I went to MedPlus opticians to get new pair of progressive glasses. The service was bad even after providing the prescription the glasses doesn't work the way they should. The vision in blurry and the eyes feel itchy and watery after putting the glasses on. I again visited and requested to check what is the problem. There is no response from them. I visited number of times, such an ill response I received. The service doesn't match with the amount and time I spent. I need either a refund or kindly provide glasses without defects.

    I am disappointed with the way Medplus have delivered the medicines.

    1) I have called you guys this morning to make sure the insulin is delivered with an ice pack in cool condition . I have informed over the call that the last time insulin and ice pack was hot by the time it got to me. Even today it was delivered in the same condition.

    2) The medicines were not properly packed and were stuffed and compressed in the cloth bag. This caused damage to a few strips/medicines.

    3) Both the items Medicines and Insulin which are two different storage types were packed in the same cloth bag. Will you store the insulin in the same rack where you store the general medicines?

    Appreciate your short delivery window but at the same time you need to make sure the medicines are delivered properly in hygienic conditions following the storage standards. Today we are getting normal items delivered in fragile packs but strange to see the medicines which need to have extra care are delivered in cloth sacks.

    If a RS 12000 order is delivered in this condition what quality can we expect from your team? Frankly speaking I normally get a RS 100 order in better condition from today's ecommerce sellers than this order.

      Respected Sir,

      I have asked for two tablets listed in the prescription, but the staff denyed to provide those two tablets and stated that only we should provide including all the listed tablets. Also, i have informed all other tablets was provided in the military hospital and these only I need. But the staff still not provided and stating that you can complaint wherever you want... It is very worst moment I faced, I dont know this guy is really working in the medical centre or any other grocery store to demanding peoples like this, what they will do incase of emergency. Your action would be highly appreciated..

        This is from Nanganallur, Chennai and I am complaining on the Med Plus Pharmacy at 2nd MainRoad, Nanganallur near Vinayagar temple.

        The people who are working there are not behaving properly to the customers.They had been rude with this reply to my mother, "Go to some other pharmacy and buy the medicines".Also one time they gave all the medicines wrongly..I would request the concerned team to warn them and don't repeat in the future..

          I am a regular customer of the medic . I’ve been buying medicine for my sister for the past 15 years . I regularly by from the same centre bt today i had a worst experience from the staff . They were harsh, arrogant and less interested in giving me the product . They asked for the prescription and i showed them the photo . Bt it was not enough and they were mocking me siting on the floor with less interest. If this is how you guys plan to treat customers, I’m sorry to say that you wont be able to be on the face of customers . And medicine is something which is an important essential. And it is for PCOD and its quite serious. Helath is wealth and your staffs are just kicking it around . Really disappointed

            My father purchased tab twincal 1pmg along with other medications at medplus in vijayanagar. Tab twincal was overpriced by 30 rs above mrp.when contacted pharmacist mr vinay was rude and unapologetic and dismissed it as computer problem .this has happened to us 3times which i think is not coincidence. Sometimes other people medications are billed in my fathers name.after arguing he has returned 24 rs but we have lost trust inthat shop.kindly take necessary action to prevent such cheating. We are buying at med plus since 6 yrs but only recently we are facing such problems.

              Forcing customer to buy Glucipro powder for diabetics

              This is the 3rd time we have been tricked.
              My brother / cousin and my self went to purchase regular medicines for diabetics for mom. For each one o[censored]s they coerced to buy Gluci Pro Powder stating. 20 percent discount. We had to return the item as the doctor does not want the patient to take it.

              But knowing ur policy of no return refund. We had to end up buying other item for exchange price.

While I'm coming to my house and verifying the tablets I found that one slip tablet is missing. Again I went to shop and asked him. He is justifying his mistakes. I'm not getting missed tablets.                     I am from chennai, past few years i am purchasing tablets for my father in monthly basis. Yesterday evening i went "Medplus, Vellalar street, purasawakkam, chennai". They are not ready to search the tablet itself even he is the one of the experience person in that branch.
                    I am purchasing the same set of tablets in the same branch for more than a year, morning shift employees are good they are ready to do needful this is not a first time i am facing this issue. They are not ready to read the prescription simply telling that go ask near by doctor's place. yesterday i am explaining all the name of the tablets and i given my phone number to verification for previous bill also, but no luck he never ready to help me out he simply ask me to get your previous bill from Medplus.

                    We are from midclass for tablet i am spending around 5000 to 6000rs per month, your concern providing 20% discount right, this one is very helpful for midclass people. That's the thing we are approaching Medplus frankly i and telling.

                    Ask your employee to do the job with enjoyment and for namesake. Sorry to bring this to yor notice, it will degrade your reputation.

                      On 1.1.2021 we had purchased set of volibo, jote m forte along with waist belt worth 700+.The next day 02.01.2021 we had to return the belt due to some quality n type issue.It was told that cash cannot be refunded u can exchange the same with other tablets or any medicine. So we asked to buy volibo and glycomet.Soon after 1 hour we realised that it was not glycomet and its jote-m-forte.The lady staff at centre said thatthe person who has given tablets has left already and she will get it exchanged next day.Next day being sunday and its near workplace where i had purchased we went for the same today on 4.01.2021 the same lady and the other staff are so rude to us n denied for exchanging the same.Since years we have been transacting with medplus and we regret to inform you about the rude behaviour and loss of about 300+ amount. It was purchased under [protected] and u can trace the treansactions every month.Kindly solve this issue at the earliest and get us refund of the same. Or else the matter will be escalated to next higher authority.

                        This is the second time I am facing issue of giving higher dose tablet apart from the prescription and arguing that the staff is joined newly and dont know why it is been mentioned that way in the bill. We have so much of trust on the medplus and this way of service is really very bad and I'm worried about how much toll it would have taken on the patients health. Kindly make your staff tto be more careful in billing and dispatching the medicines. Please think about the old people and who completely dont check the strength of the tablets and just take whatever the in charge people give.

                          I do not know if the address I am sending is correct. I send my difficulty to this address without knowing the way. I have just joined the Paramakudi Madplus Medical Shop as a Salesman .The way the manager Mr. Raja Ramamurthy guides me is wrong. My age is 20. The way he leads me in the name of training and the way he speaks is not perfect. The mind is troubled. It is through the actions of a person like this that women like me experience great misery in the workplace.I share with you here the incident that happened to me. The first day I joined on time went well. The way the branch manager conducted it went well. I also considered him a brother and was learning what he was saying. The days went by. The weekend came for me. When I told the manager I could leave as usual. He said I can’t give you a weekend off. I asked Anna why. He said if you want a weekend off you have to agree with me. I do not understand. That's why he says so. I can't be everything like that. I came home saying I was coming tomorrow. My sister who works with me called at about 8pm and said sir told me to take you on vacation. One day is over. I went back to work. He called me and said I will longer call you Darling. He said you can work peacefully here only if you agree with me. I came home with half the time that I didn’t need to work here for anything like that. Life is always difficult for women like us because of rhetoric like this. Please warn him and ask him to find a way to prevent such hardships from happening to women like us.

                              I ordered some medicines n made payment through paytm...bill amount is deducted from the bank account but not get the order confirmation...last time also same happened ...3 times money deducted n got refund only once .
                              So please confirm my order payment is already done.

                                I have ordered medicines through online. The concern person from pharmacy called me for order and locality confirmation. Call undergone successfully and I waited for order. Delivery person didn't know the route and makes me to roam in street for much longer and it's completely irritatable and unsatisfactory delivery.

                                Kindly take action regarding it and make sure the delivery persons are knowing the routes or not.
