Hello Medplus,
We are regular customers of Medplus, usually take medicines for my mother (Surya Naga Lakshmi), she is a dialysis patient so BP machine most required in her daily life, we trust Medplus so we bought BP machine, at that time, they sold us, told we will immediately replace if product have any functional issues, now when it really happened, they changed there words with reckless answers, not responding properly to a senior citizen at this Corona time, almost he waited there 2 hours with there worst behaviour. We asked written statement also at that time, he told us, you can trust Medplus service. This was completely customer cheating to sell products. If you want us continue with Medplus, please immediately take an action.
I'm attaching required bill details and return receipt details.
