I was purchased medicines from your shop on 31st may 2019 through my credit card. Unfortunately it was debited same amount for 2 times. Invoice amount was [protected]. Amount was Rs1333. This amount was debited for 2 times. Medplus Garia Ramgarh br, B7/12/280D, Raja SC Mullick Road Ramgarh Colony west bengal, kolkata 700047.. Today i am visting your shop for two times but your employees are very rude behaviour with me.. i am very old customer in your organization. My customer id is 10309812.

Kindly look in to the metter and refund me as soon as possiable.

    I am Saravanan. R, my mobile number is [protected] registered with Medplus. I live at Ayyapakkam and being a very long long customer of Medplus. But, as an incident happened to me with one of your employee named “Theresa” at Medplus Ayyapakkam branch, I think, I may have to STOP BUYING MEDICINES FROM MEDPLUS after, I was neglected and had a worst, horrible customer service with your employee Theresa at Medplus Ayyapakkam branch.
    Along with this email, I have attached the web order bill copy, which I took photo. First of all, I don’t have any hope on the shop In-charge at all.
    I usually wont go to purchase or get medicines during day time, because I have seen few times how your employee treats the customers.
    But as I want to buy this BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS urgently, I went to Medplus Ayyapakkam branch on 27-may-2019 at afternoon 12.40 pm. Your employee “Theresa” was at billing counter. When I asked about the BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS, she said they didn’t have the stock. But by placing a web order, I can get the medicine on the same day evening after 8.30 pm. So, I asked her to place the web order and paid, after getting the money. She said, sometimes if the web order doesn’t come on the same day, the next day it may come. I MEAN WHY GIVING LIKE THIS FALSE PROMISES AND MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE MEDICINES. As, I needed urgently that has to be medicated for my father. I just let this ago, because I know about your employee Theresa. So, after she says like this, friend who accompanied me with the shop. Asked her politely, whether they can give it as home delivery.
    AND HERE STARTED THE REAL PROBLEM, YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID PURCHASE ABOVE 1000Rs. IS ELIGIBLE FOR HOME DELIVERY. I TOO SAID, THE SAME TO MY FRIEND. And, also said that, the employees from MEDPLUS AYYAPAKKAM branch has never made a house delivery for past one year.
    This is because, in the evening times only two employees were there in the shop. So, I said they won’t be able to make a home delivery. ON A STRONG VOICE, YOUR EMPLOYEE THERESA STARTED SAYING THAT, I AM SAYING IT WRONG.
    THEN, I ASKED HER TO CHECK MY HISTORY OF RECORDS, BY MY PHONE NUMBER [protected]. Because, it will show, how many years, I am buying medicines from Medplus with a minimum order value from Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 and more per MONTH.
    Then, SHE STARTED TO RAISE HER VOICE ON ME AND SAYING THAT MEDPLUS IS DOING HOME DELIVERY AND THEY HAVEN’T MISS ANY. But, As I am aware that I am speaking to a female, So, I politely said That, you guys were doing home delivery, as I remembered it was two years ago. And, not made a single home delivery in present times. Because, whenever I ask for home delivery for past two years, the employees say, only two of them are available at the shop, so home delivery is not possible, due to shortage of employees.
    But, ON A VERY VERY STRONG TONE SHE SAID THE EXACT WORDS ARE IN TAMIL “ANAVASIYAMA PESA VENDAAM”. THIS MEANS “DON’T TALK UNNECCESARILY”
    Do you know guys what’s the meaning of the word, she said in Tamil? After seeing such an arrogant attitude from your employee. I got angry and asked her to cancel the web order and return my money. She asked me to write my mobile number and sign for the cancellation. I wrote on the top of the bill as “INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER HANDLING, CANCELLING THE WEB ORDER”
    When, I asked her full name to make a compliant at Medplus customer care. She replied as “THERESA, Yaar kitta vena sollikonga, yenna vennumna pannikonga. YENNA ONNUM PANNA MUDIYAATHU”. This means, “YOU TELL ANYONE, AND DO ANYTHING, NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO ME”.
    After saying this, she said SHE IS THE SENIOR MOST EMPLOYEE, IN THE SHOP.
    Her way of speech and wordings towards me was like, WAS IN A WORST WAY. I REALLY REALLY GOT HURT BY HER DOINGS.
    Not, only me she always treats the customers like; customer are begging for discounts and giving medicines free.
    If we think in her way, If I stop purchasing medicines from Medplus, AFTERALL YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE AN CUSTOMER WHO BUYS, MEDICINES FOR 3000Rs PER MONTH. BY CALCULATING, YOU WILL HAVE A LOSS OF 36, 000Rs PER YEAR.
    This will not concern like, just losing a single Customer. BUT, THINK LIKE THIS, BY HAVING SUCH AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THERESA AT MEDPLUS, IF 10 OF YOUR REGULAR EMPLOYEES LEAVE AND NEGLECT YOUR BUSINESS. Who is purchasing 3000 Rs, per month of 10 regular customers? For one year, 3, 60, 000 Rs you lose, can you guys do the math now.
    My god, I have never seen such a HARD ATTITUDE from an employee in my lifetime. My first Question is, do you guys really provide training to your employees, how to speak to your customers.
    So, I have decided to stop purchasing the medicines from you guys, by having this kind o[censored]nprofessional employees. I decided to stop having business with you guys, TO SAVE MY RESPECT AND DIGNITY.
    FYI, no employees in your medplus shop wears an ID card, If so, I could have seen her full name and employee ID number.
    I was very not able to draft an email about this issue to customer care. During these days, I came to find out that your employee THERESA, SHE IS NOT EVEN A PHARMACIST QUALIFIED PERSON, I AM WONDERING, HOW SHE IS ABLE SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS!!!
    ALSO, SHE HAS NOT EVEN COMPLETED HER 12 STANDARD EDUCATION. BUT SHE IS SAYING THAT SHE IS THE MOST SENIOR EMPLOYEE, IN THE SHOP. WHAT KIND OF COMPULSIVE ATTATIDE SHE HAS?
    I BELIVE AS PER THE GOVERNMENT RULES, YOU GUYS SHOULD EMPLOY an B. Pharm holder in each medplus branch right.
    Also, I found out by consulting with former employees at this branch, your employee THERESA at medplus branch is involved in some serious malpractice activities.
    I want to meet your regional head of MEDPLUS and speak to him. I had bought the same BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS and NOVOMIX INSULIN from MEDPLUS ATHIPET BRANCH. AT MEDPLUS ATHIPET BRANCH (far away from my home) THE EMPLOYEES TREATED ME IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND POLITELY.
    And, I promise you guys, this is the last ever purchase will be made at MEDPLUS in my life.
    Also, when compared to Medplus, Apollo treats their customer in a humble and polite way.
    I strongly suggest you guys should get training from APOLLO MEDICALS, how to treat and handle customers.
    PLEASE SEND ME YOUR REGIONAL HEAD MANAGER OR HIGHER AUTHORITY OFFICAL ADDRESS TO SPEAK WITH THEM, FACE TO FACE, IN-PERSON, and explain more what happened on that day to me.
    I AM ALSO GOING TO POST THIS SAME TEXT IN SOCIAL MEDIAS LIKE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. AND, IMPORTANTLY REGISTER THESE SAME WORDINGS IN THE CONSUMER COMPLIANT BOARD OF INDIA.

