Mediplus shivamurthy circle shimoga invoice number [protected] dt 23.12.2020. In good faith my wife collected bill and tablets cover from the above shop without checking the contents. It is found that jardiance10mg tablets 30 numbers is missing. Immediately we contacted the shop and the case worker Ms Sushmitha who billed and delivered the medicine cover informed that she has put the tablets. My ID is 25300263 and my experience with mediplus for 2 decades at bangalore is very nice. Now in shimoga I had this problem. Please look into the matter and do needful.

This is regarding my order as usual for the past one year. as per recent order vide my registered no[protected] from Anakapalli-531002 by name K.Ramana Appa Rao, Retd.Govt. of A.P
as an heart patient and i was told that i shell get the medicines on 5th or 6th Feb.2021.
Rs.1249.77 worth of medicines i could not get it till now. when i went out from my apartment
i kept the money with my wife to pay to courier boy. two days back i got phone call in the Lunch time while we are taking food and same is informed to him. he told him he will come after one hour. he did not return so far nor given the phone call. it never happened even in covid time.
i received message saying i refused to take the medicines. such false messages, as a senior citizen (73 years) i felt very bad of it with out bringing package to our address. plz.persuse. and send my medicines soon.

    Iam arun dakshinamurthy, iam very very bad experience today, I went today your medplus medical shop yadawal street padi Chennai 600050 today[protected] night 20.22 pm, I request to buy Glucyphage sugar tablet 1gm 200 tablet, but tablet are short expiry, so I request to littleI longer expirey that person told e ok so I paid ₹ 731. I request to get duplicate copy, other staff I don't no the name short & curling hair he is very roode to argument with me in front of other customer, before that same person big argument with two girls, that girl very upset argument, after that same to me I didn't ask anything to this guy suddenly he jump to argument with me, he told me to trust me you can get medicine tomorrow, I told him you can trust me I buy medicine today I pay tomorrow he said you trust not me, so I cancelled my medicine order I get it back my moneyif like this of attitude staff really iam sorry I can't continue your shop to purchase, not only for me even I pass the incident to my friends & relatives, this is true, iam living in same area officer colony padi Chennai, give him counciling how to talk & how to approch, how to polite if continue like this your company going to loose your business, iam sorry but it's true. If you are not trust pls check your cctv footage

      The service given by staff ( 2 ladies ) at your outlet 233/1, Choolaimedu High Road, Zakaria colony, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 94, was very rude. They don't listen to customer but keep blaming me. I odered medicine worth Rs. 1500 over mobile yesterday and all medicine except 2 were available. They said will get those after making the payment for it I agreed and went to the outlet this afternoon to make the payment. To my surprise they didn't made note of the 2 medicine that are not
      available but only kept the madicine that was available. When I asked them why didn't they make note of the medicine as they told while I ordered the medicine not available. They ( one after another ) started argueing raising their voice . When I told them to listen to me what I am trying to say but wouldn't listen and continued the argument. When I told them I will raise up the issue to customer care if they don't listen my point, they replied " don't threaten us by saying that" . They are very rude, stubborn and arrogant. No other customer was there in the outlet at that time except me. So they felt free to argue. The time was 13.15hrs this afternoon. They are not interested in customer service but behalf like staff in ration shop. So low down. I think they have to be warned for such behaviour so that your service is maintained to a satisfactory level. Thanks.

                I have not received the original bill for order no-omhmm[protected] and when i complained to customer care they send me a bill where its mentioned-duplicate, i want the original bill. I have been ordering the medicines worth rs[protected] regularly and i want a normal original bill or else i will stop ordering the medicines from you people henceforth. You can send me the bill on mail also but without the word-duplicate mentioned

                  I would like highlight again... The issue was not relevant to Rs 20/- and it was relevant to the service Provided by you. I'm wondering and don't know what is the role for them in this transaction and they just delivered the product. I asked them to keep the money and i don't want.


                  let us see the Service provided by Medplus

                  1. The medicines were ordered through online. The price was updated without ensuring the existing inventory. if you have two batch of items then the price must updated according to the batch. its not happened

                  2. the Batch number of medicines shown in Bill was not matching with the actual medicine's batch number

                  3. When deliver, The Pharmacy should verify the above and if any mismatch then they should correct it. Its not happened

                  4. And Finally, Medplus is not ready to agree the mistake did by them. To get the response I need to escalate this to varies level. I strongly recommend to scarp the email id's [protected]@medplusindia.com and [protected]@medplusindia.com.

