169/- after regular customers discount. Staff told billing calpal 650 mg out of stock. So she gave 500mg. It is unfair deal and she took half hr to attend me, there was no other customer. Staff service was helpless. Either u should improve system or improve customer service. Regards, siva. [protected]. I will never step in med plus and tell my neighborhood also.

I ordered medicines on 2/4/2019 by phone cal on nungambakkam outlet chennai around morning they said it will be delivered by evening again postponed to night n again another day morning n again by evening n at last no call back or anything. Medicines amount is around 2000 rs. They r jus playing around pls do look into this issue as diabetic patients can't skip their medicines by depending this kind of service

                                      Hi i am p t ghate from pune, i am complaining about staff at parvati branch. I have purchase medicines on 22 jul 2019, but due to some changes i want to return some medicines, i checked the same. But due to discount matter i postponed to next consignment. Later i purchased medicines & with same medplus staff member generated credit note. But he was hanged that he should pay or receive money, but later after 4 visits i never got any response. I am medplus's old customer, i like to inform them to improve knowledge level of staff.

                                        I undernamed anudeb roy, a regular consumer of your store. Today evening while purchasing a baby food at your adarshapally, p. O-nonachandanpukur, barrackpore, kolkata-700122 has faced a very unfortunate rude behaviour from your staff (You can check at your store footage). The particular staff continued his rude behaviour and later on another staff of the store has supported his colleague misbehaving.
                                        This kind of attitude will definitely downgrade your brand value. I never faced this type of misbehaving from your competitive stores viz, apollo and frankrose. If this is not rectified from your side then i will definitely think twice to go to your store in coming days.

                                        Plz let me know the action you took to rectify this most unfortunate incident happened towards me which is not acceptable at all as a regular customer of yours.
