Four months back, I bought a spectacle from medplus opticians Pragathi nagar.Now the screw has been broken. when I went to the shop, they said they won't repair the spectacles. They said go to other optical shop or buy a new frame. Not giving respect to the customer.while purchasing they said 1 year warrenty. Now the wors coming in different way.very worst service.

    I didn't received my medicines till now. The executive who placed my order informed that next day i will get my medicines. No one called. When iam calling on the mentioned number on the bill noone is answering, else number is not responding. Can you please confirm by when i will get my medicines delivery. [protected]

      I had purchased a mask on 29th august at the rate of rs 65. One of the ear strings is dislocated and as i went to the shop to report it, the concerning salesman in the name of jewel kanti chowdhury number w10517 said to me, "only a rs 65 mask you are claiming to replace it"n
      Now my question is maybe rs 65 doesn't matter to medplus, but it does matter to me as because i am a pensioner. Maybe he is unable to replace it but the fact lies that a multi-chain shop like medplus can behave like this. I am bound to complain regarding this person as because his attitude was not perfect as per your esteemed shop. I am a regular customer of your shop.           I am arun a regular customer of medplus viveknagar branch.. I procured my monthly medicines on friday (4th sept 2020), unfortunately we had to visit dr for some emergency on saturday, dr. Asked us to reduce the a particular medicine from 50 mg to 25 mg, hence i viisited the store on 4th sept to exchange the medicine.

          Mr. Shashi immediately started screaming stating that i have no better work, that i keep exchanging medicines regularly..

          I immediately asked him to check his records if i have ever exchanged atleast once in his stores (They take our phone no for billing, so it is obvious that they will have our previous records), without even listening to me, he started insulting in front of many customers.

          I wish if this rude man is trained to behave decent with customers and avoid such incidents in the future/.

            I am from sodepur kolkata w. B. Pin-700110. Yesterday, i went to medplus store at amarabati, sodepur. I bought some medicine an amt of 1811 inr. As their sales policy, if you buy above 1000 you will get 20% discount and 10% on above 200. I gave them my prescription and said them for one month medicine. After coming back home, i noticed they give me a wrong medicine. They give me glyciphage g-1 instead of glyciphage pg-1. So, today i went again and they changed my medicine. After coming back home, i noticed that they give me only 10 % discount instead of 20% on my medicine. Which stands that, it's my fault and i changed that medicine by my own. When i went the store again they straightly said we can't help you. You have to take it as your loss. The staff's behavior was too bad and he just pushed their mistake on me..                 W.r.t mentioned subject purchase dated on 21st August 2020 at 7.15pm in mediplus shamshabad (Pin code - 501218) of INR2276 through phone pay using the link shared by stores guy naming mallesh (contact number - [protected]) and transaction was successful from my end( order I'd: QMISR7HM, phone pay transaction I'd : P2008211851345644990174) but he claimed print cannot able to as due to issue at mediplus end amount not credited and the same will get refund for that he gave manual reciept with seal and signature (refer reciept copy image) and also he asked me to do one more time payment which I did through debit card(refer attached screen shots of statement and phone pay transaction details), but amount of INR2276 still not refunded even after follow up with above said person, in case of any queries please let me know

                  We bought "ZOAMATES" Sachet in Medplus Pharmacy (AVADI, Kamaraj Nagar) Branch in which some of the sachets that are defective and came bad smell from the pack. So we get replacement of the defective one. But that one also the same issue.

                  So we come with the solution, asked them to refund my money. But the in- charge of the Medplus Pharmacy (AVADI, Kamaraj Nagar) Branch. Mr. Hari Babu is not responded properly. He did not give respect to the customers.

                  He doesn't know how to handle the customer and how to give respect to the customers. And he had spoken very harshly with us and told us to get out of the pharmacy.

                  After a long argument, we got a our refund money back. But we waited to get our money for more than 40 minutes.

                  So I will suggest strictly to take some action to them giving the warning. Hope it will be taking care.

