Sir, i have purchased insulin refill along with other medicine on 07.02.2019 from medplus, - pharmacy (A unit of optival health solutions pvt. Ltd), ground floor, shop no 3 & 4, no 588/2a, railway station road, urapakkam, chennai.

When i try to use the insulin, it was noticed that the same is leaking, immediately i have informed the above said pharmacy on 18.03.2019 they have asked to bring the same for check. Accordingly
I have handed over the same to them and they informed that the refill is broken and due to that only it is being leaking, and they refused to replace the same. To day morning (19.03.2019) i went to take back the damaged insulin refile one of the sales representative had asked to provide insulin pen for check. On her demand, when i am trying to provide the same, she refused to check and informed that she is not an authority to check.

Again, i have requested to inform the in charge of the name and contact tele no. Of the pharmacy. She refused the same and even not inform her name also.

You are therefore, requested to advice the pharmacy to provide / replace the new insulin refile immediately. Even if, the deny i will go for consumer court / or any other action against the pharmacy.

    I went to medplus konena agrahara store to purchase medicines. I was asked to open wallet account with minimum RS 3000/. I told him that I stay in kakinada AP state. He made me believe that it can be operated in kakinada also. I paid RS 4000/ and next day I took medicines. Balance lying is around RS 2500/. I am learnt that the scheme is not available in kakinada. I brought to customer care notice long back and my grievance is not redressed. I would like to mention that If it is not redressed in a week I will file case in consumer forum. This is for your information and necessary action.

      I called up today i. E[protected] at around 4.50 pm and spoke to the pharmacist in medplus medical shop, near yellow foot over bridge, kphb 4th phase, kukatpally hyderabad and enquired about naxpro rd 20 mg and rantac od 300 mg. I was told both the medicines are available. I told them i will come and buy the medicines between 8.30 to 9 pm, and that gentleman said fine. But with lot of hopes (Since this medical shop is near by my home) i went at around 9-45pm and asked, unfortunately i am told the 2nd medicine rantac od 300 mg is not available. Why to give this type of false promise to a customer that to in the case of medicines which are most essential for any human being. This is the first time in my life this kind of bitter experience happened with med plus. I am very un-happy with the way medplus stick to their promise given to customer who comes with lot of hopes.

      Dear Med Plus Authorities. Please be noted that Medicine is a very very important and high priority item in any human being's life. One can not post pone his ailment or pain. How your pharmacy staff confirmed with me the Rantac OD 300 mg is available and said please come and collect at 8.30 pm sir and all of a sudden how they can tell at 10 pm in the night they would say sorry we do not have medicine. They also say the stock is at forum mall centre. How much is the distance from forum mall to yellow foot over bridge Medplus Pharmacy, 4th Phase, KPHB colony, Hyd. They say now drivers are not available. Please remember there are many pharmacy shops in Hyd. not the only Medplus . Since it is near by I rang up at 4.50pm and after confirmation I went to collect medicine at 9.45pm. Around one month back I was advised to convert the bill in to points instead of discount. After accumulating the points, again they would say the items against the points given in the chart are not available sir. What is this happening. Please don't try to make the customers fools and don't make them disappointed. Tomorrow you or your relatives may badly required medicines on urgent basis, please remember this and try to rectify the system. If you can not run properly, please give to capable group to run the organisation. Best of luck.

        Need a call asap with an expert... Took anti glare glasses and literally had worst experience... I does not have sight issues... West marredpally branch associates sai and other guy were so rude and even the customer service representative sandeep too was rude enough and arrogant behaviour... Need supervisor support... Worst medplus service..: need my money back asap... Such a fraudulent service... Other pharmacies like apolo is much better and many local pharmacies as well... Disgusting experience... U people increase the price and send alert messages saying 50% off etc...... Waste service

          I have diabetic 73 years old mother and i have been buying medicines for the past few years from medplus pharmacy in arumbakkam, chennai-106 due their discounts and friendly service. Recently my mother underwent operation on her foot at apollo hospital due to her foot ulcer. For her medicines and bandages i approached medplus pharmacy, the pharmacist cant able to understand prescription written by doctor and very lethargic to search for the medicines they have, for the past week 2 or 3 times, i went to medplus they can't understand doctor's prescription then i went to another pharmacy there i can get that medicine. Yesterday (28/02/2019), i went to medplus pharmacy, i asked a medicine at the pharmacy, the pharmacist cant understand handwriting of the doctor and asked another pharmacist he rudely remarked that they only can supply the medicines, if purchase full prescription from them (Doctor wrote medicine for 6 months, i intent to buy for one month). This is a unprofessional conduct from them. We only go to medplus due to their discounts and friendly service. I want to know whether they are qualified pharmacist or 10th dropouts they cant understand even the name of the medicine. Hereafter, i wont go to medplus. Every month i was buying 2000 to 3000 worth of medicines from them.