                  Mistakes will happen but asking excuse for the mistake is not a crime. Instead paying Rs 20/- will not resolve the issue.

                    The medplus owner at the below address is asking customers to pay in cash even after successful upi payment... He misguided the customer telling upi is failure but you can clearly see in transactions that it is successful.. when asked him to display his medplus transactions he is reluctant to share it and just says orally no no pay in cash... They are running a scam to take additional money from customers in the form of[censored]pi and cash both for the same bill.. i understand the upi transactions and i am well educated hence I told him to show transactions showed the order reference number and then he is telling ok don't pay cash... Not sure how many ppl he wud loot with this strategy.. highly dissappointed with medplus service.. highly unacceptable.

                      Non refund of amount debited twice I am a customer of M C Layout Vijayanagar Medplus. On 26th Sept, I bought Amrutanjan roll on. I paid via Bhim upi. The shop person said he has not received money and asked me to pay via card since I had less money. Ot got debited via card. I have been visiting the store n number of times for refund but in vain. Everytime, am made to come at different times. May be it is very less money for you people but where is your business ethics? Is this how you are conducting business? Shame on you .

                            I bought the above Oximeter on[protected] from your shop at Duraiarasan Street, Saligramam, Saligramam, Chennai-600093 for Rs.1499/-. While it was working well all these days, suddenly it stopped working. Even change of battery did not work. Therefore to-day I took the product to your shop where I bought it at Saligramam and gave it to them for attention. They advised me to contact the customercare centre. As such I am making this complaint now. The product is with your Saligramam Shop.. I request you to instruct your shop at Saligramam to give me me a New machine in working condition.

                              There is no response from the shop when they have recieved the order from my parents. And the shop dont have any of the medicines which are being asked for. And also they are not giving any bill for the medicines taken from them. The worst late response i have ever seen in my life.

                                Every month we use to purchase 10 to 15 no's of mixtard 50 cartridges for my son who is having juvenile diabetes, last month also I have purchased 10 no's of mixtard from Kumaran Nagar PADI Chennai branch, when I enquired around q0 no's they said they don't have stocks and then they said they will inform us once they got stock, on the same day evening we got call from.the shop and they have given 10 no's but the boxes contain bits and pieces stocks not the full one. Every 4 day we use to refill the cartridge, today morning we have opened one cartridge but it seems that the cartridge was got damaged, when we enquired at that branch they said they cannot exchange because we have purchased 1 month before,

                                May I know the solution for this.

                                Earlier also we had stopped purchasing medicine from.this branch due to poor maintenance of online stocks but after changing the location and person who is handling the customer we thought of purchasing from this branch itself.

                                I need solution for the same at the earliest.

                                  We are customer for your chennai kotturpuram store, your banch incharge Mr.Balamurugan behaving very rudely and never talking to customers politely, home delivery also not on time and they not even updating the delivery status, inspite of several calls they initiating the home delivery process, he is thinking that customer do not have options, today's scenario there are so many online apps are available, we had this bitter experience with him many time but your management is not taking any steps not even respinding our complaints, handling cusomer manners is very important, He may or may not good business person for you, but because of him this store has lost lot of businesz otherwise your business could be even kore, Waren him and tell him to change his attitude or take disciplinary action against him

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I received a message on 1/10/2020. Dear Customer, Rs. 2722.50 from your MedPlus Wallet expires on 01.11.2020. Visit nearby MedPlus Outlet or MedPlusmart.com to utilize the amount. Or click here https://mdpls.in/kna29H to raise a refund request by[protected]. The next day I raised the refund request through the link sent by mediplus. I received message saying amount will be credited within 15 days. Now it's been more than one month. Still I have not received any amount. I have reached mutiple times to customer care. Everytime they saw amount will be credited, we will call you back. No one came back. I think this what they trained to convince. So please help me to get my money back.

                                        Hi Sir, I have ordered Gmine M1 tablet in online, but they sent Gmine 1 tablet. First of all this is a mistake from medplus end. I have paid 448 rupees for Gmine M1 for 8 strips(excluding discount). Each strip cost Rupees 70 and I got 20% as I ordered medicines for Rupees 6500. Gmine 1 8 strips cost is only Rupees 265, which means I was over charged. Please credit the extra amount you deducted to my account. Pls help in this regard ASAP. Happy to share if you need any other details.