      Simply cheating customers to buy bp tool kit in adyar.. Bp tool kit given false information.. It's a waste of my money.. Check with the respective biller prakash in med plus adyar.

      They told we can exchange even after an year.. One week before only i purchased from med plus adyar.. Now they are not doing refund or exchange.. Such a worst person.. Ask them to refund my money rs. 1400.

        Hello,
        I have been using medplus for years and there was no problems so far.
        Yesterday, i have ordered medicines in medplus (Madha koil street, manappakkam) branch. The sales person committed that the medicines will be delivered by eve 4pm (24th may) but it was not delivered, when i called to their phone, the words they spoke were very bad and o rushed to the store and the sales person was very angry and he is interested to hit me even then when customers are there. This is a very bad conduct for a very huge organisation like medplus. Pls increase your standards by recruiting good professional oriented staffs. I want the team to investigate this issue and take necessary action against the person else i have to personally work with my lawyer. Awaiting your response.

        As per Doctor's advice, Bifilac to be bought only 5(one each per day for 5days). But the pharmacist insisted on buying the whole strip of 10 medicenes. WHY???????

          Im taking about a particular medplus branch in choolaimedu high road, chennai, where the medical is managed by 2-3 female staffs who deal with expired medicines for their profit. They dont know even how to respect the customers they are always lazy hence dont like to look after any customer there... I asked for a normal medicine but the female staffs over there asked me to bring prescription because they were very lazy to take the medicine and give and i knew that so i got the medicine from another shop. So just to test the females behaviour i went to the shop with a genuine prescription to see what they are doing. Surprisingly they said no sitting below in the ground and later they gave me the expired medcone and other female staffs also lying down the floor without no respect for the customers.

            I have ordered medicines on 9th of may, 2019. I understand the order should be delayed due to cyclone fani which has hit bhubaneswar. On checking with customer care they said it will take max 7 days, but today is 18th may and in fact the medicines have been received in the medplus store, orakal. Still they are not delivering today and saying it will be delivered tomorrow. The store is 500 meters from my house. I am worried as my father is not consuming medicines since last 3, 4 days as the medicines are finished.
            Medplus do you really understand the necessity of the medicine???
            And when i called customer care first time, that fellow cut my call.
            Is this the way you deal with your customers.

