    I bought breatheasy nebulizer on 30.10.2020, I tried to open it on 31.10.2020. I found broken accessories of breatheasy set. Then I immediately retuned to the store I asked their reply. They are saying that the item was broken by me. And saying that arrange temporary on my own.

        Just now I have purchased two bangel creams in which he gave used product with seal open.
        Even I asked him to check... By knowingly he that employee did this.
        I personally asked him to check.
        They are spoiling MEDPLUS reputation
        You need to take serious action on them

          As I gave submit order, it showed the transaction page to pay Rs.278.. I didn't refresh anything. I paid via Paytm, Paytm showed paid successfull. After coming back to the medplus app I showed again to submit order. But money got debited via Paytm. So kindly check and do the proceedings please

              We sent a prescription of approx 1250/- INR asking for the availability.

              It was confirmed that the tablets will be delivered at 9AM to our house(house is about 100 mtrs from Med plus store near BEML complex RR Nagar Bangalore.They have neither delivered nor given any communication till evening.

                I have purchased FLUCOLD AF 15ML DROPS - Quantity -01, on 13th October 2020 - time 12:22pm. Shop - MEDPLUS PHARMACY, Address- d.no. 1&2, LIG-35, B.N reddy Nagar, Vanasthalipuram 500070.

                The MRP on the product was Rs 38.35, but they sold me for Rs 42.00 i have the bill regarding the purchase. When i asked the lady who was on the counter selling the product she was giving me irrelevant information. End of the day customer is being looted .

                  I brought MHS breathe easy vaporizer and within a week I found that the product sold to me was faulty. CusID[protected].I was told to reach out to customer care for replacement and the store wasn't replacing it.I got my own product back as a replacement after a day. I called up customer care of medplus and the lady I spoke to informed me I will receive replacement in 48hrs whereas I already received the replacement sent by them to the Medplus store. When informed her that I already received she apologized for giving the false information and blamed system stating they cannot see the updates. I was told to contact store supervisor for refund and assured me that I will get refund due to their mistake and making fool out of me. I contacted santhosh reddy (supervisor) for store id 6060 and informed him about the situation. The staff sitting in the med plus store were also aware of the situation that I went through and acknowledged the same to Santhosh Reddy (store supervisor) who accepted that it was a fault from their end by not sending a replacement as the staff also spoke to customer care representative. I informed him (Santosh Reddy) that I need a refund as the customer care representative asked me to reach out to store supervisor directly for immediate refund as I was in the store. The supervisor Santosh Reddy gave me the excuse that he is on leave so asked me to buy some medicine from the store instead of refund. I told him I do not want any medicines etc from his store and need only refund as promised by call centre staff. He told me he will call me the next day after looking in to the matter even after knowing the fault was from their end. He never called me and it's been more than 72hrs. What is the use of such a supervisor who is not able to keep up the promises and not present at the store when customer is in trouble and trying to fool their customers by getting rid of them over the phone. Please help me with full refund as I don't wish to buy anything from medlife going forward due to pathetic experience from such a supervisor and inconvenience/ trouble doing up and down to the store for a replacement.

                  I was suppose to receive a call before 12:00PM on 13th of Oct by Mamta to resolve my issue for refund. However she never called me. Why making false promises? The entire medlife team seems to be not trustworthy. I need a refund ASAP. I will take it up to the next level if i don't get the refund. I have lost complete faith on Medplus team. Fake promises and no responses and providing incorrect information due to which I am suffering. All I am looking for is a money refund. I fail to understand why you have call centers, supervisors if none of them can deal with customers queries? I use to trust only medlife to buy products once upon a time leaving behind other pharmacies. I regret it a big time. I need resolution ASAP.

                    Hello Medplus,

                    We are regular customers of Medplus, usually take medicines for my mother (Surya Naga Lakshmi), she is a dialysis patient so BP machine most required in her daily life, we trust Medplus so we bought BP machine, at that time, they sold us, told we will immediately replace if product have any functional issues, now when it really happened, they changed there words with reckless answers, not responding properly to a senior citizen at this Corona time, almost he waited there 2 hours with there worst behaviour. We asked written statement also at that time, he told us, you can trust Medplus service. This was completely customer cheating to sell products. If you want us continue with Medplus, please immediately take an action.

