Person in question: srinivas of medplus kudlu.

Client number: 48661190

An attendant/cashier of medplus kudlu, makes a lot of mistakes while processing the bill in multiple occasions.
Such as following:
1. Entering the wrong amount of tablets.
2. Entering the patient name incorrectly.
3. Providing a duplicate bill, as he forgot to load the paper in the printer.

The most recent case was that he entered the wrong number of tablets and generated the bill. When i requested him to correct the number of tablets and provide a new bill. He refused and started talking very arrogantly and missbehaved. He never apologized for his mistake. Instead he arrogantly asked me to go elsewhere, as there is no facility of bill correction in medplus (Which is not the case).

Most importantly he is also unhygienic, as i have seen him picking his nose in the store on multiple occasions. (This can be verified by the camera installed in the store).

So it is my humble request to medplus that they take a strict action against this unethical and unhygienic behaviour of this person. And make sure it is not repeated.

    When i came to shop i ask medicine he say he will give but he is not giving. I wait for 10 to 15min then also he is not giving medicine. And he is giving medicine to all customer except me. Those who came after me for them he is giving medicine but for me not giving i'm so argent then also he is not giving. The shopkeeper is not having good behavior not working please help me

      I ordered medicines online on 18th Nov 2019, through the APP and I paid through PAYTM/ Axis credit card. Firstly the order was cancelled without my knowledge when I went to collect my medicines.

      I reordered and got the medicines. Since then, I had been fighting with them for the refund. I have written mails attaching my credit card statement and my PayTM statement. I only get an automated acknowledgement but no reply. After persuading, I got a mail that the refund was made on 20th Nov 2019 with a transaction ID. this is an internal number which would not help me with the bank to track the refund. I ask for the UTR number, which they aren't providing.

      I would have made close to 30 calls to the call center and not getting any where through. some days I have to hold for more than 45 minutes to get to persons for my grievance.

      Everytime I ask I am told that they would check with the backend team and get back, but none does. I had spoken to Priya, Krishna, Priyanka, Pandarinath and finally floor manager Sneha with no response

      Net Net, my issue is not resolved and INR 4200 is in stake for past 4 months. and I haven't got the refund as of today.

        I have ordered products on 14 march 2020 through medplus app, as per app product get delivered on same day.
        But it was not delivered even though product dispatch to nearby store only 2.4 km from my place.
        So as product not delivered i requested customer care executive to cancel the order and refund my money.
        They not canceling even after multiple chase and mail.

          I had purchased medicine from medplus on 1st march for my severe pain in right shoulder and hand by orthopedic doctor. The pharmacist provided me an alternate medicine for the one that prescribed by doctor. Later i checked he provided me some different (Wrong) medicine that was for seasonal allergies.

          I L.N. Suresh, I booked medicines via medplus on February 8th but the order has been cancelled and amount debited from my bank also...but till now I didn't received my refund amount...kindly check it and tell us about the issue...

              When dr changes the medicine janumet 50/500 i returned one full strip as i was told it can be done only on exchnages iough new diabetis medicine. Earlier purchase was rs 1000 hence i enjoyed 20% discount, when i returned one strip of janumet 50/500 cost around rs 380 before discount & i bought equivalent amount new medicine still i was told old 20% discount i have to forgo even on other medicines which i bought along with janumet 50/500 previously. This is only a substitute medicine, since i already enjoyed discount they need not extend discount for my new medicine but they cant disallow my earlier purchase in totality. Its cheating. If this is not resolved hereafter i will go to your competitor thulasi / makal marundhgam. See my record i am a regular buyer ofr diabetics & respiratory bronchitis. I leave it to the management. I also will spread this injustice act in my circle through social media. When i am only buying substitute medicine i am not supposed to forgo my discount.

              The thirumullaivoyal pharmacist has not agreed & they say it is as per software. Software should not be designed for the organisation convenience. There should be some business ethics when you attract people by discount.

One pharmacist of this shop suggested me another medicine which was same composition but different company. I told him to give me one of those medicine which one is available. Bt the person named debashish saha refused to sell me medicine and he also suggested me to buy both of medicine from another shop. Was that my fault. If you don’t have stock?                 I am not so proficient in English. That’s why in the previous complain i by mistake had written both the medicines were not available. The medicines are pregaba m75 and calcimax k2.Actually one of the medicine was available and another wasn’t.Yesterday i went to medplus birati abasan to buy 2 different medicines, but they didn’t have one of them.One pharmacist of this shop suggested me that another medicine which was of the same composition but different company is available . I told him to give me the medicine which was available with him. . But the person named Debashish saha refused to sell me one of the medicine which was available with him and suggested me to buy both the medicine from another shop and was not ready to sell the one available.                     MedPlus has been not delivered medicines, same has been repeated multiples times. No notifications or updates, as we stay away from home and order medicine for old aged parents. Better shutdown the delivery service.

                      I am your regular customer for the last 7 years and purchase on an average rs. 30000 per year. Last week, i asked for stilnoct tablets from ayanambakkam branch in chennai. They said they will arrange in one week. Today when i contacted them, they answered irresponsibly. Then i contacted your customer care and the lady executive bluntly told that sleeping pills will not be supplied. I have been buying sleeping pills from you regularly. Now i am asking for the tablet with a valid prescription from one of the leading diabetic units in the country. What is the problem?. If you do not want to serve, then i will look for alternate sources. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is [protected]. This kind of behavior is really hurting from your customer care executive who is supposed to solve the problem. If i do not receive a reply within 24 hours, i will permanently switch over to some other source. It is the service which matters and not the discount.