            A regular cuatomer. My father had a doubt regarding the medicine purchased. The first time they gave the medicine it was wrong mg was supposed to be 50/500 and he gave 50/1000. My father was feeling something's wrong as he had skin irritations and he came with the presctiption to check if he will get a return if not buy a new sheet with the right mg.. I work nearby and i had come to see him in the pharmacy since hes near. Only to enter the medplus store in btm 2nd stage next to post office that the lady was shouting at him for his queries. I have not spared her and i have given her a great piece of advice on how to talk to ignorant elders. I am a regular customer and the guy working there have translated all medical terms properly and told to eat the medicine in half or to buy a new strip which is totally okay by me. Bt i will never go there for the 20% offer to this store ever. The lady said shes a medical person and she knows everything which exactly is my point. We do not know neither do the elderly ppl. I do not want any action to be taken against anyone but really hope she or anytime take a little understanding of what made me snap at her as she showed no trace of empathy.

              Damage medicine given to me, i requested to salesman for damage tablet i can't pay.

                I had purchased a lumbo sacral belt (Mgrm brand) in xxl size on jan 7th and have been struggling to replace it for the past one month. I have made multiple calls to the customer care helpline and have visited the medplus store on multiple occasions but it has been of no help. All they have done is make me run from pillar to post and call them up numerous times.
                The customer care back end team keep telling me that the product is available at the store, however on reaching the store, the staff tell me that its not available. The last conversation i had, they had managed to source the xxxl size, however it was from a different brand (Dyna) and hence the size will again be a concern. I am looking for the mgrm brand and am at loss on how to proceed. I am tired of calling and talking to people. Hoping you will be able to resolve my issue.

                    Medplus is cheating people. I had ordered online for some bandages from medplus. They gave wrong size and smaller size then which was mentioned. I gave complaint. They accepted the mistake but no action taken. I repected and gave a complaint again. No action taken. They toke the full amount after which they are not responding.

                    Medplus is cheating the people by give wrong delivery with no responsiblity and accountability

                      Last month i purchased medicines in medplus in rp road, hastinspuram, chrompet, chennai. Receipt was not given due to some issues. I had to go to that store further 5 times to get receipt after much argumentation from that side. This month today again after purchasing medicines the same sales person didn't even let me check the medicines against the bill. He started arguing with me for nothing in front of other customers.
                      Feel very disgusted about their attitude and service towards customers.

                        Hi.. I visited the medplus store near dhaba stop attur layout yelahanka new town bangalore on 04/01/2019. I asked the availability of only 2 medicines to the employee, he was very impatient and rude. He was shouting like anything... I advised him it was not the way to treat your customers... As i am a registered and regular customer to medplus... Immediately i walked off from the store and went to appollo pharmacy... Their services are excellent and i never ever visit medplus store in future... A very bad experience i had ever... Fed up with medplus

                          On 26th jan'19, purchased some medicines and my bill was approximately 170/-. I have given 500/- but the store staff returned me 30/- and said i gave only 200/-.
                          I called to customer care to check the cc tv footage but they are not responding correctly.
                          This is not about the money but about the truth and justice.
                          Can someone check this? Otherwise give me the higher authority mail/phone to check with them.

                            I bought medicines from one of med plus outlet in nagpur of rs 921 (Actual mrp) i asked him to deduct discount, and he told me the bill is rs.957, and he did not gave me the bill said printer not working. I took the medicines to home, at home i calculated all the medicines mrp, which comes to rs 921. When i went there and asked him about this, he said i committed a mistake by taking amt. Of 2 no. Strips of one medicine and gave me another...

                                This is in ref. To my previous order (#otnmm[protected]) & preceding orders too; i am not getting the 20% discount you promised for online orders especially for gyclritegp2 sr tablets; this is happening again & again & i checked with your outlet in chennai-600034 where i pick up the medicines & they also said i should have got 20% discount instead of the 15% discount but couldn't explain ; hence this complaint asap.
                                Please "do" ensure the discount of 20% in subsequent orders; besides crediting the excess charges to my account such that i this credit gets discounted in my next purchase.

                                  When exchanged medicine extra money was charged. When asked given some silly excuses and clauses from the company. This pharmacy is at r t nagar bengaluru opp to florence school. Kindly resolve this at the earliest. The staff gives information which is not mentioned in the bill. Please do not confuse the customers as this is life saving products. Please do the needful.

                                    Have purchased 08 qty's of human mixtard (Diabetic) medicines, clearly reflecting the mrp as rs 143/- on the box but the billing was done to charge of rs 148/- dated on 04th nov'18, at medplus outlet, manjunathanagar, rajajinagar, bengaluru. The billing counter was not ready to accept the actuals instead argued rudely, denied it with some unacceptable reasons. I also have brought in to their customer care notice at [protected]@medplusindia.com on 09th nov'18 but no fruitful response from them as well.

When we explained about the situation he didn't care and very harshly and satirically said "medicines will not come to you". Sometimes delay may lead to death of people.