            Better i can go with some other medicine delivery sites.. Thanks for your business

              I purchased medicines on 11th march, 2019 and i have been issued with duplicate bill for invoice no [protected]. On submission of the same bills for mediclaim my bill has been rejected. Insurance company is asking for original bill to process. Kindly do the needful.
              Kindly resolve the problem as early aspossible as the bill expiry date for mediclaim is only 3 months from the date of the issue.

                Dear sir,
                In pragathi nagar, kukatpally, hyderabad, medplus. One aged staff of about 50-55 years of age, is denied to give nitravet 5 mg medicine even after showing original prescription. At the same time the same person gave me the same medicine 2 times earlier even without seeing prescription. He argued and shouted and said me to compalint against him. Please take action against him. Not only this he is very slow in work (May be due to old in age). But the way he responded at that time is really unbearable. Please take action against him. But while taking video he became silent.

                  Find attached the documents related to purchase of medicines from Mediplus Virugambakkam chennai -92, Using this account almost for than 2 years and received medicines with discount .Without knowing that medicines stripes should be cutted used scissors and asked staff to take back and provide another New medicines .They checked Medicines informed that cannot be taken back as Medicines are cutted and informed will check up with Supervisor and reply . Till date not taken back the Medicines as my daughter facing Alergy issues if consumes medicines . Docter advised to stop medicines when checked through cellphone.We rae ready to take another set of Medicines which we take normally with discounts, Kindly advise to proceed further

                    I m day one customer of med plus and always preferred at 1st place for years. I have never faced such issue in area but sad to say its being dis-heartening that it was faced by my wife at (No 23, 17, jessore rd, s d colony, cantonment, rajbari, dum dum, bankura, west bengal 700028) store. My mother in law is suffering form some serious medical issue and she had been ordering medicine from this particular shop from day 1. My wife has been facing this issue from some months when she is going to collect the medicine of her mother. She has been facing through some taunting like (1. Tomar ma k bole dao amader salary dite eto besi call kore, 2. Sob somaye maar no dile hobe tomar no tao dao, 3. Phone no diye medicine dewa jabe na). This issue is being increasing day by day. As per my wife only one staff is passing comments and misbehaving some called (Someone called gopal) i don't know the exact name.
                    Yesterday i really got pissed off when i heard this. As it was late at night when i was coming back home as i thought to take action but it would have gone to bad name to the company and all staffs had to suffer.

                      I had purchased scalpe + anti dandruff shampoo from medplus kamarajar salai outlet in chennai. When i opened the box.. The shampoo was leaking from the bottle and a considerable amount was lost already. But the sales person refused to replace it with a new one. She said there was no stock left and did not repay my money. Now i am left with a defective shampoo botlle which costs 230rs. I want a replacement or refund. If not i will be lodging a complaint against medplus in chennai district consumer redressal forum.

                        Medplus store in marripalem in Visakhapatnam refused to sell 5 nos of pan-d tablet. Store keeper was insisting on purchasing whole men of 15 nos. I asked him to think radically thar what will I do for 15 tablets but he didn't agree.
                        What kind of policy is this. This kind of policy or rude behaviour of store keeper will force us not to approach medplus. Medplus is loosing it's credibility.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am constrained to bring this complaint against the product "peritop lotion" sold at your " medplus branch, near brethern mission, korukonda road, rajahmundry - 533105 ap, on[protected]. When i asked for medicare for treating lice to my grand daughter the lady attendant recommended strongly and gave this medicine. When we applied this medicine to eradicate lice from the hair of my kin, the effect of that medicine is so bad, that it caused heavy loss of hair from her scalp. I took the medicine bottle and the carton on which the batch number, date of expiry and other details to the shop the reception by the lady attendant was very annoying and careless. At a time when we are worrying about the heavy loss of hair to our kid, the manner of the lady attendant is damaging and not expected of an employee of medplus. My intention was to convey your company that this medicine is giving adverse effects and customers may be warned suitably. Without understanding this the attendent resorted to shouting and reckless reply.