                    The billing amount for my invoice No. [protected] & [protected] dt 17.08.2020 is Rs.287.50 & Rs.176.00. The total bill amount is Rs.463.50. I had did my payment via Credit card. But while charging in my card Medplus, No. 3, 58/3 Williams Road, Cantonment, Trichy shop charged Rs.464.00. The shop members said ie their routine procedure to charge the card payment in rounded off amount only. This is the continuing procedure there. Many times I had paid with rounded off amount in credit card payment. This is totally against the credit card policy. So, kindly let me know the procedure to pay in credit card.

                        Purchased 2 sheets of livogen xt tablets on 5th aug 2020 from there store at medplus, sri devi kuppam, valasarawakkam, chennai, when i opened the tablets they were not in consumable form, it was spoiled and melted but when i reached to them to return the same, i was treated badly and they passed on the blame upon me stating that i spoiled the tablets.
                        They say the tablets are within the expiry date and they are not responsible for the defect and refused to exchange the same.

                          Extremely bad behavior. I was very insulted in that shop. Takes the wrong price. They make rudeness after making mistakes. I have been subjected to extreme abuse from the employees of medplus of kaikhali branch. Today the same thing is happening to me not one day but 3 days in a row.                             Dear sir,

                            My name is m. Rajeshkannan. I am 32 years old. Now i am living in salem district, tamilnadu, india. For the past one year i suffered in diabetic, hence i'm using novo rapid penfill (3ml) and tresiba (3ml). It is very useful for controlling my blood sugar. Every month i bought two pairs of penfills from med plus pharmacy, salem. As usual i bought this novorapid penfill from that store on 27/07/2020. Last six days (From 5/8/2020 to 10/8/2020) i used this penfill. Unfortunately it is not working properly. For example, i maintained my blood sugar was 120 to 130 (After fasting) before using this particular penfill. But now it has suddenly increased. Now my blood sugar level is over 350. So i consulted my doctor with this penfill. He injected one more novorapid penfill on me. That is controlled my sugar. So he says put a complaint on the store. So i went to this medplus store. But they are not given the correct response and also the store says to put a complaint on the manufactured company. But now my health is going very bad. Unfortunately i have one more un-opened penfill also. Now i am scared about this use of penfill. So i request you to accept my remaining units of penfill and replace it without any cost as soon as possible. Because i stopped this insulin. So my health is going down.
                            Note:

                            Six months ago the same complaint was put on the other medplus store in kannankurichi, salem dt, tamilnadu. But they have not reacted to this complaint and they simply say it is contaminated. So only i changed to one more branch of med plus pharmacy.

                            I have detailed study o[censored]sing penfills and i use and store them under your guidance.

                              Medplus Anna Street Chrompet Sarvamangala nagar staffs are not wearing masks. We are repeatedly requesting them for the last few months but they are not listening to us. It is very risky visiting the dti.

                                On 30th july, 2020 i was visiting medplus (A unt of optival health solution pvt ltd), kol-700075. On that time total amount rs:1226/- two times debit from my accont but still now already 7 days over i have not get my one transaction failing rs:1226/-..                                     I have purchased medicines from medplus for rs 580/- from 16th march, 2020, from card.

                                    The transaction did not reflect and the shop told me to pay cash, which i did. The amount was paid by me to bank and i showed them the statement and been after them to pay the refund, but they are not doing so and inspite of seferal mails and calls they are only giving me assurance

                                    They are not interested to solve the matter and response is very poor.

                                    I am regular customer of this shop and regularly purchase lot of medicines, but there is no care for the customer

                                    Kindly help me to get the refund

                                        System got a error message from system hence I had made a 2 transactions with Medplus India on 31st Jan 2020, amounted 1174.02, since i have noticed that one transactions got duplicated i have cancelled the transactions. For this cancelled order i have not received the refund amount.

                                        However, have contacted and sent an email to Medplus team 15, time, no response from them. team is saying the have refund the amount to Phonepe, but i have made a payament from MobikiKWik i am unsure that why they have made the payment o Phonepe account.

                                        Have contacted phonepe customer care and they said that Merchant has to contact Phonepe team inorder to check the refund details but i have tried to communicate same to Medplus they are not ready to contact phonepe for refund.

                                        Please do let me know, how to get amount back from Medplus.?