                        We have bought Nurokind LC from Chrompet, Chennai, Tamilnadu -600044 branch and found the medicine to be damage and not even good to take.

                        We even found the tablet smelly and we repeatedly experienced it for subsequent 2months..
                        We hereby attached the image of the medicine we bought.
                        We even have checked the expiry date.

                        Please take necessary actions on this and do the needful.

                        It's not good for your customers to buy the same medicine twice for these reasons.

                          I have purchased two strips of L Montus tab (30 nos) from Neredmet Medplus stores. But my doctor advised me to take only 15 tabs. So i contacted them for an exchange of more worth of tabs. they said we can exchange them. I visited the same store for exchange of tabs but shocked by their exchange policy. MRP of one strip of L Montus tab is 245-00. the exchange value of the same is rs114-00. which means I have to exchange them at 60% loss which is ridiculous. when i contacted the customer care, they have given a careless answer saying its our discount - exchange policy. I was shocked. I am even taking legal advice on it. how a pharmacy store can do such wrong practice. very very bad response and policy, if it is true.

                            I have asked for medpure xl 50. The person gave me prolomet xl 50 and i regularly buy my tablets at shop no 04805 vijayanagar hubli 580032 i approached the shop by 11.15 sales men was available near the shop he bluntly said you should have checked and in a rude way asked me to come tomorrow and that was my bp tablet. This type of service is highly painful i will never ever step into that shop very very bad service and behavior

                              I m kathir I have bought a medicine from pammal thiruneermalai main road medplus branch and swiped a card for the purchased amount. They said it got cancelled then I asked them to swipe the card again. After leaving the branch when I m seeing my mobile it shows two times debited . When I m asked to a concern person they asked bank statement for two times debit. I gave all the information what they asked but still I m not received my money back. Thing happened on 21/09/20 but today date is 30/09

                                Medplus charging over the price at the store.

                                The medicines which was bought at 25 sept 2020 around 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm was over charged by the store and while giving me the bill they told me one item was not added so they charged me 627 and i believed them but when i got home and saw the bill and calculated they have over priced me. It’s not about the money i m pissed about the fact that a company like yours, people are blinded by this because they tend to believe that a company like yours would never do this. Even i was shocked to see this but want to make sure that your store does not do it to other and hope that this matter are taken into consideration.

                                      We have paid 950 /- to buy protein powder through phone pe. Money has been debited but it’s hasn’t been credited to your account. We were told money will be refunded as there is a problem associated with med plus phone pe transactions.
                                      So, we would like to get refunded as soon as possible.

                                        Medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch

                                        I am a resident of kalyana nagar nagarabhavi, first of all i would like to thank the entire team of medplus bangalore for all their good efforts and for their good service till date.

                                        From the app i can see that between june 11 2019 to september 14 2020 the total bill amount towards medplus because of my purchases is rs 94, 049 and i have been a loyal customer of medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch for the past 1.5 years at-least and the customer experience was good till date.

                                        I had purchased medecines and 2 cartridges of novomix 30 penfill 100 insulin on date : 4th september 2020 from medplus nagarbhavi 9th block branch and the total bill amount was rs2301. First cartridge worked fine and there was no issue. But looks like the 2nd cartridge had a crack in it and when my father tried to inject insulin today morning, the insulin came out of the cartridge.

                                        I immediately took the cartridge to the med-plus nagarbhavi 9th block store and the personnel at the store told that there was a crack in the cartridge. I requested the personnel to replace the cartridge for me. I explained the personnel that my dad has been injecting insulin past 20 years and also there is was no issue with needle/pen. But personnel kept on telling some stories which dint make sense to me. I requested the personnel to connect me to her higher ups so that i can speak to him directly. However the higher up person who spoke to me on the phone, also gave me some lame reasons, and asked me to come to store again at 1pm. Also the person whom i spoke on the phone asked me to complain to the manufacturer of the medicines if the cartridge had a crack in it.

                                        Being a customer who provided close to 1 lakh rupees business to medplus, i was expecting a replacement of the cartridge and a better customer care treatment. But i am sorry to say, with today's incident i lost all respect i had towards medplus company.

                                        If this is the injustice done to the customer, then i would no longer want to be a customer of medplus and also would bring the incident that happened to me to all my friends and relatives and to all resident of nagarabhavi bda layout, so that it wont happen to them also