                            Hi,

                            Just after a pathetic treatment from your store - medplus manikonda jagir village yesterday.
                            I ordered a few medicines (Invoice id: [protected]) from your store :
                            Medplus manikonda alkapuri colony
                            Hno-3-4-50/g10, aryamitra trenton park plot bearing 49, 50, 51 52and 53, in sector-3, b-block, situated at nenknampur village, rajender nagar mandal rr dist, telangana ph. No :[protected]

                            I called up the store as usual and asked if the medicines could be delivered, i tried speaking in hindi and english however your store person can only speak telegu and somehow could understand that he is telling me, he is alone at the store for the day. Eventually, i decided to visit the store after i return from office. When i entered your store, i saw another person sitting at the back of the store. I politely asked with sign language, you have one person and before i could say anything more, the guy came from behind came running and started shouting at me - "do i now walk to your home and deliver your medicines." i said, sorry, can you repeat that and he continuously said, "do you want me to walk to your house, there is no vehicle". It was not only just talking but he started raising his voice and said, "don't buy medicines from here, you already quarrelled with my friends in other store yesterday as well."
                            I was shocked by his answer and i also had to raise my voice asking him - "who is he to ask me to stop buying medicines from the store?' after this, he blamed me that i was disrespecting the elderly person at the store and immediately called his owner stating the same. I wanted to speak with the owner however he disconnected the call. I am literally traumatized visiting your store. I accepted the apology from mr. Shekhar bharathakavi who called me in the morning for yesterday's issue but this is beyond what i could absorb. I even tried calling him but got no answer, which is fine as it was 10.30 pm. I controlled my anger and paid for the medicines and left.

                            I would request you to please check the cc tv camera footage and investigate how many more customers this guy (Picture attached) has misbehaved with..
                            You can even see his disgusting and rude face on the picture.

                            I have lost hope and certainly don't want to take any more stress and wont waste my time & yours's for a simple thing which is buying medicines from a store.
                            I am sure you have lakhs of customers.

                            I will simply switch to some other pharmacy.

                            Thank you medplus for the amazing treatment and good luck with your employees.

                              Not getting actual 20% discount for 1k and above amount for medicine, in the gopala gowda extension medplus, if we ask they are giving reason as not received any intimation about discount from main branch. Our strong feeling they are eating up the discount. However we are getting discount in bangalore.
                              Look into this immediately, otherwise would be escalated to pmo.

                                I am regularly purchasing the medicine from med plus but they cheated me several times, I couldn't realize that they were cheating me but on the said invoice only I could come to know that's what I am raising this complaint. Many times medicine got returned but money is not getting adjusted in next purchase example invoice number [protected] try to reach store In charge but he is not allowed. This will lead us to reach other outlets. Store is in periyarpathai and employees name is a and at the same time you should enquir the branch in charge. As of my knowledge the branch inxharge is responsible. Please do something to recover my hard earned money and reveiwe the license

                                  Rude and insensitive bahaviour by staff. I was at this pharmacy for purchasing inj lantus insulin penfill 5 cartridges on 16 april 2019.. Evening 7 pm. I asked for this to an employee boy there but he didn't responded me. Then i asked to the pharmacy incharge person (Male) sitting at counter. He also neglected me. He reacted like he haven't heard anything. But other customers there heard it. All your staff there was very insensitive, rude, irresponsible. I felt very sad. This type of irresponsible bahaviour was not expected from med plus. Previous staff was much better than today's immodest persons.

                                    My father is purchasing medicine in mediplus from the past 5 years in different mediplus outlets. Previously he purchased medicine for an amount of about 3000/- in water tank(Bangalore) store. The medical staff has issued a bill in which nothing is clearly visible. This was not the first time I have faced this issue. Because of this reason alone my previous medical claim has been rejected thrice in the past by the insurance company. When I went to enquire regarding this issue, the staff where very rude and asked me to complaint to mediplus. They where claiming that they had cartridge issue and mediplus is not sending them proper one. This is clearly a vague excuse and very irresponsible. As much as the medicine issuing proper medical bill is also very important. I have seen already that many customers have already submitted many complaints with respect to this outlet. But I am not sure why mediplus has not taken any steps to rectify the issue. This is very much irresponsible from mediplus.

                                      Medplus choolai area, i went to collect my medicine which i booked yesterday 10/04/2019, i got msg that medicine are ready at choolai medplus yesterday by 10pm. I went to collect my medicine, the staff rejected to give medicine for the same. Its urgent required medicine. I request him to give this medicine, but he talks roundly & ask me to come evening today. He used very bad words with me around 9:30 am today.

                                        My mobile number is [protected], at about 2.30 pm on 5/4/19, i was very uncomfortable with over staff about 9 might be some bluddy auditing. Clapping, talking and laughing amoung the auditing boys, i do not know, what fun was gone.in that confusion i forgotten to place order of 5 more items.
                                        I do not know, are these staff are medplus? Why so much playfulness?
                                        Their was no air-conditioning.
                                        Kindly take necessary action, let them play or dance while their is no customer. Their activity was in total disturbance for the customers.
                                        Can you see how will your over head swallows the staff salary?
                                        Your action is more needed. Let my number may keep as secret. Because i have been purchasing long duration in that store.
                                        May be the staff of store can not control the auditors. So the auditors should have self discipline!! I think the youngsters will ask the grammer of "self discipline"