                        Dear sir,

                        I use to buy my regular monthly medicine through med plus store in vijayawada, madhura nagar.

                        As this is first week of month as usual i stepped in to medplus store to buy my monthly medicine. When i stepped in there is only one customer who is a lady with band aid strips on her hand. She is ready to pay and rush out of the store. I waited there for 15 minutes for response from the seller (Only one guy is available)

                        As no response from the seller (He is continuing chit chatting with the lady with out taking care of the customer.)

                        Is this the way to carry out business in medical stores. So occasions there might be urgency. If this is the way to respond, what is the fate of the patients who are in emergency. Please counsel the person involved.

                        I bought medicine but tablet missing at night 9.30, i asked them but no response, they says 11rs only don't shout but they fondant care about patient

                          You service is worst of all, because there are no honest salers in you shops. We are very disappointed by your service. We have given 500 rupees to the medplus seller, but after paying seller argues that "i" have given 200 rupees. I'm not requesting you . But I'm ordering you if you don't take any action on this issue, I will apply consumer case on your company. If You are thinking we don't know any thing about consumer acts or laws you are a fool!!! Take severe action on them.

                              I had purchased the product after verifying the green mark on the product as shown on the site (Assuming it to be a vegetarian product).
                              The said product was delivered about half-an-hour back. But the product has red mark. (Effectively this is a non-vegetarian product).
                              Please let me know the recourse for the same as this is non-consumable product for us.

                              What is the non veg part of the contents of Ferradol syrup that made the company mark it with a red dot? It's not clear from the resolution. Looks like MedPlus had an out of the forum Settlement of the issue with you
                              As per Piramal Healthcare they have informed me that recently (how recently is not clear) they have marked this food supplement as having animal parts.
                              It is the Cholecalciferol that they are sourcing from animals.
                              I am as I read this writing to their [protected]@piramal.com to get the details.
                              Unfortunately I opened the bottle with a blind trust that it has been a veg product so far.
                              The moment I opened the bottle, the red-dot mark shown up and I was shocked.
                              I had trusted this brand for so long.
                              I have tried to find which are the sources of this animal product used for VitD3 that is added to this product. But it is definitely one product which has been VERY POPULAR for ages since 80s that I have consumed and it was - assumed till this Dot tagging start - that it was a vegetarian product.
                              Now things changed.

                                Executive who gives the requested medicine is disrespectful towards the clients.
                                Issue:
                                Medplus gives points for purchased medicine, with the accumulated points one can purchase items listed in medplus points redeem list.

                                When I went there to redeem the points, he asked me to stand aside, saying you are here for free gift wait for some time until I'm free. In reality he's settling somethings that too he started after I reached. It hurt my feelings, such a low class fellow, ###.

                                  We have ordered medicines on 01-jan-2020 by visiting the medplus shop in person @ 29 vathiar kandhapillai street choolai chennai -600 112, phone[protected]. While placing the order the staff mentioned collection will be in 24hours. Today is the third consecutive visit to the shop, but in vain. Every time during our collection the staff says no info. About our order.

                                  Staff (M/s. Vinnarasi id# c17599) gives irresponsible answer and not bothered to check the status. Due to this kind of attitude staff, be rest assured medplus will lose potential/loyal customers like us for the past 20years. Kindly take all preventive measure and customer orientation is required for such stuff. Your swift action in this matter is much appreciated.

                                    not selling the quantity of the medicines as prescribed

                                    My father is a cardiac patient and uses regular medicines as prescribed by the cardiologist. On 28.12.2019, I purchased medicines for him from Mediplus, RTC Colony, Hayathnagar stores, and one of the medicine is ISMA. I asked for certain quantity but they say that they cannot cut the strip and give medicines. and thus I am forced to purchase entire strip. Firstly is there any policy that the store cannot sell quantity as required or prescribed....

                                    Changing prescribed medicine at medplus outlet - no response for customer complaint.

                                    I register complaint but couldn't receive any response & there is no change at outlet also.

                                    I frequently visit store located in konena agrahara, here one medplus executive named "arjun" is doing all the illegal & unethical things like he changed medicine by his own.
                                    For orders - he kept orders with him & deny to customer by saying that order is not yet arrived.
                                    He is very harsh & abuse customers. There are so many bad things he does.
                                    I think medplus should not encourage such values & behaviors if so please sack that guy immediately as he maligning medplus reputation.

                                    Pathetic service, if you dont mention any particular brand they will provide you the most expensive medicine . If you realise later you got fooled by them still they won't refund you the money even you approach them with all the bills.
                                    Whenever i request your man at the ramapuram out let to deliver the medicine at my home which is very nearby he always refuses very casually.it is very distressing for a senior citizen like me.i am seriously thinking of giving orders to a more complying agency.mind you, you are losing a long standing customer.

                                      I placed order in 18th dec, today is 29th dec - till not it was not delivered.
                                      I called multiple time to medplus and xpressbees - i see no use - instead i am getting more frustration.
                                      I have eye drops - definitely not happy keep them with courier for long time.

                                      Looking for immediate action.

                                      I got out for delivery messages two times
                                      First time I see out of coverage - And I got a message saying - my phone is not reachable - Happened on 24th Dec
                                      Next I got message on 28th Dec for out for delivery - I called them - They say - They did not see any order with my order id.

                                      Pathetic and worst service

                                      Sot sure Why Medplus selected this worst partner.
